Jae-Hwo is Back!

"After a long time, human is change and can also stay the same."

_______

Saturday, school is off and it's time to be a maid at home. The agenda every Saturday is to clean the house and each room. Even though it's cleaned every day, it still needs extra care every Saturday to keep it looking neat and clean. Yes, this is if you have a perfectionist mom. Everything must be neatly arranged and look beautiful. It shouldn't look messy or smelly. The clean, neat, and beautiful version in our opinion, and the mom is very different, so we must obey the instructions and understand the mom's taste so as not to work twice.

We can clean the house all day long but we enjoy this activity because this activity can make our family more compact and understand each other's tastes in the arrangement of a room. Like, as our different room decorations. The main room, owned by the father and mom, is Korean style with warm bright brown walls and a neater arrangement of the room and looks pleasing to the eye because mom is a perfectionist. Then sis Lovelace's room has a pink nuance with a medium glass cupboard, which is full of various brand skincare collections. Meanwhile, my little sister, Loretta's room, was plastered with pony wallpaper and shelves filled with dolls. As well as some makeup products too.

For my room, it's absurd because I get bored easily so every few months I'll grab the concept and layout of the things I want to move. Today, I just changed the concept of my room which was previously warm with a wood motif wallpaper. This time I changed it to a china blue wallpaper and changed the location of the study table to be near the balcony so I could study while breathing fresh air when I opened the window.

Exactly at nine o'clock at night, I just finished cleaning everything and it's time to take a bath while relaxing by inhaling the scent of liquid soap that smells of cherry blossoms. Oh, so calming. Only abundant soap foam can calm the mind and relieve fatigue after a day of being a maid. Washing with shampoo that contains mint can make the dizziness go away with the rinse of water on the hair. I enjoyed taking a shower on Saturday after a hard day cleaning the house.

After this I want to sleep, before that, I will dry my wet hair first with a hairdryer and a fan. A quick way to dry hair quickly but not healthy for hair when done every day.

Look, I can blow this soapy foam before rinsing myself using a dipper which is always new every month because it often leaks due to my hands being touched when I take a quick shower. Sometimes I purposely express my emotions so that I don't explode in front of other people so that a dipper that is just an inanimate object that doesn't know anything becomes a victim.

This is very interesting, my bathroom does not have a water reservoir, but a shower but I have a dipper.

"Aw ... Song Jae-Hwo!"

Am I not mistaken to hear the screams of the mom just now? Mom shouted Jae-Hwo's name with great excitement and joy. Did the boy make a video call to the mom? But it's impossible but it could be possible. Who knows, he will miss his big fans because he hasn't seen fans for a long time.

"You've grown up now and look like Cha Eun Woo!"

Gosh, who is Cha Eun Woo so he is equated with Jae-Hwo who is not handsome at all. Is Cha Eun Woo not handsome so he looks like Jae-Hwo? I laughed as I splashed my body with water from the shower.

As I washed my face with the face wash, I heard hurried footsteps and then a knock on the door. "Roosevelt, come out quickly, we have South Korean actors!" Mom shouted from behind the bathroom door since when did she enter my room? I don't know, my mom is that magical.

I just mumbled, the sign is yes. How can I talk if my whole face is covered with soap suds? Instead of meeting the guest you mentioned earlier, I'd rather dry my hair while playing Don McLean's song because it makes me more excited to read a book before going to bed. Even though it's not the right song to listen to as a learning motivational song, it's still a calming song.

My feet stepped out of the bathroom and my mom was not in the room----- I stepped to take the hairdryer and started using it while sitting on the dressing table chair even though it was on the study table while staring at the balcony window covered with mosquito nets.

"Roosevelt!" Mom's screams were so loud that it surprised me that I dropped the hairdryer on my lap and made my thighs heat up. I really want my mom to be a calming woman and I know now why I am not elegant, this is because it is inherited from my mom.

The door to my room was opened and my mom appeared from behind the door with a face that was so enthusiastic as if she had met Hyun Bin, her favorite actor and her first love even though she was dating my father before she knew Hyun Bin. Mother was a fangirl since she was young and it is still ingrained to this day. "Hurry up, there's a special guest! He's very handsome and looks like Cha Eun Woo!

"Which is more handsome with Hyun Bin?" I asked as I continued to dry my hair very casually. I calculated to myself, that my mom will soon be angry.

"No one can match Hyun Bin's good looks! Now hurry down and mom is waiting downstairs!" intimidating sentences and the sound of the door slamming. It's so easy to upset mom.

Wanting to sleep soundly without my mom's nagging at night, I went downstairs to meet the guest she meant. When I appeared in the living room, all eyes were on me. Looks like I entered the wrong room or they were just gossiping about me. My eyes that saw them alternately suddenly returned to look at the boy who I believed was the guest I meant.

The guest who may be my age is also looking at me while smiling sweetly and it seems that he drank too much sugar water today because his smile looks so sweet. A smile that hints 'hi how are you, I'm happy we can meet again'. Whether I have turned into a fortune-teller or fortune-teller is my hidden talent. Looks like I'm rambling on too much nonsense.

The guest stood up from sitting and I raised my left eyebrow and was surprised when this guest suddenly hugged me and I immediately rebelled. Father, mom, and sister just kept quiet and looked at us full of emotion. Am I going to be matched with this guest? No, this can't be happening. I pushed the body of this guest who didn't know any manners until his arms fell off my body. "This is me being hugged by someone I don't know, why don't you stay silent!" I scolded my father, mom, and sis Lovelace.

"You don't remember me? Even though we texted a lot, um ... to be more precise, you and So Young because you often ignore my messages. It hurts so much!"

I opened my lips while looking at the guest who seemed to be a neighbor who had been away in Seoul for a long time. My neighbor and childhood friend who I don't like. "That annoying Jae-Hwo?" I asked by examining his face which was very different from the photos he had with So Young and the face that had appeared when I made a video call with So Young.

He nodded while I shook my head. "Did you do plastic surgery?" I asked and immediately got a cough from mom and father. While sis Lovelace giggled.

"Wow, this lipstick is really good! Auntie's skin looks bright!" said the mom holding lipstick and the father holding his cellphone which was used by the mom to look in the mirror. I'm sure you do this to divert the atmosphere of my amazing question just now.

"My prediction is not wrong, aunty looks very suitable wearing that color lipstick. Looks younger and brighter!" praise the guest that I believe Jae-Hwo to mom and the compliment makes mom look awkward until she holds father's thigh tightly and that's mom's reaction when she's excited.

"How did you know I like this color?" asked sis Lovelace while applying lipstick on the back of her hand.

"I chose it using feelings!" He answered which made me hold back laughter while sis Lovelace and mom looked touched.

I saw farther and it was very fitting, father also saw me and we both smiled not understanding what was happening even though we heard it.

"Are you Song Jae-Hwo or a lipstick salesman?" I asked and immediately got a glare from my mom who looked very scary like a ghost in an Indonesian horror movie.

"Song Jae-Hwo---- lipstick salesman, and here I have a present for you too!" He answered by picking up a small box on the table.

Jae-Hwo stood up from his seat and came up to me again with a small box that looked like a gift box. I received it and immediately opened it out of curiosity.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh, Jae-Hwo is crazy!" I shouted with my heart beating very fast because of the shock and fear of the rubber band details. I immediately threw this box at Jae-Hwo and ran towards the stairs because I was really scared of rubber bands.

Watch out Jae-Hwo!

To be continued.
