Supermarket

The first day of leave was not what she thought. Almost majority food of the refrigerator's are no longer fit for human consumption. Some are rotten and moldy. It had been so long since Naomi had last done any grocery shopping. She was too preoccupied with finishing year-end reports and getting ready for her first leave in five years.

Naomi sighed softly. She took her jacket and wallet. The target is supermarkets. even though the year is still coming to a conclusion.

The shopping center won't be as busy usual, according to Naomi. It might will raining soon. The sky has been overcast since early morning. She had to get hurry or later getting wet.

Naomi promptly took the trolley after arriving at the store and loaded it with a variety of foods. Spicy snacks and some vitamin drinks. One by one, Naomi counted the items that had been placed in the basket.

She's been walk through around for almost half the size of this supermarket.

The trolley was then moved in the opposite direction her. The fruit in refrigerator was no longer fit to eat, so her attention was drawn to a pile of fruit.

When Naomi pick it, but suddenly her eyes fell on someone who was blocking her steps. Naomi slowly raised her head.

Unrecognizable man with tattered pants and a black jacket was also sporting sunglasses. He is handsome, his hard jaw, and pointed nose. He doesn't notice anything else around him because of sunglass-covered eyes.

He opened his sunglass, and Naomi blinked a few times, looking astonished and shrieking with annoyance. She recognized that gaze for some reason, but she couldn't remember where it was. It was both strange and familiar at the same time.

"Tsk! "You have no eyes!" he yelled.

Even though the man had only yelled at her once, Naomi was startled. Her body shook, because his voice roared like a lion.

Naomi remained silent while thinking carefully in her head. She stepped forward with a little bravery and looked up.

"S-sorry, I didn't intend to," Naomi murmured in a low voice.

He didn't answer. He hissed harshly and mocked Naomi in his eyes.

"Hell, get away!" After saying the man's shout, he simply turned and left Naomi.

"He's so rude," she said.

She which is now looking back at the handsome man who was in front of her earlier and is gazing at back, rather incident 'that night' memory immediately resurfaced. In shock, Naomi rolled her eyes a few times.

Why did the aroma come back?

The scent is the same, a combination of citrus, musk, and mint undertones. Just like that night, It's just that at this time there was no smell of rain and alcohol like that night.

Naomi guessed cautiously. Until her eyes found the man who had been gone from her. At the lemon stand, he made a stop. Prior to putting some of 'them' in a trolley.

Naomi's brows wrinkled. She saw right away that practically all of the women at the fruit stand were glancing his way.

Even he was unaware of the incredible admiration every lady who passed him while shopping at the store usually displayed.

Naomi immediately realized that she chuckled softly. How could such a perfect and handsome man be anything with to her past?

After smelling the same aroma earlier, she immediately came to the conclusion that, "A coincidence," she mumble.

The last time she had smelled the same perfume again had been over ten years before. When she lost Angel, her daugther. At that time she smell a scent that was essentially the same in the hospital hallway, mingled with a faint ethanol scent that was typical of hospitals.

Naomi picked up the tempo. She noticed the man once more when she turned around. Their eyes locked. A pair of gray eyes with an undecipherable expression. annoyance and disgust were mixed together in a blazing, piercing look.

Degh..

Naomi quickly adjusted her facial expression, which had suddenly turned pale from her fear of the didn't know. She breathed out loud. Flipping through a stack of mangoes that nearly toppled and tumbled out of position, she lowered her head. Luckily, she caught it and threw it right up again.

Naomi exhaled with relief. She gave her chest a light rub.

"Oh my gosh," She muttered a quiet groan.

This time, she felt incredibly dumb. When she saw the earlier scene of the mango fruit being caught, she even overheard a young girl laughing gently next her.

"Great, did you previously play basketball?"

Naomi gave a tentative smile. Was that outstanding pitch just made a basketball player alone? Mothers are far more fast.

"Err... no," Naomi replied. She didn't want to talk about this anymore.

"Oh... I see."

After saying that, the young girl ran after her mother.

Naomi exhaled with relief. She apologized to several of the other guests and grinned awkwardly.

Naomi quickly picked up some mangoes in front of her who promptly grabbed them. In order to hide the shame that had almost reached her head. She wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.

Before finally stepping outside, Naomi inhaled deeply.

Near where she was standing. still standing where I am. The attractive man scowled and laughed cynically as he observed Naomi leave.

"Strange woman," he complained. It is quite annoying.

He continued selecting lemons. Up until the phone vibrated in his trouser pocket and startled him.

He took a call from his best friend and snorted in annoyance as he pursed his lips and stared at the phone screen.

"Hn... why?" He answered, with ease.

He listening to the chatter of someone on call as he pushed his cart to the cashier. His facial expressions differ. But more frequently, groan in irritation.

His eyes rolled in boredom.

"I'm not Aiden's little kid, I can take care of myself," he cried.

"Tsk! Damn it, that's not what I meant. It was taken from me. My ID and all of my cards are there!" Aiden, who was furious, yelled.

His eyebrows were elevated. He dipped into his pants pocket and pulled out a thin-looking leather wallet. Before his friend departed for the hospital this morning, he recalled sneakily getting it.

"Ahh... sorry, I took it on purpose," He calmly retorted, "And don't shout. I'm at the supermarket."

He could hear the caller swearing.

"Listen to me, Saga Alexander Matthew. Please give me back my wallet in full, please don't think about taking any of it away."

Aiden had the impression that 'the wallet' in his friend's hands was in danger.

Aiden is a doctor, the son of the hospital owner. But because the riches might not be his, he must continue to practice modest living for his own sake.

'He's just stepdaughter his mother brought from his previous marriage.'

Aiden took a deep breath, "Saga, you are not poor. You don't even need to work your wealth is enough for seven generations. Stop pretending to be impoverished and acting like a parasite."

Saga snorted, "You are so stingy," he grinned ironically. Saga doesn't pay any heed to Aiden's sharp tongue, despite the fact that it is really sharp.

"Don't worry, I'll replace it."

When Saga spends his friend's money, he always pays it back several times over.

"Why don't you just use your money."

"I don't have any cash, and you know for sure that I won't be able to use a card."

Saga has spent the last two days hiding. It is obvious that his tracks will be discovered if he utilizes a card or other type of digital transaction. He will eventually be brought back to the opulent of the Matthew family.

Things turned quiet after Saga said the reason. Aiden probably understood how his friend felt.

Saga took a deep breath. "I'll be home in a minute," he cried. He abruptly turned off his cell phone.

"Next..."

He sighed quietly and pushed the trolley even closer as the cashier's sweet voice called out to him.

He didn't realize that he had been watched several people that had followed him since leaving Doctor Aiden's apartment.

"As you might expect, Sir. Young master Saga, is come here. He landed last night from Zurich's last flight, "he exclaimed.

The man called someone on the other side, telling him the report he got.

"As expected, that bad boy will come up again." There was a sharp gasp from the caller, "Now where is he?"

"Young Master Saga is currently staying at the apartment of doctor Aiden, his friend. Sir."

"Keep an eye on him until I call he later."

"Yes, sir."
