On the other side, Bhavna was silently busy inside the kitchen still thinking about Abhijeet's words and was absent-mindedly kneading the flour when came back in senses feeling a soft pressure on her shoulder…
Bhavna with a slight jerk turned towards the person with: Bhabhi aap ny tou drra dia mujhy… Kuch chahiye tha kya aap ko…?
Avni shook her head with: Nahin bhabhi, main tou aap ki help kerwany aai hoon lekin aap kahan khoe hue hain…?
Bhavna while trying to behave normal, said as: Nahin kahin nahin, woh bs yunhi aata gondh rahi thi…
Avni smiled lightly with: Bhabhi aata gondh gaya hai…
Bhavna looked towards the "Thali" she was kneading the flour in and got shocked seeing the kneaded flour…
Bhavna cleared her throat with: Haan woh bs yunhi socha thora zada achy sy gondh lun…
Avni softly: Bhabhi aap aaj ja k rest karien, rooz hi tou kerti hain na, aaj main nashta banati hoon…
Bhavna hurriedly shook her head with: Arrey nahin bhabhi easey kaisy, main ker rahi hoon na…
Avni while trying to convince her: Kyun bhabhi, main koe mehman hoon kya jo main nashta nahin bana sakti… (Added jollily as…) Aap jaisi achi na sahi, lekin itni buri cooking bhi nahin hai mairi…

Bhavna nodded while the three got engaged in making breakfast when…

Avni nodded in light smile with: Ji bhabhi, bohut khush hai woh apny ghar mein, phone aata rehta hai uss ka… Raat ko bhi baat hue, bata rahi thi k thori daer mein woh log kerwachoth ki shopping k liye janey waly thy…
Bhavna casually in soft smile while cutting the vegetables: Chalien yeh tou bohut khushi ki baat hai k humari baiti khush hai apny ghar mein aur yeh bhi acha hai k time sy shopping ker li unhon ny, doo din hi tou reh gaye hain aur phir Jiya ka tou yeh hai bhi pehla kerwachoth…
Mohina excitedly: Wasey bhabhi kitni excited hoon gi na apny first kerwachoth ko ly k… (Looked towards Bhavna with…) Mummy aap bhi apny first kerwachoth ko ly k excited…
And she got stopped in shock hearing a low Aaahhh from Bhavna's mouth who was clutching the forefinger of her left hand with her right hand…
Mohina hurriedly while grabbing her hand: Mummy yeh cut kaisy lg gaya itni zoor sy…
Avni hurriedly said as: Mohina baita jaldi sy baraf ly k aao, bohut deep cut laga hai… (While taking Bhavna towards the sink…) Bhabhi aap pani dalien iss py…
And she moved her finger under the running water while Bhavna flinched in pain where Mohina hurriedly approached them with the ice-cube…
Avni while placing the ice-cube on the cut after turning off the water tap: Bhabhi aap room mein chalien please, main Sunil sy kehti hoon woh first-aid ker daity hain…
Bhavna while trying to stop her: Nahin bhabhi itna deep nahin hai, theek ho jaye ga…
Avni shook her head with: Bhabhi please, chalien bs aap kitchen sy…
And taking her to their room, she asked Sunil to give her medical aid who bandaged on her finger…
Sunil in concerned tone: Bhabhi aap theek hain na ya koe pain-killer dun…?
Bhavna shook her head slightly with: Nahin bhai sahab, main theek hoon ab bilkul… (While trying to stand…) Main nashty…
Avni instantly cut her while gently pushing her back with: Bhabhi aap baithien please aaram sy, nashty ka hum log ker lien gy… Aap please room sy bahir nahin aaien gi warna mujhy Abhijeet bhai sahab ko phone kerna parey ga…
Bhavna smiled with: Chalien theek hai, nahin aa rahi main bahir… (Turned towards Mohina with…) Baita aap auntie ko bata daina cheezon ka, help kerna, hmm…
Mohina nodded in small smile while she gave a light pat on her cheek assuring her about her well-being and they left from there and made their ways towards the kitchen and lounge respectively after closing their room's door…
Inhaling deeply, Bhavna silently got seated on the bed in half-laying posture while attaching her head with the head-rest, with closed eyes… Mohina's unfinished question again echoed in her ears, taking her in the early memories of her married life, when it was her first "Kerwachoth"…

