Litch King

Standing upon a wooden elevated platform, Talon talks to a massive crowd. "As you all know the purpose of this group, this family, is to overthrow the corrupted nine." He stands with confidence as Skull, Aqua, and Chase support him from the sides.

In a bright white room a figure stands from a chair. Slamming their hands onto the table they catch the attention of the other members sitting around. "As you lot well know our purpose is to rule this land and guide it to glory." The figure wears bandages that shroud their body, a mechanical arm. And red tinted glasses.

"The time has finally come for us to rise up and combat this evil force!" Talon rallies the army as they all cheer.

"An opportunity has shown itself. For us to eliminate a large group of liars and agents of chaos." The red glasses gleam as the figure's voice takes an excited tone.

"The time has come to finally achieve our dreams!" Mugs of beer and cheer fill the air as Talon steps down from the stand.

"The time has come for us to finally prove our worth! Let's see if you've actually got what it takes." The figure exhales deeply before sitting back in their chair.

"Hey V, where's Chase?" One of the other figures at the table speaks up, she wears a strange black and white leather armor, a mask with tusks protruding out the sides towards the front, and firey red eyes.

"I would like to know the same thing." The red glases figure looks away in thought.

Talon and many other revolutionaries drink and feast with joy within their base. Rouge, finally finding Talon, she approaches him. "Talon, what was your plan with all the civilians? They all can't stay here." She manages to get Talon's attention.

"I already talked to Chase about leading all of you to safety." Talon sets his mug down and leans back in his chair.

"Chase!? But, you'd lose a strong aliy, he may turn out to be crucial in this fight." Rouge looks at Talon with disbelief.

"Unless you're willing to help, that's just how it is. We'll fight our hardest no matter the odds." Rouge's eyes turn to shock and familiarity.

"You know, you and Julius are a lot alike when it comes to that." She looks over to Skull on the far side of the room standing next to Aqua. She smiles softly.

"I-I don't deserve such praise!" Talon attempts to hide his embarrassment by covering his face.

"There's no helping it then. I'll fight alongside you, so you don't end up like how he did." Talon uncovers his face to see Rouge giving him a worried but determined smile.

"I'll be counting on you then." Talon leans forward, his determination overflowing.

Talon stands on a roof as he looks at the keep, both armies are fit for battle, the revolutionaries are outnumbered two to one. "It's time for a revolution!" As Talon turns back, his army cheers and bellow war cries.

Rouge starts to shake in nervousness. "Hey, it's going to be okay, everything will be better after this." Skull places a hand on her shoulder.

"Just make sure to come back alive this time." She quickly hugs him again.

"I'll keep that promise." He gently pats her on the head.

"Good, and I'll work on keeping everyone here alive." She steps away from Skull.

Rouge places her hands on the ground. The ground starts to quake as a massive energy bursts from her. "I summon you and your army for battle, great lord Àluinn!" A portal opens behind Rouge and skeletal arms reach out from the earth. Skull draws his sword in preperation.

Emerging from the blue and purple swirling portal, is a large floating skeleton wearing a black crown and draped in fine clothes. Five small blue orbs encircle them, showing their incredible magic prowess.

Àluinn gazes upon the revolutionary army and stop when they see Skull. They turn towards Rouge and fiant intangible wispers come from them as they poit to Skull.

"What is it doing?" Skull looks towards Rouge, confused.

"They said they'll help, but in return they want to claim your soul after your current body is destroyed." Rouge palms her forehead, because her summon just turned against her allies.

"That's fine. If it gives us the edge in this battle, then you can take my soul after I die." Skull looks off to the keep, Rouge and Àluinn are surprised by how easily he agreed.

Rouge stares into Àluinn's eye sockets with a hint of resentment. "Okay." Àluinn turns away and gives out a tremendous roar that causes the skeleton army to start moving against the opposing army. The revolution now out numbers the nine's army three to one.

"I do have one more request, Àluinn." Skull catches the lich king's attention. "The three of us before you need to get there as soon as possible." Skull points to the keep as Aqua and Talon stand besides him.

Àluinn swipes their hand and the trio are gone.

"What do you want with Julius' soul anyways?" Rouge interrogates Àluinn as she draws a boney spear from the ground.

Àluinn touches the tips of their index fingers together, too embarrassed to say.

"You bitch that's my husband!" Rouge nearly throws the spear at Àluinn, but manages to stop herself. "I hope he lives for over a century." Àluinn snaps their head at Rouge when she says this.
