(aj got up and the man was holding his ears)

Man - what the hell kid? Almost burst my ears drums

Kid - sorry still a little hard for me to control it

Joey - good to know

(the kid looked at joey)

Kid - you knocked me out and took me!

Joey - yeah so what?

Kid - I said I would come and you still did it?

(they looked at joey)

(dontae grabbed his face)

Timothy - why would you do that?

Joey - don't get to blaming me, you said take them by any means and he kept asking questions so i knocked him out

(the man was walking out)

Jasmine - where are you going?

Man - i'm leaving, i won't be apart of this weird little team i have no reason to die especially not for you random people

(he walked away and left)

(a couple of minutes passed and aj rushed out after him)

Dontae - where are you going?

Aj - we need him, he'll be a great addition to the team so let me do this

(dontae nodded)

(as aj ran out)

Jayla - he won't come back

Aj - still going to try

(he raced after the man and he was outside walking down the dark street)

Aj - HEY! Wait up

(the man turned around and kept walking until aj caught up with him and got in front of him)

Man - what do you want?

Aj - we need you

Man - i'll pass (he tried to walk past him and aj stopped him)

Aj - please your older than us and you seem to have had you powers for a lot longer so you know what your doing and you can help us change the tide in this

Man - i don't want any part of this so leave it be

Aj - you don't have anything to live for? No wife or kids, parents anything?

Man - not anymore

(the man looked upset but not at aj and he punched a brick wall and it cracked)

Aj - i'm sorry for your loss… if you don't mind-

Man - i do (he walked off)

Aj - you're a coward (but the man kept walking)

Aj - whoever you lost wouldn't want you to run with your tails tucked between your legs, they'd be disappointed

(the man stopped and he walked back to aj until they were face to face)

Man - you watch your mouth or i'll kick your damn teeth in

Aj - do that and you'll see me at one hundred percent and deep down you know your not a match for me

(the man punched aj in the face and aj stumbled back)

Man - you don't scare me little boy (he walked back in the direction of the house)

Aj - where are you going?

Man - your right they would be disappointed

(aj smiled and caught up with him)

Aj - so about that whole family thing

Man - it's fine i knew what you were doing but if you ever say something like that again-

(he paused)

Man - just don't

Aj - noted, but i have a serious question

Man - what?

Aj - how do you hide the fact you have six arms?

Man - if i go out in public i use this charm

Aj - where did you get it?

Aj - really? (he made a face)

Narration - back at the loft the boys were all in the meeting room talking to the kid

Dontae - you can make sonic waves?

(the kid nodded)

Timothy - and you make people or things explode?

(the kid nodded again)

Timothy - from the inside?

Kid - yes, what's up with the speed date? Am I in or what?

Dontae - xavier why do you want to join, you said you have a family and a pretty good life so why risk it all to help us?

Xavier - well i want to be a hero and save lives and it'll be a good step in the right direction for my solo career

Joey - what the hell? This kid already has his ten year plan? Let's cut him loose we have enough on our side

Xavier - from what little you described you definitely need me i'm an asset so take it or leave it

(he crossed his arms and put his feet on the table)

Dontae - why did you blow up that cop car and why were they after you in the first place?

(xavier sighed)

Xavier - my dad was the one who found out about my powers and he's the sheriff so when he discovered them i thought he wanted to arrest me and turn me in but he was just coming to talk

Xavier - but before i found that out i blew up his car and ran, good thing he was the only one their so he could explain it to his unit but that's the only thing i ever did wrong so he told me to be the best i can be and when joey came knocking i answered

Xavier - in all honesty i want to be the greatest hero but another reason is also my family is on earth and i want to protect them so if i need to fight anybody to protect my family i will

(he glared at dontae)

Dontae - he's in

Joey - oh come on

(they walked out as joey was still going)

Joey - this runt isn't cut out for this

(timothy teleported upstairs to get aj and jim)

(they were all walking towards everyone)

Timothy - i saw the monitor go off so i got them

Jayla - you really got him to come back

Aj - told ya!

Jim - the names jim and i was seeing if you still had a spot left on the team

(they stayed silent until dontae finally spoke)

Dontae - no we're good

(everyone gasped)

(they shook hands)

Narration - on a random planet the Evolution were all waiting for Invictus to come in

Sadie - where the hell is he?