It was night time and Bhavna again turned her gaze towards the wall-clock to find it striking 02:03 AM…
Bhavna to herself murmured as: Aaj kuch zada hi daer ho gae hai inhien, ab tk…
And she got stopped, hearing the door lock opening sound and soon found Abhijeet entering inside the lounge who got stopped in his way seeing her still awakened and standing there while waiting for him…

Bhavna cleared her throat with: Woh mujhy aap sy kuch baat kerni thi issi liye aap ka wait ker rahi thi… Subah pata nahin aap k paas time ho ya nahin issi liye socha k raat ko hi ker lun…
Abhijeet annoyingly while entering inside his room: Mairy paas tumhary liye kabhi bhi time nahin hota hai Bhavna, na hi subah aur na hi ab lekin tumhien uss sy koe fark nahin perta hai… (After placing his personals on bed-side-table, now taking off his shoes with…) Kaho ab kya kehna hai tumhien, mairy paas sun'nny k elawa aur koe option tou hai nahin…
Bhavna who was silently standing on his room's door-step, asked in hesitant tone as: Aap kal jaldi aa sakty hain kya please…? Saat, Aath bajey tk…?
Abhijeet in extreme sulky tone while opening his cupboard: Kyun, kal easa kya khas hai jo maira ghar jaldi aana itna zarori ho gaya jo tum raat k doo bajey tk jaag k maira intizar kerny py majbor ho gae…?
Bhavna in slow tone: Kal kerwachoth hai…
Abhijeet's hands got stopped while closing the cupboard doors…

After few moments of complete silence, he stepped towards Bhavna, placing his night-suit on the bed…
Abhijeet after standing in front of her, in extreme serious tone: Daikho Bhavna, kerwachoth ka varat, patni apny pati k liye rakhti hai jb k hum dono k dermian easa koe rishta nahin hai aur na hi kabhi ho paye ga iss liye yeh sb varat waghaira kerny ki koe zarort nahin hai, samjhi…?
And he turned to step away from there when Bhavna in silent tone: Yeh varat hum unn k liye bhi rakhti hain jinhien mnn sy apna pati maan lien aur main apny mnn sy apna sb kuch aap ko maan chuki hoon…
Abhijeet turned towards her in frustration with: Tumhara dimagh kharab ho gaya hai aur main paglon ka doctor nahin hoon jo tumhara dimagh theek ker sakon… (While moving from there…) Jo mnn mein aaye kerti raho lekin mujh sy koe umeed mtt rakho... (Stressed with...) Kisi bhi tarhan ki koe bhi umeed…
And he went inside the bathroom, grabbing his clothes while closing the bathroom door with a bang, giving Bhavna a little jerk, who looked towards the door for few moments when felt something slipping down on her cheeks so rushed inside her room and closing the room-door, fell on the bed while hiding her face in the pillow…

Next morning rose and opening her eyes, Bhavna looked towards the wall-clock and sat straight in shock seeing the clock striking 06:57…
Bhavna hurriedly stood up with: Main soo kaisy gae aur woh bhi itni daer tk… (While moving towards the bathroom…) Ab jaldi kerti hoon, inhien Bureau bhi jana ho ga…
After getting fresh, Bhavna hurriedly moved out from the room to make breakfast when got stopped in her track seeing Abhijeet present on the dining table, taking his breakfast who moved his gaze up, listening the door opening sound and without saying anything again got busy with his breakfast…
Bhavna in slow tone, said as: Sorry woh…
Abhijeet while cutting her in calm tone: Daer raat tk jaagti aur roti raho gi tou subah mein aankh bhi daer sy hi khuly gi aur wasey bhi mujhy inn sb formalities ki koe zarort nahin hai, main khud breakfast bana sakta hoon soo bana lia, iss mein itna preshan hony wali koe baat nahin hai…
Bhavna nodded with: Ji…
Sighing heavily, Bhavna turned to step inside her room when…
Abhijeet stopped her with: Bhavna…!
Bhavna turned towards him with: Ji…?
Abhijeet while signaling her towards the other chair: Baitho, baat kerni hai tum sy…
Inhaling a deep breath, Bhavna stepped forward and got seated on the next chair, present beside his chair…

