Chapter 48

Bella can you hear me? I need you to come back to us, to come back to me. Kyle said as he tried to speak to her through their mind link after he arrived back at the main house with his family.

It had been almost two weeks since Bella was poisoned. However,  on the last visit a couple of days ago to her parents house, Claire and Kyle saw her move her head from side to side. They we so happy when they saw it that they began to hug each other until they realize the awkwardness of it and quickly let go.

Peter was more hard core than Claire since he always stood on his rocking chair with his loaded gun any time Kyle went over to check on Bella. Not once had he uttered a word to him since first visiting them. Bella's stomach had begun to show also which was a good sign that the pups were still fighting along with Bella.

Bella please get up! We are going to war in two weeks and I want to see and feel you before that happens. Please wake up Bella! Kyle said and several seconds later her heard her voice,

Kyle where are you? I'm not seeing you in my room? What happened? Why am I in my room at my parents house? And what is this God awful leaves in my mouth? Bella said in a panicked tone as she frantically looked around the room for Kyle.

Bella you're awake my love! Kyle said happily crying ters of joy.

You were poisoned by someone at Lizzy's ceremony with the cake and have been in a coma for over several weeks, baby. Kyle said

What? And where are you? Why am I not seeing you?" Bella asked confused

Bella when we found out that you were poisoned with Aconite, the antidote administered to you could only work for werewolves and seeing that I could not reach your parents, ammmmm I marked you hoping that it could save you. And it did! Who would believe it! Karl said as he nervously laughed

You what? You fucking mother fucker, egotistical , tantrum throwing asshole! Bella screamed

Bella please it was to save your life! Kyle answered in a scared tone

Just wait till I see you again Kyle! I swear I will turn you into a fucking yellow bellied snake because that's what you are! Bella screamed again

Baby please, you are going to put stress on our pups! Don't do anything to jeopardize our family. I have to be around to help you take care of them! Kyle said to Bella

First you lie to me and got me to like you, then you impregnate me , then you accuse me of being with your father, then you inform me that I will not be having one pup but possibly several pups, oh and  someone from your pack poisons me and nowwww you have the audacity to tell me don't do anything to jeopardize our family. What is wrong with you? Do mental illness run in your family Kyle? I truly will like to know seeing that I'm having several pups who could possibly be insane such as yourself! Bella said angrily

Ammmmm I think you should go be with your parents for now love! Let them know you've awoken and is of sound minds! I promise to come to see you later. I love you Bella! Kyle quickly said and stopped talking to Bella praying that she didn't understand how mindlink worked and that at any time she wanted she could contact him and he would hear her.

Kyle jumped up and mindlinked his entire family the great news as he ran into the shower to get ready to go over to see Bella. His family was so happy and relieved they asked to go along with him, including his mother and father.

After many failed tries at convincing them not to go along with him, he finally gave up and agreed. An hour later, several cars was headed in Bella's parents direction. The Alpha drove Kyle's Mustang for the first time and sped the entire way to her house.

She sure is a beauty! Jean remind me when this uprising matter is over, that we should start taking long drives with some of the sports cars that Kyle has. Seeing that we paid for some! The Alpha said and laughed

I will most definitely my love! My turn on the way back okay! Jean said and laughed

Sure guys! Kyle chuckled nervously as they neared Bella's parents place.

As soon as the three cars pulled up, Peter again came out with his shotgun and ready to shoot.

Bella woke up exactly when Kyle softly began speaking to her. She laid with her eyes closed listening to what he was sadly saying to her and then she heard him say he was going to war and the memory of the uprising against his father, came across her mind. She quickly flew up and looked around,  expecting to see Kyle  as he continued to profess his love to her and beg her to wake up. She blinked her eyes several times to see if she had mentally erased him but she continued to hear him. Immediately she thought that Kyle and her had fought from a heated argument and she killed him while she was badly injured and that's why she was in bed.

Noooo, but then the jackass fool told her he had to mark her and turned her into a freaking werewolf so that she had a chance to survive!

He must think I'm stupid! The reason he marked me was because he was obsessed and wanted to have a connection to me always. Talking bout jeopardizing our pregnancy and shit! He's so lucky I had a moment of weakness and confessed to him about the pregnancy in the first place otherwise I had already made up my mind to exclude him from the picture. The mother fucking nerves of the man! Bella grumbled as Kyle ended the mindlink contact with her.

Bella flung the sheet of her and marched downstairs. She took out a bowl and poured some milk and cereal and sat down and began to eat when Peter and Claire entered the room. Bella's father instantly grabbed his heart,

Oh my God she's dead! My poor daughter! He wailed as he began slowly walking to her.

No dad I'm not dead, I'm wide awake as a werewolf now which is another superpower. Yippee to me! Bella said sarcastically

Bella you're awake my love! Claire screamed and ran to her and hugged her tightly.

We thought we lost you baby. You weren't looking all that good in the past weeks you've been out! Peter said as he kissed her on her forehead.

Past weeks? What the hell! What about my business? Bella answered panicking

Bella your business is running smoothly with the investigators you took on and Donna has been calling every day to check up on you

Claire said stilling hugging Bella

What is this about you being a werewolf now? Claire asked

Well Kyle and I can mindlink now that he's marked me. He says the antidote the healer gave me could have only worked if I was a werewolf so he had to do it to save my life and my pregnancy! Bella said

Bella that man loves you dearly and even though you pretend you don't,  you do too. He made a mistake! Trust me when I say it won't be the first and last that happens! If every time you father made a mistake and I chose to punish him by shrinking his head a centimeter, trust me when I say he would be looking like the character from Beetlejuice, the movie. Clair said and immediately Peter began feeling the size of his head.

Kyle loves you okay! I saw how he was here with you while you were in your coma and even though you may not want to hear this, I'll say it, he'll make a great father. Claire continued.

But he marked me without my approval mom! Bella said pouting

He did it to save your life! And what? You'd have gotten up from your coma and said okay if he asked? Even your dad approves of him!. Claire said while lovingly touching Bella's face.

I did no such thing! Don't you see me holding the shotgun every time he comes over? It's you who's always hugging him and offering him our food! Peter added as he got a beer out of the refrigerator.

He's not telling you the truth honey because he doesn't want you to feel forced into being with Kyle, but he does approve of him. Clair admitted.

Gosh I need a shower, my hairs stinks! Bella said after she smelled her mother's hand soon after playing with Bella's hair.

Yes, that and a brush teeth also. You breath isn't smelling all that good either. And to think that Kyle was kissing you sweetly on the lips every time he came here! Claire said and laughed

Well then, it confirms it, Kyle's a keeper because I just smelled your breathe honey when I kissed you on your forehead and I had to move all the way over here! Peter said and both his wife and him roared with laughter.

Both of you are impossible! Bella said and smelled her breath as she walked upstairs to shower and brush her teeth.

She came downstairs half an hour later looking for food. Her mother handed her a sandwich and a juice and Bella sat eating while looking at television.

Need anything else Bel… Clair had asked before she was interrupted with several cars pulling up in their yard. Peter immediately ran for his shotgun and walked outside.

No dad, wait! Bella said when she saw Kyle come out the car with his hands up.
