Kiara continued to walk into the schoolyard. Inside his heart was very upset, she wanted to scream to get rid of his annoyance. Arriving in front of the classroom door, Kiara knocked on the door. The teacher who was teaching immediately told her to come in.
"Kiara. I have been informed that you will be late for class because you are helping people at the hospital. Now sit down and do your homework, ask your other friends."
"Yes," answered Kiara who went straight to her chair and took out her textbook.
Not long after, the recess bell rang. All the students looked happy, they quickly put their books in their bags and raced out of the classroom after the teacher came out first.
"Silvia!" Call Kiara.
"What?" Silvi answered who was busy putting books into her bag. "You haven't told me, why are you late for class?"
"I was on the street this morning seeing a schoolboy who was hit by a car," Kiara replied.
"Continue?" Silvi asked curiously.
"I helped get to the hospital but not alone, there were other people who helped too." Kiara was silent, remembering her meeting with Leo at the hospital.
"Continue?" Silvi asked again, sitting next to Kiara.
Kiara was silent for a long time. Silvi saw Kiara who just stood still and nudged her with her hand. "Hello! Kiara Larasati. Still alive or dead?!" Silvi shouted in Kiara's ear.
Kiara who was silent was immediately shocked. "Silvi, are you going to kill me? Why are you shouting?!"
"Thank God, it turns out to be alive. You were asked instead of daydreaming. Continue the story!"
"Lazy. I remember that crazy man. My blood immediately rises when I remember him!" Kiara replied with an annoyed face.
"Whose man? Are you cheating on me?!" Silvi asked in a slightly loud voice.
"Silvi! Keep your voice down, it's not good for others to hear! What do you mean I'm cheating on you? Later those who hear will misunderstand, they think it's true." Kiara covered Silvi's mouth with her hand.
Silvi held Kiara's hand, asking to be released from her mouth. "Your hands stink Kiara! Carelessly hold my lips!" Silvi immediately cleaned her lips with a tissue.
Kiara chuckled. "Of course, it stinks! You know what I was holding back?"
"What?!" Silvi asked quickly.
"That smells ---," Kiara hung up her sentence to tease Silvi.
"What Kiara?!" Silvi asked.
"Ha-ha-ha," Kiara laughed. "Think for yourself! What do you think that smell is?" Kiara is getting excited to tease her best friend.
"You are indeed an inhumane friend!" Silvi ruffled Kiara's hair.
Kiara laughed out loud when she saw Silvi's frowning face in annoyance. "Ha ha ha."
"Oh Silvi, that's it! I'm sorry!!" Kiara tried to avoid Silvi's hand which was constantly messing with her hair. "If you don't stop, I'll give you an even smellier one. Want it?!" Kiara threatened to hold back her laughter.
"No, disgusting! I don't know either, what's that smell?!" Silvi asked.
"Don't know what it smells like?" Kiara answered with a laugh, remembering where she got the smell on her hands from.
"It's dirty!! A virgin's hand smells of shrimp paste. Luckily you are beautiful, try if you are ugly, surely no man will want to be with you," Silvi grumbled with an annoyed face.
"Thank you, my friend. Silviawati, who is universally beautiful, is her son, Mr. Kadir," said Kiara, smiling broadly at her best friend.
While they were joking, someone approached the two of them. "Kiara, it turns out that you are here. Not to the canteen?"
"No," Kiara answered looking up at the face that stood in front of her.
"Why?" he asked.
"Lazy, I'm tired Bagas," replied Kiara.
"Where were you this morning?" Bagas pulled a chair to sit next to Kiara. "I'm looking for you."
"I'm from the hospital, helping people who were hit on the road"
"Great. I'm proud to be your lover! It's beautiful, your heart is also good," said Bagas embracing Kiara's shoulder.
Silvi, who had been feeling ignored for a long time, finally spoke up. "Remember, there are people here! Don't carelessly hug other people's girls."
Kiara and Bagas just smiled in response to Silvi's words.
"Tomorrow night do you have an event or not?" Bagas asked Kiara.
"No, why is that?"
"My family has been invited to a company event, where my dad works. I'd like to take you along."
"Your parents allow me to come or not?" Kiara asked looking at Bagas.
"Of course. You're their beautiful daughter-in-law, surely they'll allow it. Are you coming?"
Kiara didn't answer. His mind was filled with confusion.
"Why are you silent ?" Bagas asked confused.
"I---," Kiara hung her sentence.
"Why?" Ask Bagas. "Don't be afraid, just say it!"
"I don't have clothes to go to such an event," Kiara answered quietly, looking down.
Silvi, who had just been silent, suddenly laughed. "Ha-ha-ha. I thought what was the problem? It was just clothes. Don't worry Kiara, what's the point of having me as your friend if you can't solve trivial problems like that."
"I'll buy you clothes later. Don't worry. Your job is just to accompany me to the event. Are you coming?" Bagas grabbed Kiara's fingers and rubbed them gently.
Kiara smiled sweetly. "But Bagas."
"No buts! You have to come," said Bagas.
"Okay, I'll go with you," Kiara replied smiling.
Silvi was happy to see Kiara wanted to go with her lover.
"The problem is solved. I will go back to class, break time is over soon." Bagas stood up from his seat and went straight to his class.
....
Elsewhere, in a fairly large room. It seems that people are busy with their work. The room is neatly arranged, with white nuances with beautiful fresh flowers decoration in every corner, the tables are decorated in such a way that there will be a party in the room.
In the middle of the room, a handsome man was watching the workers. From time to time he ordered people to correct the location of the flowers that they felt did not fit.
The cell phone in his trouser pocket vibrated. He looked at the name on the screen. "Hello, Leo. I'm checking the preparations for tomorrow's event, everything is ready. Ok." The man hung up the phone again and put the phone back in his trouser pocket.
"Mr. Bayu, is there still something missing?" Ask someone from the side.
Bayu looked up. "No. Everything is good. I think our President will be satisfied to see all this."
"Hopefully everything goes well, nothing happens," replied the person.
"Ok, I still have business outside. I entrust everything to you, arrange this properly. Don't miss the slightest flaw. If there is a problem, contact me immediately," said Bayu.
"Okay, Mr. Bayu. Thank you. You can count on me," replied the person.
"I live first, Mr. Yopi," Bayu said goodbye and immediately left the place.
.....
At school, Silvi is trying to persuade Kiara to want her to do her makeup for tomorrow's event.
"Kiara, I beg you," Silvi pleaded with a pitiful face.
"I don't want it, my face will look like a clown if you do my makeup. I don't want to! It's like the one who will take me to the salon that his mother subscribes to and buy me clothes. But to be honest, I'm afraid, what if I'll embarrass people there old Bagas?"
"It's okay to be afraid, how are you? Retreat before advancing, lose before fighting!" Silvi said annoyed.
"Fear is natural, his name is also human. Moreover, this is the first time I come to such an event," Kiara replied. "There must be a lot of guests from the upper classes. I'm afraid, come or not?"
Silvi was silently looking at Kiara's face. There was worry in him. It's true, this event was the first time for Kiara. What if something happened there? Silvi feels what Kiara is feeling.
