The Sword Of Birth

Someplace where tranquility has been lost. The Circular Dragon Continent was once a land of highly populated residential regions, as well as woods and mountain slopes. Now, it resembled hell a lot.

A time of upheaval is upon the world of horticulture. It was a time when danger lingered all the time, when demonic animals appeared out of nowhere, terrifying those who were still living. The human species was wiped out by growers of supreme demons.

Since then, fear has been a constant presence in human life. Numerous organizations have risen up in the recent years to promote peace.

However, merely using words will not bring about peace. But if people band together to form a single entity, then peace will be established.

High-level cultivators came together to establish the peace that everyone believed to be a pipe dream. stopping the genuine demon race's invasion and creating a peaceful environment for everybody.

However, even if harmony is achieved and the true demon species is vanquished, humans are still worse than actual demons.

"Leave the Sword of Birth to us, Master Li."

"That's correct; as long as you comply, we will sacrifice your life and show you kindness."

"If you want to battle us all, Master Li, don't be so intransigent. You won't make it."

"Give us the sword right away; don't waste our time."

Each person in his immediate vicinity turned and grinned as they took in the middle-aged man. It was clear that they were all involved in a plot to steal the Sword of Birth from him.

Even though there were more of them and the middle-aged guy was alone, they were all aware that the Birth Sword's strength was not to be underestimated.

After all, the Sword of Birth's power was too horrifying. When they were ready to seize it from the middle-aged man's hands, many of their teammates perished. So everyone agrees that convincing him is a viable choice.

"Hmph!" The man in his middle age snorted icily. "Why?! Were we not in agreement to unite and bring about peace?" Li Shin spoke in a stern voice.

Until the Coiling Dragon Continent was liberated from the actual demon race invasion. They all grinned at one another and acknowledged one another's presence. Li Shin rose to the position of leader among them.

However, their blades were now pointed at Li Shin, and they were envious of the Sword of Birth he had in his palm.

"Peace?! Haha... Only idiots desire peace. Where there is light in this world, there will also be darkness." Another middle-aged man spoke bluntly, "We don't have peace as long as you live with the Sword of Birth in your hands. Maybe by now we've conquered the genuine demon race."

Everyone agreed by nodding. The Coiling Dragon Continent's strongest cultivator was Li Shin. He emerged out of nowhere, and his power was beyond anyone's wildest dreams, but he didn't desire fame.

Everyone agreed that the Sword of Birth in his palm was a certain thing. They are adamant that the sword has always been their source of power.

"Yes, all of you are traitors, and I'm sorry I trusted you for so long," They were all powerful cultivators that Li Shin had gathered to establish tranquility in front of him. But if things turned out this way, who would have imagined?

Blood had filled Li Shin's mouth, and he clutched his crimson, stained teeth. He held the sword hilt firmly in his left hand. Enough blood was running through the wound to soak the sword's hilt.

Only ripped pieces of clothing were carried away by the wind when his left arm vanished. He wanted to rise up despite the fact that his leg was hurt. A long sword thrust hole was also present on his stomach. From there, blood gushed, turning the usual white robe a striking scarlet.

Li Shin's body was covered with multiple wounds, but he was pain-free. Because the turmoil of remorse and disappointment in his emotions was much worse than the physical ache.

Unknown cultivator Li Shin. His portrayal of a middle-aged man who is 35 years old when, in reality, he is 115 years old.

regret is a late bloomer "I wouldn't have trusted you then, if I could go back. I wouldn't find somebody that shares the same tears and sweat as you, either." Li Shin struggled to accept reality as she thought.

"If I were in my prime, I wouldn't have any trouble killing you all." Li Shin spoke while glaring venomously at everyone in the room.

They were all core level immortal cultivators, and many of them were patriarchs of major families and sects within the four empires of the Coiling Dragon Continent.

Li Shin began to recall how he acquired the Sword of Birth. A period of turbulence unlike any other in the cultivated world's history, shockingly disturbing the natural balance and erasing Peace.

The shabby and frail Li Shin was now even more motivated to get stronger. He can defend those closest to him and take on powerful foes since he is strong.

One of those low-level cultivators with luck that defied heaven was Li Shin. That is why he consistently escaped the disaster that obliterated all around him.

Starting with his family and home, he then moved on to the Thousand Swords Sect, which served as his haven. He was trash nonetheless, with talent that was just over average.

Li Shin was an only child growing up. When he was 10 years old, he was forced to lead a challenging existence one day. It was because his talent was little more than trash, and the Li family to which he belonged had to remove him.

Li Shin led a life of a beggar for a young person with a grim future. At age 15, he eventually succeeded in joining the sect of the thousand swords and embarking on a new life. However, not as a follower, but rather as a slave in the Thousand Swords Sect.

Being a servant is undoubtedly difficult. Even the least capable disciple required him to bow. Despite the fact that he engaged in covert cultivation. But it was all for nothing.

His dantian felt like it was trapped with a boulder and couldn't be opened at all, and his meridians were congested. Insufficient even for cultivation. He once got caught training covertly by an elder.

Li Shin was forced to give up because he was no longer permitted to cultivate and would be expelled if discovered. But the Elder was really sweet. Li Shin was not only kept in the Thousand Swords Sect, but also became his direct disciple.
