Chapter 30

Bella walked out of the Bank towards her car with a huge bag full of cash. She had already called Greg's family and told his mate that he said that they had to leave the country immediately because he was in trouble and to bring all relevant documents and necessities and meet her in front of a restaurant. A safety precaution that Bella took, only after what Kyle had said to her about being double crossed.

She hoped that her dream was accurate and things would work out for Gregory and his family tremendously and that his pups could grow in a safe environment like she did. Immediately she picked up the phone and called her mom. Claire answered with the first ring,

Hi hunni, I was now about to call you to check in. Claire said

I'm calling to say that in two days, I'll be home for several days mom. I've got to work in the mountains for a bit so I thought I'd stay at nights with you guys. Bella said and smiled at the loud screaming

Okay mom, don't get too excited. It's just for a few days! Bella said and laughed

Any time we get to spend with our baby is always a bonus my love! Should I make dinner for you when youre expected to arrive? Clair asked

No because I may arrive late Friday night so could you cater for me after? Bella asked

Yes and I'll make you favorite fried chicken too! Your dad will be so happy that you're coming. Clair said

Okay mom, say hi to dad for me too! Love you! Bella said and hung up as she pulled into the fast food outlet to meet Greg's family and purchase food.

After collecting the food and placing it in the front seat, Bella took out her phone and called his wife.

Hi, are you here yet? Bella asked the soft spoken woman

We're now about to get out of the taxi! The voice said

Well I'm standing by the blue car waving at you. Tell the driver help you with the suitcases and I'll tip him! Bella said and hung up

She got a twenty out her purse and handed it to the driver after he put the suitcases in her trunk.

Hi my name is Faith and this is our daughter Cherise and our son Jeffrey. The woman said before entering the car and adjusting the car seats she brought with her.

Nice to meet you all! Bella said and began to help put in Cherisse in her car seat while the mother put in Jeffrey. As soon as Bella was about to buckle her in, the child began to touch her face and play with Bella's hair causing Bella to smile broadly.

You're such a brave little girl Cherise! Bella said and then touched her face as she closed the door and started the car

Is Gregory okay? Faith asked worriedly

Yes he is. We just have to stop by a building and pick him up! Bella said and within twenty minutes they pulled in front of her building. Bella wanted to invite them inside her office so they could all eat before hitting the road but when she looked at the time and saw it was almost nine, she quickly dismissed the idea. They would have to eat on the road.

Bella quickly got out of the car and walked into the building and walked into the cell room

Your family is outside Gregory and you'll get one hundred and twenty five thousand once we reach the Acadian border. Please don't do anything to make me regret my decision! Bella said as she opened the gate to let Gregory out.

I won't! I still don't know your name! He asked while he began straightening up his clothes.

My name is Bella! Bella replied

Thank you Bella for all you're doing to me and my family! Greg said

It's okay Greg but if I find out that you've gone back to your bad ways, I will come after you and kill you because your kids will be better off! Bella warned as she looked at Greg and saw the fear in his eyes.

Now follow me so you can meet Cherise and Jeffrey! Bella continued as they both walked out  the building to the car. Faith quickly opened the door and ran towards Greg.

I'm okay baby. How are the pups? Greg said to her lovingly.

They are good but missing you a lot. Faith said as they continued walking to the car. As soon as his pups saw Greg they howled out softly while Greg teased them and howled back and placed kisses on them.

Bella went to the front seat and began to share the five burgers and fries she had bought. She also took out some snacks and soda and placed it in the back for Greg's kids. Within minutes, Bella drove off, burger with fries in all their hands as they began the twenty hour journey.

As soon as Kyle, Karl, James and Charlie arrived at the main house, they called a meeting with their Alpha. Not trusting the confines of the main house to speak or the staff as a matter of fact, they requested he meet them in the garden along with their mother.

The team sat waiting on the swings for quite a while and then they saw their parents walking hand in hand towards them. Kyle immediately clenched his jaw knowing about his Alpha and Bella.

My darlings, come here! Jean said as she hugged and kissed everyone.

What is the meaning of this? Why did your mother and I have to leave the house and meet you here? The Alpha asked

Knowing that the house was bugged already, we didn't feel safe telling you the information with just obtain in there! Kyle answered

Is everything okay with Lizzy! Jean asked immediately

It's concerning the uprising mother. Unfortunately we're still working on Lizzy's case! Karl answered as he patted her hands t comfort her.

