Chapter 6: Sneak flirting.

Grandpa Jiang and father Jiang sat together at the couch ,their discussion going serious as they frowned from time to time. Grandma Jiang and Mother Jiang shared various recipes to help in healing. The big Jiang bothers stood behind the elderly women quietly yet they seemed to share a tacit understanding as they exchanged glances and nodded .

Jiang Xueyue stared at those people,her heart filling full. She requested her third brother to give her pen and paper to which her brother readily agreed and soon handed her the stuff.

"Third brother, please go take a seat, don't keep standing here. I'm alright by myself now."Jiang Xuesheng went to stand besides his elder brother after making sure she was fine.

Jiang Xueyue settled a pillow on her thighs as she started making stokes with the pen on the paper while occasionally looking upto stare at the family before going back to sketch again.

Fortunately,her left arms were fractured not her right one's. Her dominant right hands would still do much other than sone occasional discomfort.

Soon, the black strokes of the pen turned into a family sketch of the Jiang family. The strokes were made in a fluid movements, capturing every detailed and vivid expression of the people in the sketch.

Jiang XueYue's full, pink lips stretched to form a whole- hearted , bright smile as she continued to look down at the paper.

The strokes seems to have tucked at her heart-strings.

"It's beautiful"

Suddenly,a man's deep and affectionate voice sounded right besides her ears causing her ears to turn red.

Although suprised, Jiang Xueyue remained calm as she quickly recognised the man's scent and voice.

Mo Sicheng raised his eyebrow ,amused to find this little girls unconscious trait , her ears turned red on close proximity.

Jiang Xueyue raised her head slightly to meet the man who seemed to have suddenly appeared without her even noticing. Thus man sure had skills. Yet when she noticed the man continuosly staring at her with his dark eyes, she wasn't able to decipher if the man was praising the sketch or herself.

"Thank you"

Jiang Xueyue shook her heads to get those messy thoughts out of her mind. Whatever it was, she should thank him for his compliment.

Mo Sicheng laughed heartedly as he watched the girls adorable actions.

Jiang Xueyue frowned,clearly confused about what this man was laughing about.

" I got millet congee for you. It it while eats hot."

Mo Sicheng said while settling a small folding table infront of her before keeping the bag containing congee on it.

"Elders, please have your lunch as it's already past lunch time"

Humph!!

The members of the family snorted together. They have been watching as this big bad wolf flirted with thier Darling granddaughter/daughter/sister right under their nose. There was no way this wolf could get away with that.

Mo Sicheng,who was still busy unpacking the dishes suddenly felt a chill directed towards him. He sneaked a peek at the Jiang members and instantly knew that the coming days were not going to be easy for him.

Sigh!

He let out a low sigh deep inside his heart as he empathized himself for his dilemma. He shrugged as he continued to prepared the utensils.

It was his fault after all,who told him to flirt with their darling child infront of them but how could he explain it, he couldn't help himself when he saw this little beauty smiling like an angel.

Jiang Xueyue insisted to sit with her family as they had their lunch. Meeting their darling's hopeful eyes,they agreed. Jiang Xueyue yue could move around as she only suffered external injuries,only her left arm was a problem sometimes.

Jiang XueYue's hospital room was one of the VIP rooms of the hospital, it had a seprate visiting area where it could accommodate around a dozen people

The Jiang family helped to carry the dishes out to the visitor's area while Mo Sicheng helped Jiang Xueyue walk there. He firmly held her shoulders to make sure she wouldn't fall.

They had four couches,so the old master and old madam shared one. Master Jiang and madam Jiang sat to their left side while the Jiang bothers sat to their right. Mo Sicheng and Jiang Xueyue were seated opposite to the elderly pair.

Jiang Xueyue sullenly ate her bland congee as she looked at the meat dishes on the table. The little girl's adorable behaviour was seen by everyone who had their attention solely on her. They merrily laughed together watching this girl show so much expression today.

"Your congee is good too."

Mo Sicheng whispered to Jiang Xueyue.

"Oh"

The little cat was still irritated, she liked meat and spices. They were doing this in front of a patient.

Bad people,humph!

"Hey"Jiang Xueyue nudged at mo Sicheng with a elbow.

"Can't i get a bit of meat" She asked with hopeful eyes.

"No,have your congee"

Jiang Xueyue once again lowered her head she focused on her food.

".Actually,you can have a bit of meat "

Mo Sicheng said before giving the girl a small amout of meat. A bit of it wouldn't be a problem for the girl.

"But it must be a fair exchange. So now, you can exchange some of your congee with some of mine, okay?"

Mo Sicheng teasingly reasoned out, yet the desperate girl failed to realise that she was taken advantage of. She quickly fed a few spoons of congee to the man before receiving some meat from him .

Jiang Xueyue giggled happily before eating her meat. Her eyes fell on the vegetables on the table, she still remembered,the man preferred vegetables over meat in the past. Yet he couldn't take eggplant .

Jiang Xueyue bent forward to take braised eggplants from the plate before putting a small portion of it in Mo Sicheng's bowl.

"Do you like it."

She asked watching the man eat the vegetables in glee.

"Ehn"

The man answered while meeting the girls eyes,they shined brightly and held sharpness as she observed him seriously.

"But i like you better"

The man's eyes turned darker as he whispered in a lowered deep voice al almost touching the girls ears with his lips.

Jiang Xueyue shivered at his sudden actions before quickly lowering her eyes to look at her bowl. She couldn't bear to look at this man's eyes, they made her unable to breathe at this moment.

"Major general Mo, the committee of higher ups have been praising your talent alot lately. I would like to ask you if you want to practice with my team in the coming future"

Father Jiang said with a gentle smile which seemed scarier than his angry expression.

This Mo family's brat was quite brave to flirt with his daughter like this.

"I'll gladly join, Sir lieutenant general"

Huh!!

How could Mo Sicheng even deny when Master Jiang was asking him as his superior in military. He knew it would no longer be a simple practice for him. However,he could take it.

"Truly, Major general Mo's skills are top-notch, how about a spar with me after this so that I can improve too."Jiang Xuejing fake smiled.

Bastard!!

Flirting with his little sister in front of him, thus man would surely pay.

Mo Sicheng laughed bitterly in his heart as he agreed to first young master.

What improvement,haha!

This man was a major general just like him yet his strength was on par with his. This man just wanted to beat him in a justified manner .

This family was bullying him together.
