Daemon (Part 1)

"Daemon are you ready yet!" I put on my shoes and got my backpack, "Yes I am." I see my mother smoothing her dress and she smiles, "Awe my baby is going to a public school. You're growing too much."

"Stop mom, I just got a little taller, that's all." She smiles which makes her white hair brighter, "Remember, you are also on a mission, so you can find the princess before they come." I started to frown and she continued, "We need her help, you know that." She frowns and asks, "Where is Luke?"

I shrug and she sighs, "He does this all the time, well if you see him tell him that his glasses came, your glasses are in your bag." I nod and she smiles.

"After his parents dying he has been doing this," she shakes her head softly.

"Mom, where is the Sun Queen?" She frowns again, "We don't know, that's why we need her daughter, remember to know if it's her you will feel a cooling and hot sensation and her eyes are a beautiful yellow, just like the pictures of her mother." I nod and she smiles. She ruffles my white hair and says, "Please behave."

I chuckled, "I will try." She smiles and says, " Remember, I am going on a trip so I won't be here for a week. If you find her, be with her at all times, you and Luke. Today is her transformation so everyone and everything will see, including them."

"Okay mother, please be safe." She smiles and says, "I will, don't worry about me, worry about the mission." I smile and hug her. Right the mission, that is what she has been talking about for a whole month. That is all what they care about now and days.

I take my helmet and keys, "Bye mom." "Bye Daemon, call me for anything." I nodded, walked to the motorcycle and rode off to school.

As I parked at the parking lot I saw everyone staring in awe. I then see a group of girls staring at me. I smiled and they giggled. Of course they would do that, they always do. I never understood why girls do that when I am around. Maybe it's because I am a prince.

As I walked to the door I bumped into a girl. I started to feel the cooling and hot sensation that my mom was telling me about.

The girl is looking down and whispers, "Sorry." She runs off inside the library. I stared, 'Is that her?' I couldn't see her face so I didn't know. Running inside to find her and a girl comes in front of me and says, "Hello my name is Rose, I would be your guide for Alien History class." I smile and say, "Hello, my name is Daemon." We shake each other's hands. She smiles and says, "If you need anything I am always here." I nod, "I will keep that noted."

She smiles and says, "Well gotta go find my friend." She goes inside the library and goes towards the girl who bumped into me. I go to the corner, looking closely to see the girl's face and my eyes widen. The girl I bumped into has beautiful long dyed hair that was blue and glasses.

She has a septum which makes her look more badass and attractive. It looked like she was daydreaming. Now I think about it, she looks a bit familiar now I am actually looking at her.

They are talking and she frowns a little bit. Rose smiles a cold smile but the girl didn't see it. I frown, I can tell Rose is very manipulative. Rose starts to leave, making me turn the other way and walk away towards the office.

I get to the office and I am greeted by the principal. "Hello, you must be Prince Daemon. I am Mr. Ashford " I smile and shake his hand and say, "Hello Mr. Ashford, my mom told me to come here." He nods, "Ah, yes come to my office, so we can talk." I nod and follow him.

He closes the door and the blinds. He presses a button and sits down, I sit with him. "So you are here for the mission young prince, you have to find the Princess, protect her, help her train and also marry her." I looked confused, "My mom never mentioned marriage to me." He chuckles and says, "It is a joke. Well as you know one of my students is the Princess. Here is her name and age."

He hands me a folder and I look through it. I see the girl that I saw this morning in the folder. "Her name is Dawn Nova, she is 21 years old and she is our honor student." I look through and see all of the documents. "She also gets bullied a lot, that's what the teachers tell me."

I look up, "Why does she get bullied?" He frowns, "Because she is very intelligent and the students think she is human. She also thinks she is human too." I sigh, 'Why haven't they told her that she is not human. And why aren't they doing nothing about the bullying'

I then start to say, "Today is h-" He nods, "I know, her transformation, that's why she needs to be protected at all costs." I nod and I hear the bell ring.

Mr. Ashford hands me a schedule, "You have most of the same classes as her, but to make it not suspicious you have Alien history, while she has Music, the teacher will let you and also Prince Luke, go to the class to see her."

I nod, "Thank you." Mr. Ashford smiles, "Other than that, have a good first day Prince Daemon."

" You don't have to call me Prince Daemon, I prefer my name." He nods and I bow, leaving the office. I then went to my first class. And I decide to I text Luke before going in the class.

Daemon:

Luke, where are you?!

Luke:

Chill, I am at the bar, I will be there soon. 😜

Daemon:

Luke get your ass to the school, I figured about the daughter, just get here.

I sigh, 'He had to go get a fucking drink now'

I put my phone in my back pocket and fix my hair a bit. As I am going inside the classroom, I see a group of Aliens surrounding a desk and hear someone say, "I told you, leave me alone!" and I see the girl push one of them. "Did you just push me bitch."

He raised his hand and out of instinct I walked behind her and grab his wrist and I said, "Leave the lady alone, will ya." I see the girl turn to me and look up. She was shaking from anger, which pissed me off even more. And like a dumbass I am, I grabbed her waist. 'Welp I am the biggest dumbass known to Earth.'

I look at the guy with disgust. Looking at the group of boys, I said, "Have you ever learned about respecting a young lady?" The guy that was about to hit her, looked at me and said, "She is my girlfriend and I can do whatever I want. Who are you?"

I hear her saying in anger, "I said we are not dating any more you asshole, do you not listen." He frowns at her, I bite the inside of my cheeks trying to stay calm. 'He is a really dick'. I look at the guy up and down. I smirked, "I will be your worst nightmare if you don't leave her alone. You heard what she said, you guys aren't dating so you should just move on and leave."

He laughed and said, "And what would you do if I don't? It's not like you are her boyfriend." I smiled at him and said in his head, "Maybe I would be a better boyfriend than you ever were, bitch."

He scowls, staring at me as if he is going to kill me. It made me want to chuckle so much, Luke is really missing out. He then summons his flames. "You bastard," he yells as he charges at me. I let go of her and my eyes turned white making the guy's body freeze. I can hear everyone gasping and I curse under my breath. 'Welp my mom will not like this at all, I will have to explain to her. There goes me behaving.'

At this point the teacher was in the class and angrily commanded, "Unfreeze him." I take a deep breath, "Sorry, sir, I can't do that." The teacher looked at me and said "Why not Daemon." The teacher looked at me. I stared at him and the teacher realized who I was and sighed, "Don't ruin your first day, Daemon."

I nod at the teacher, then sit next to her. She looks down and she whispers, "Thank you." I look at her and warmly smile at her, "Don't worry about it."

"I can buy you lunch, as a thank you." I look at her, surprised by the sudden offer. She looks at me with a smile. I looked at her and my heart skipped a beat. She was so beautiful. Wait don't think that, you have a lover.

I smirk, "Sure, why not at 5:00 meet me at the park, we can go to the diner at the park." She smile at my answer said, "Sure."

I smile, "Okay then." I decide to write my number on a piece of paper and hand it to her, smiling at her. I look in front of me as class started, but I didn't listen to the lesson. All in my mind was how long for the transformation to start and how it will effect our lives.