We just heard about a huge operation where human women are being breed by supernatural beings and their litter are being used to train as soldier for a major uprising against all Alphas in this region. Kyle said

And where did you learn about this information? Is it reliable? Czar asked

From a rogue lycanthrope that worked in the operation sourcing the young women for the breeding! James answered

And the vampire soldiers can carry wolfbane and not be affected by it like us. Charlie added.

When is this attack expected to be carried out? Did the rogue supply you with a date? Czar asked

No, he did not and we are unsure when but for the next several days we'll be combing the mountain searching for their headquarters which is a building next to a cave. Kyle added

Would you like some of members of pack to help you? Or even from other neighboring packs? Czar asked

No Alpha because we are unsure who is behind this or who works for them. We don't want to tip them off before we find the place! Karl answered

Very well, do what you must do! I have several phone calls to make. Bring your mother back into the house when she is ready! Czar said and spun around and headed back into the house.

James I'm so happy that you're looking so much better than before! We tried to clean up the house but there's a few things in a box that I need to know if I can get rid off. Will you be staying in the house tonight or one of our guest rooms at the main house? Jean asked

I think I'll stay in the house tonight Jean but thank you for the offer. James said and looked towards the house.

Guys I'm going to check on what Jean asked me to look at and then I'll go get some shut eye okay! Call me when you're ready! James said as he briskly walked away swiping at his eyes.

He's been such a mess since Lizzy was taken! He should have spent the night with us at the main house! Jean said to Charlie as they watched James walk away.

I think he just wants to spend sometime by himself Jean. He'll be okay I'm sure. Charlie said as she covered her hands not wanting to worry her more.

Come tell me about the wedding day Charlie while we have some tea before I go to bed. I'm so sorry we couldn't be there but Czar insisted that we remain here for safety purposes! Jean said as she began to walk to the house with Charlie

He was right Jean besides we intend to have the ceremony when Lizzy gets home. Charlie said and smiled.

Boys you'll see yourself in when you're ready okay. Jean continued over her shoulders.

Kyle was just about to walk out when Karl grabbed his arms and held him, stopping him in his tracks.

I need to talk to you Kyle, it's about Bella! Karl said

What about Bella? We don't have time for this! Kyle asked

Common Kyle I know you're in love with Bella. I saw some of your steamy captured images when I went into your mind the day we fought. But Kyle, do you know what could happen to you if the Alpha finds out you're with one of his mates? Karl asked concerned

Not that I believe as such! He added also

Bella has no markings on her so which means he hasn't claimed her! Kyle said

Kyle it's still not right! The Alpha could have you exiled from the pack if in fact Bella is his mistress! There are so many beautiful werewolves here that are single, why do you want to chase after Bella who seems to be in some sort of entanglement with our Alpha? Karl questioned

When I am with Bella I feel complete Karl. I've tried to forget her and what we did but every time I close my eyes, I see her! Kyle said

Are you sure you're in love with her and not competing against our Alpha? You know to be better than him in an twisted kind of way! Karl asked

Ugh gross Karl! Please stop it! I like Bella and I think she likes me too. If father doesn't mark her and she wants to be with me then I'll take her as my mate. Whether if we're allowed to stay in the pack or not! Kyle said

Then you've made up your mind already I see? Karl asked

I only just did while talking to you! So thank you I think! Kyle said and grinned

I hope she feel the same for you as you do for her and it's not in your imagination! I also still think you should ask father about it! Karl said as he began to walk away.

Karl I need you to plan and organize my gears for me to head out with our teams when I get back, I have to go! Kyle said and began to run towards his car.

Where are you going? Karl shouted after him

I have to make sure that Bella delivers the werewolf at the border and isn't double crossed or gets hurt. That's a lot of money she would have on here! Kyle shouted back

But Bella is stronger than you Kyle, I think she can take care of herself. Don't do any shit to have her mad okay! We have to work with her! Karl said

What if she's ambushed by a gang of rogues Karl? I have to go and make sure she's fine. Kyle said and jumped into his Black Porsche and sped off.
