Chapter 116

Third person point of view

Persephone was pulled into the kitchen by Caspian. 

Upon reaching the kitchen, Persephone grabbed a cup of what looked like tea instinctively wanting to put it in her mouth before recovering her awareness and dropped the cup back down. 

"Don't drink that tea, it tastes like dirt." Even without any intentions of drinking the tea, she heard someone say from the other side of the room. 

Persephone knowing better kept quiet, Caspian on the other hand broke the solemn silence that Persephone's expression and demeanor had kept them in.

"What exactly are you trying to do here, Pennylover?" Caspian asked, obviously not caring for subtly as he voiced out his opinion in his normal speaking voice even though several parties were at the other side of the house.