Abhijeet started in straight tone as: Wasey tou tumhien aaj ka varat rakhny ki koe zarort nahin hai lekin jitna mujhy tumhara andaza hua hai, tum bohut ziddi ho aur varat rakho gi bhi zaror per aik baat main tumhien abhi sy bata raha hoon k main jaldi wapis ghar nahin aa sakta aur most probably main aaj ghar wapis aaon hi nahin… (Ignoring Bhavna's shattering expressions continued as…) Tumhien yeh sb batany ka maksad sirf yeh hai k tumhien ager varat kholna ho tou mairi tasveer daikh k khol laina, maira intizar kerny ki zarort nahin hai kyun k ager sir k force kerny py main ghar wapis aa bhi gaya tou bhi tumhary kisi kaam nahin aa paon ga… (Stood up with…) Kyun k mujhy na hi iss sb varat waghaira ki zarort hai aur na hi koe interest… Chalta hoon lekin tum sochna zaror mairi baaton py, bye…
And he left from there with fast steps leaving a completely silent Bhavna behind whose face had shattered in so many pieces with Abhijeet's every word and feeling her whole energy drained out, she rested her forehead on the table, while closing her eyes and letting the salty drops fell from her eyes…

She was having no measure of time when came back in senses hearing loud thunder voice and looked outside the window to find heavy rain… She hurriedly stood up and rushing inside Abhijeet's room, closed all the windows to protect water from coming inside and then moving out started closing the windows of her own room, guest room, lounge, kitchen etc. and when went to close the terrace door, did not know why, but getting stopped, she moved ahead and started showering in rain and at last just burst out in tears while sitting on her knees and hiding her face in her palms…
Bhavna was mumbling in tears as: Kyun bhagwan, kyun…? Aap sakshi hain bhagwan ji iss baat k main ny zindagi mein kabhi koe bara sapna nahin daikha tha, sirf aik pursakoon ghar aur mohabbat kerny wala pati chaha tha main ny zindagi sy… Aap ny kyun inhien itni buri tarhan sy toor dia k yeh ab jurna chahty hi nahin hain, ander sy toor dia hai unn dono ny inhien… Bhagwan please mujhy shakti doo k main kamzoor parey bina inhien joor sakon, mujhy shakti doo please…
She kept sitting there while crying with low voice and showering in rain and when rain got stopped, she had no idea… She was just sitting there on floor while hiding her face in her knees and came back in senses, hearing the door-bell ringing…

Bhavna stood up and looked towards her drenching clothes, so hurried towards her room and after changing her clothes, moved out to open the main door in great hurry as during this time-span the door-bell got rang for three more times and her mobile also rang…
Bhavna hurriedly opened the main-door and got shocked seeing ACP sir standing there, looking hell tensed…
ACP sir asked in extreme worry: Tum drwaza kyun nahin khol rahi thi Bhavna, pata hai kitna preshan ho gaya tha main k pata nahin kya ho gaya hai…
Bhavna while giving him way: Ander tou aaien uncle aap… (After locking the main-door, moved behind him with…) Woh main naha rahi thi tou drwaza kholny mein daer ho gae, sorry…
ACP sir looked at her keenly with: Tum naha rahi thi ya roo rahi thi…?
Bhavna puzzled with: Naha hi rahi thi uncle, daikhien baal ab bhi kitny geely hain mairy…
ACP sir in serious tone: Tou phir tumhari aankhien itni sooji hue kyun hain, itni laal…?
Bhavna cleared her throat with: Woh nahany sy ho jati hain easey… (While trying to slip from the scene, said as…) Aap baithien, main coffee ly k aati hoon…
And before she could move, ACP sir softly clutched her wrist and turning her towards himself, softly hid her in his fatherly shell while placing hand on her head and soon Bhavna started sobbing while hugging ACP sir tightly…

