I stared at the high towering walls of the city of Ortiva . I've seen many cities with these type of walls, but each time I do, It always brings the same thought to mind. If our Village's walls were this tall, would I have lost everything?

If we were behind sturdy walls that kept the dangers the world would throw at us, would she still be by my side? Most people would think that thoughts of what could have been are a waste of time. That they are distractions for what you could achieve if you just move forward. To me, on the other hand, they are what fuels me to reach for my goals. My past is my future, and the man that can give that to me is inside these tall and sturdy walls.
