Stark Expo

Summer vacation was meant to be a time for leisure and relaxation, but it was also a season of boredom. Fanny didn't want to sell fried chicken rolls on such a hot day, especially since he has to make at least so of them manually.

His training also progressed slowly—and he couldn't spend all his time training. He needed something else to do.

While Fanny was contemplating whether to join the gathering held by his female classmates, his friend Billy suddenly invited him to the opening of the Stark Expo.

Billy had somehow sneaked his way into becoming a Stark Industry intern. Perhaps it was exactly for this Expo that they had required so many extra employees.

"What do you think? This is the super rare ticket for the Stark Expo opening. Ordinary people normally couldn't even dream of seeing it!"

Billy said smugly through the phone as if asking to be praised.

"It's such a hot day; I don't want to go

," Fanny lazily replied. In fact, with his relationship with Pepper, it would be easy enough to get himself invited as a guest—if he didn't care about hiding himself, that is.

Moreover, Billy probably wouldn't just give away the 'super rare' ticket to him for free.

"Big brother, help me!"

Sure enough, when he heard Fanny refuse, Billy immediately begged for mercy and confessed, "I was supposed to be on a date with two beautiful girls, but I still have some work left at the press conference. Help me look after them."

"After the work is done, I will go to you immediately."

"You have to leave at least one for me. Don't blame me for what I'd do otherwise!" Billy warned.

"Bah!"

Fanny spat on the phone. He didn't even know what the girls were like, yet Billy acted as if he wanted to have every girl in sight.

Fanny hesitantly agreed to Billy's request—he was free, after all. He was also a little curious about the Stark Expo.

Fanny ended his training early the next day, packed up, and arrived at the meeting location Billy told him at seven o'clock. He found Billy showing hospitality to the two girls he told him about.

"Billy!"

Fanny walked over and greeted them. He discreetly observed the two women. Their appearances were not stunningly beautiful, but their fashion style complemented their looks well.

"Fanny! This is the best friend that I told you two about, Fanny Helsed,"

Billy quickly introduced them to each other. "Fanny, this is Hela, and this is Lisa. I will leave their safety to you for the time being."

As Billy introduced them, the two women also secretly sized up Fanny. Their eyes lit up slightly when they saw Fanny's handsome face and his tall figure.

"Hello, I am Hela. Billy said that you are just 17 years old, is that true?"

The woman with a name similar to the Thunder God's sister blurted out as she walked closer to Fanny.

Fanny glanced at Billy, who feigned ignorance. He knew that Billy was mocking him, hoping to prevent any attraction between the two women and him. However, he clearly forgot that he lived in a society that judged books by the covers.

"Yeah, well, I guess I looked mature for my age. Most people don't notice it at all."

Fanny spread out his hands in a faux-helplessness, and two women laughed.

Billy secretly gritted his teeth beside him. He had been so busy trying to get their attention, but he had never seen them laugh freely like that.

"Alright, alright

," Billy stepped forward and interrupted the conversation. He gave Fanny a meaningful look and said, "Go look around with Fanny. I still have work to do, so I will join you later."

Then he pulled Fanny to the side and whispered, "I took a fancy to Hela first. Don't you dare hit on her."

Fanny felt a little uncomfortable hearing Billy speak about that name. He wondered what would happen if Asgard's Hela heard about Billy's impudence—maybe he would find two swords growing from his back.

However, he was bored to death and had nothing else to do. He had no other intention, so he replied in a bad mood, "Don't worry, you can have both of them!"

"I knew that you were my best brother!"

Billy suddenly hugged Fanny's shoulder happily. He specifically asked for Fanny's help instead of anyone else because he knew that Fanny had no shortage of women around him, on top of being in a good relationship with him.

Fanny looked at Billy with a funny look, shook off his dirty hand, and said impatiently, "Hurry up and finish your job. I can't guarantee anything if you take too long."

"I'll be back soon!"

Billy hurried back after bidding his farewell to the two women.

Fanny brought the two of them to the Stark Expo's opening ceremony. The vast crowd made him realize again how popular Iron Man was.

The ceremony wouldn't officially start until 8:30, but the stage in the middle of the venue was already crowded. Fanny had no choice but to pull the two women away a little.

"I heard that Tony Stark will be there tonight. I really want to see him with my own eyes."

Lisa said in disappointment. This place was quite a distance away from the stage. Even with good eyesight, they couldn't see much more than a blurry silhouette.

"Right? I also want to touch his steel armor,"

Hela agreed from the side.

Fanny silently rolled his eyes. He had seen these two things with his own eyes. It wasn't that big of a deal. He was instead more interested in the exhibition stall around the main stage.

However, he didn't want to ruin the two women's mood by pulling them around for things that they weren't interested in. He made a mental note to take a good look around after Billy returned.

The three of them chatted while waiting for the official start of the opening ceremony.

As the fireworks rose up, a steel figure with long exhaust flames landed between the rows of dancing girls on the stage, causing an uproar.

Fanny's vision was better than most humans, so he saw the smile on Tony's face after he removed the armor. Yes, it was very flashy!

The cheers continued to echo throughout the venue. Fanny had never heard so many people shouting excitedly; the fanatical atmosphere made him a little uncomfortable.

Even the two girls beside him kept trying to extend their necks, hoping to see Tony clearly.

"Although there is a price to pay for being famous, I guess there are benefits of it as well."

Fanny sighed silently in his heart. Tony was already very famous, but not even him could make so many people go crazy like now before his debut as Iron Man.

Fanny listened to Tony's speech on the exhibition stage in boredom. The self-righteous speech was perfectly on-brand for him. He was probably blabbering about his influence and the purpose of the expo now.

After that, he thanked his father. Due to Fanny's intervention, Tony's gratitude was deeper and more sincere than it originally should have been.
