Chapter 109

Third person point of view

The train stopped.

Caspian looked down at the purple haired girl who had slumped on the train chair, her head dozed off, with her snoring loudly.

Caspian leaned down closer to her, his nose lightly brushing her as he whispered lowly. "Pennylover."

The purple haired girl snorted quite unwomanly to which Caspian bit down on his lower lip to stop himself from smiling.

"We're here, darling." He spoke the words against her lips.

She snorted again, this time jolting up, hitting her forehead against his, and opening her eyes in the process. Her chocolate eyes widened comically, and planning to enjoy the thrill of pouring salt on a wound, Caspian hissed in pain and rubbed his forehead.

"Fuck it hurts." Caspian hissed while rubbing her forehead.

Persephone looked embarrassed above and beyond at Caspian's pained expression.