ACP sir in pain-filled tone, placing a soft kiss on her head: Mujhy maaf ker doo baita, apny baity ki mohabbat mein apni baiti k sath an'niye ker dia main ny…
Bhavna shook her head while still in hug, said as: Nahin uncle, aap ny tou mairy liye bohut khobsorat zindagi ka sapna hi daikha tha tabhi tou apna baita mairy hawaly ker dia… (While separating, looked up at him in pain with…) Uncle, woh bohut zada takleef mein hain, aik ajeeb si chubhan mein… Unhien jaisy khud apny aap py ghussa hai, mujhy pehly lagta tha k woh mujh py ghussa nikalien gy tou dheery dheery unn ka ghussa shant ho jaye ga aur woh zindagi mein wapis aa jaien gy lekin woh bohut zada tooty hoye hain aur mujhy samjh nahin aa raha k main unhien kaisy samaiton…
ACP sir sighed helplessly with: Mairy paas bhi iss sawal ka jawab nahin hai Bhavna… Abhijeet ander sy zakhmi hai, uss ki aatma zakhmi hai, uss ka khud per aur dosron per vishwas zakhmi hai… Woh jo kuch bhi ker raha hai, uss sb k baad bhi woh sakoon mein nahin hai, jaisy woh pal pal lrr raha hai aur ander hi ander mrr…
Bhavna instantly stopped him with: Uncle please… (ACP sir looked at her in pain while inhaling a deep breath, she added as…) Uncle waqt zaror lagy ga lekin mujhy pura vishwas hai k yeh wapis zindagi ki taraf loot aaien gy kyun k aik insan aakhir kb tk aur kahan tk pose ker sakta hai… Yeh dikha rahy hain jaisy inhien kisi cheez sy koe fark nahin perta lekin yeh khud ko dhoka dy rahy hain aur yeh baat hum dono hi janty hain… (Bowing down touched his feet and then stood up with…) Aap bs mujhy aashirwad dien uncle k inn k jurny sy pehly mairi himmet na toot jaiye... (In somewhat moist tone...) Main inhien khona nahin chahti uncle, kisi keemat py bhi nahin…
ACP sir nodded with moist eyes and smoothly hid her inside his consoling-energizing shell while she closed her eyes to gather her energy…

After few minutes of getting soothed, Bhavna moved back and gave a small smile to ACP sir with: Aap baithien please, main coffee ly k aati hoon…
ACP sir while stopping her: Nahin baita, main bs ab chalon ga, tum khayal rakhna apna... (Taking a pause, added as...) Main koshish karon ga Abhijeet ko jaldi ghar bhaijny ki…
Bhavna shook her head a little with: Nahin uncle please, aap inhien kuch bhi na kehiye ga warna yeh aur zada late aaien gy, please… (ACP sir gave her a hurt-filled smile with a slight node and then stepped to move out from there when Bhavna asked as…) Uncle aap yahan iss time aaye kyun thy…? Matlab aap…
ACP sir cut her politely while signaling her towards the dining table with: Tumhari "Sargi" dainy aaya tha baita, pehli kerwachoth hai na tumhari tou tumhari saas tou ab hai nahin tou Abhijeet k pita ki hesiyt sy main ly aaya yeh sb tumhary liye…
And giving a light pat on her head, he instantly rushed out from there with fast steps leaving a silent Bhavna behind who came out from her trance with car igniting sound, so stepping forward first locked the main-door and then returning in the lounge, softly spread her palm on the "Sargi" in small smile when a drop silently slipped from her eye and got absorbed in it…

Sighing heavily, Bhavna moved and opening the window, inhaled a deep breath with closed eyes, inhaling the fresh air filled with fragrance of wet soil and flowers in her lungs and then opened her eyes to look around the surroundings who were looking much fresh after rain but were seeming in sad shade to her, may be because of her own disturbed condition and hence, she moved from there after closing the window again…
Evening had arrived and after getting ready she moved out from the home towards the near-by mundir, for the pooja and soon returned after the pooja got completed…
Bhavna after placing the pooja-thali on the center-table, moved inside the kitchen and made a thali for the fast-opening time and then returning in the lounge, grabbed her mobile and after few minutes thinking, finally dialed the number and attached the mobile with her ear having a meek hope that the later would attend her call…
Soon Abhijeet's cold voice rose from the other side as: Bolo…?
Bhavna softly: Saat bj rahy hain, aap kb tk aaien gy wapis…?
Abhijeet in rough tone: Raat bhar nahin aaon ga aur ab mujhy phone nahin kerna, main busy hoon…
And the call got cut from his side while Bhavna detached the mobile from her ear and sat on the couch with thud…
SOO GAYA CHANDA, SOO GAYE TAREY, SOO GAE DUNIA SAAAARI…
She was sitting there in complete silence when moved her head up, listening loud exclaims of society's kids as "Chand nazar aa gaya…" "Maa, chand nikal aaya…", hearing which Bhavna too moved in the terrace and looked up towards the sky to find moon present there…
Bhavna in sad smile: Nahin aaye woh, pata nahin mujhy kyun umeed thi k woh aa jaien gy… (Inhaled deeply while adding in firm tone as…) Lekin main bhi apna varat unhien k hath sy kholon gi phir chahy sari raat guzar jaye ya sari zindagi, main intizar kerny k liye taiyar hoon…
And she moved back in the lounge and started waiting for Abhijeet… Time was passing very slowly as sometimes she started pacing in the lounge, sometimes got seated and for nearly hundred times had looked outside from window in the hope to see the face of the person she was waiting for…
SOO GAYA CHANDA, SOO GAYE TAREY, SOO GAE DUNIA SAAAARI,
AB TOU AA JA, SANGDIL SAJNA, TU JEEETA MAIN HAAAARI…
Finally around 4, heard the car parking sound and she instantly sat straight, feeling anger and great hurt inside her…
After few moments, Abhijeet entered inside and got stopped in great shock seeing Bhavna standing there, fixing her stare on him and moving his gaze, he looked towards the food-thali and on the very first glance, got well that the food was still untouched… Abhijeet throwing an angry glance on her, stormed inside his room while banging the room door behind him, increasing the anger of Bhavna who losing her patience bar, moved behind him and opened his room door with a jerk to find him standing near the bed in angry-disturbed avtar, who too turned his gaze towards her listening the door opening sound…
LAMHA LAMMMMHA, BERHTI JAYEEEEE, INN AAKHIOOON KI PYAAAAS,

