Chapter Six

For the next couple of days, Starblaze was still bothered by the incident in the library and unfortunately for her the news spread, it was called the story of the girl and the library floor and the one who came up with the name was none other than Viper Dawn.

"Been to the library lately? We'd all love to have a sequel" viper said stopping Starblaze and her sister on the hall way. Viper wasn't like the mean girl characters in some cliché high school story, she didn't have a group of wannabe's following her around, nor did she wear pink crop tops, miniskirts, and death traps for shoes. Viper was a powerful elf, she wore combats, hoodies, sweat pants and had her long red and white hair in a ponytail. Viper has an aura like that of a snake, she had pale skin unlike Starblazes golden skin, she had a cold visual that could make a sea serpent go find it's mommy, she would make a good friend if she didn't dislike Starblaze for some reason unknown to all.

"What do you want Viper" Starblaze asked calmly not because she was holding back her anger but because she didn't have anything against Viper, she was a sort of role model for her.

"Nothing, just wondering how dumb you are to have actually forgotten how you broke your own leg" she said plainly, with no expression whatsoever meaning she was serious.

"It's not my fault, I can only remember bits and pieces" Starblaze said

"Like I said, I was wondering why you are so dumb" Viper said turning to walk away but Starblaze called her back

"Wait what do you mean, is there like something I'm not looking at?" Starblaze asked because she really wanted to find out what happened too

"Oh my lord, don't you think those little bits and pieces mean something is missing in your memory? Are you really that stupid?" Viper said looking at Starblaze with disbelief

"why are you so mean to me" Starblaze asked looking slightly irritated meanwhile Karla looked between them both and slowly took her leave, standing between two irritated powerful elves is not a way you wanna die.

"Why I'm mean to you? Me being mean to you? (scoffs) listen princess, I'm trying to keep you alive" Viper said

"Off course you are by running my brain over a million times" Starblaze said with clenched fists as they glared at each other with massive irritation

"Woah I'm pretty sure the school isn't a place for death"

"what are you doing here" both girls said as Tatsuya came in between them, instead of answering they both transferred their irritation to him, that was one thing they had in common, Tatsuya irritated them.

"Now I feel like I'm in danger" he said looking at them

"Didn't I say I'd bury you the next Time I see you?" Starblaze said

"What are you doing here" Viper asked folding her arms

"First I go here, second I saw my sister about to kill someone what did you expect me to do" Tatsuya said shrudding with a stupid smile

"He's your brother? Actually I'm not shocked" Starblaze said

"You can see the resemblance right?" Tatsuya said smiling

"No I can see why she gets irritated easily" Starblaze said earning a smirk from Viper and a whine from Tatsuya which went unnoticed by both girls.

"I thought you guys were angry at each other" he said making Starblaze come closer to him

"Listen, I'll let you live but if I see you again I'll bury you" Starblaze said as the bell for class rang

"Call me if you need help" Viper said as they both left for class, and just like that the stories of her in the library stopped.

Throughout the school day Starblaze kept reflecting on what Viper said earlier, could someone really take away part of her memory? Is that supposed to be possible? She had never been thought memory wiping in any of her classes.

"Starblaze are you in this class" Mrs Talia asked snapping in front of Starblazes face

"Uh no, I mean yes I'm definitely in this class yes ma'am" Starblaze stammered coming out of her thoughts.

"I hope you are because loosing this class is equal to failing next weeks test with rainbow colours" she said looking especially to all the trouble makers in the class, and there were a lot of them in that class. Mrs. Talia took over two classes, Mythical creatures class and Spells and Potions. Maybe she would know something about a memory wiping spells, Starblaze decided to ask her after the class.

After the class as planned, Starblaze stayed back although she starting to rethink her decision because in all her flashbacks she always saw Mrs Talia.

"If you're here for extra credit then you're in the wrong class room" Mrs Talia said looking at Starblaze who was still at her seat

"Uh no actually I wanted to ask you something uh spell related" she said rushing from her seat to Mrs Talia at her desk.

"What" Mrs Talia asked looking at her questioningly

"well, I was curious about the memory wiping spell, do you know anything about it" Starblaze saw the flash of shock I her eyes, and the confusion didn't go unnoticed either but her facial expression didn't change whatsoever

"Why do you wanna know about that" Mrs. Talia asked

"It's just something friend said, I didn't think that was even possible" Starblaze said easily

"Well there is something as such but, it is not for children like you to know as you can see it is not taught in any school"

Mrs. Talia said looking away from starblaze

"So could somebody, anybody in the school know this spell? In this school?" Starblaze asked

"maybe, I don't know now go" Mrs Talia said with a hint of panic in her voice, so Starblaze left the class not wanting anger the silent and deadly teacher.

She had almost gotten to the library but then she felt like she forgot something so she went back to the class.

"She's only a child"

"She found the forbidden part of the library"

"So what?! Break her leg and erase her memory?! What were you even thinking"

"I was thinking of keeping our secret a secret Belinda"

"not by attacking a child Talia!" after everything she heard she felt like she was hit in the head by a train, her brain was hurting, it felt like it was expanding, like it was being inflated with a lot of air then she felt like a bunch of rocks were being dumped inside her head she heard her name but she didn't care she was focusing on reducing the pain in her head.

"Star!!"