Bhavna angrily: Drwazy marny sy ager ghussa kmm kia ja sakta tou main ab tk ghar ka koe na koe drwaza toor chuki hoti…
Abhijeet while stepping in front of her: Main ny tumhien kaha tha na k khana kha…
Bhavna cutting him in rash: Kya matlab hai aap ka k khana kha laiti…? Rooz khana nahin khati kya main aap k baghair…? Lekin rooz mein aur aaj mein fark tha, maira pehla kerwachoth ka varat tha yeh… Aap ka kya chala jata ager aap jaldi aa jaty tou…?
Abhijeet annoyingly: Kya pehla kerwachoth, haan…? Sirf mang mein kisi k naam ka sindour lagany sy koe patni nahin…
Bhavna cut him in strong tone with: Lekin suhagan ho jati hai woh aur yeh varat hr suhagan rakhti hai…
Abhijeet angrily: Haan tou rakho phir, maira dimagh kyun kharab ker rahi ho…? Apni khushi sy rakha na varat, main ny mn'na bhi kia tha tumhien aur ab tk ager bhooki baithi ho tou woh bhi apni marzi sy, main ny kuch nahin kaha hai tumhien, samjhi tum…?
Bhavna nodded with: Ji samjh gae, thank you itny achy sy samjhany k liye…
And she stormed out from his room…

Abhijeet getting hell frustrated, threw his personals on the floor and after few moments moved out from the room and seeing the lounge empty, directly made his way inside Bhavna's room and found her sitting on the bed while hiding her face in her knees…
Abhijeet while standing in front of her: Bhavna…!
Bhavna moved her head up and seeing him there, stood up with: Ab kyun aaye hain aap yahan…? Keh tou dia na aap ny sb kuch…
Abhijeet while trying to control over his anger: Ja k khana kha lo tum, khud ko takleef dainy sy koe faida nahin…
And he was about to step outside from there when got stopped listening Bhavna's angry voice as: Tou phir aap khud ko itni takleef kyun daity hain…? (Abhijeet giving her an angry glance was about to step out when she clutched his wrist with…) Aap mairy sawal ka jawab diye bina nahin ja sakty…

Abhijeet while freeing his wrist with a jerk: Tum hoti koun ho mujh sy koe bhi sawal pouchny wali…?
Bhavna in strong tone: ACP Pradyuman uncle ki bahu… (Abhijeet became totally silent while she added turning her tone soft as…) Kyun ker rahy hain aap khud k sath easa…? Kyun khud ko path'thar dikhany ki koshish kerty rehty hain aap jb k aap path'thar nahin hain kyun k ager sach mein aap mein hr ehsas mrr gaya hota tou aap ko mairy iss waqt tk bhooka rehny sy koe fark nahin perna chahiye tha, lekin aap ko fark para hai warna aap iss waqt mairy room mein nahin hoty…
Abhijeet in composed tone: Tum apna yeh sb care aur concern apny paas rakho, samjhi…? Aur main yahan sirf iss liye aaya tha kyun k tum iss ghar mein rehti ho, iss sy zada kuch nahin… Ab chup chap bahir jao aur khana kha lo, 24 ghanty sy zada ho gaya hai tumhien kuch khaye hoye…
