Stuart slept at the hospital waiting for Luciana to regain consciousness, when he told Kourtney who she was, she didn't take it lightly, she couldn't read her facial expression cause they were filled with different emotions, she didn't say a word and just left the hospital going back home, he has never felt so stuck before, but he needed to stay with Luciana for now, she needed him more than ever, Tyler came in standing behind him," what are you going to do next? Will it be Luciana, or Kourtney who is carrying your unborn baby?." Tyler asks, Stuart did not say a word, his eyes were glued to the woman sleeping soundly on the bed, he couldn't believe how much she has grown, she looks so innocent and naive like back then when she was sixteen, she hasn't changed much except that she was now a woman," any results on her condition?." Stuart asks," she was given different medication and substances in her body, injections with different drugs, she might get frightened and act up when she wakes up so it's better you be here when she wakes up." Tyler informs him," where the medicine that Christine brought to you the same?." Stuart asks," they're the same drugs." He tells him, Stuart frowns," I will be in my office if you need me." He says before leaving, Stuart takes out his phone dialing Kourtney's number and calls her but she wouldn't pick up, he calls William and he answered," Mr Levant."

" Where's Kourtney?." He asks," Mrs Levant is still upstairs, she hasn't come downstairs yet."

" look after her." Stuart says hanging up, Stuart got up going to the bathroom to freshen up," Stuart! Stuart!." Luciana screams out his name, Stuart rushes out of the bathroom going to her," Hey I'm here, I'm right here." Stuart sits beside her bed and she throws herself in his arms," I thought I was dreaming, I thought I was still in that hell prison." She cried out," I'm here now, I won't leave your side." He rubs her head," I want to go home, I don't want to stay here any longer please get me out of here Stuart." She begs him," I will get you out of here." He assures her taking his phone and calls Tyler," She's awake." He informs him cutting the call, in a few minutes Tyler came in, Luciana clings onto Stuart's arms tightly," Luciana! How are you feeling?." Tyler smiles at her," Luciana! You remember Tyler right?." Luciana nods," I would like to check your blood pressure and how you are corresponding to the treatment, may I?."

" No injections, I don't want it." Luciana panics," I won't give you an injection, it's not necessary I just want to make sure you're okay and healthy." Tyler assures her," it's okay, I'm here with you." Stuart gives her a reassuring smile, Tyler did some tests on her and could see that she is much better and with time those drugs that were being injected in her system will slowly start to die out, Stuart took her back with him to his Villa, Kourtney was sitting on the couch when she heard the door open, she stood up going to door way and saw him with Luciana standing beside him clinging onto his arm," Stuart! Who, who is she?." Luciana asks," Well she's, her name is Kourtney, she's a famous model worldwide." Stuart tells her," a model, but why is she living here?."

Her family doesn't live in New York, she barely knows anyone here so I decided she stays here till the work she came for is complete." Stuart lied to her, Tyler told him she wasn't supposed to hear or experience anything shocking or her brain might react and it wouldn't be good for her, Kourtney could only give a slight smile but Stuart could tell it was a heartbreaking smile," it's nice to finally meet you Luciana, Stuart told me about you and how much of a good person you are." Kourtney says, Luciana looks at Stuart," I'm hungry." She tells him," then let's have breakfast." He leads her to the dining room sitting her down and he sat next to her, Talia served them toast and eggs, sandwiches, orange juice and coffee, Stuart fed Luciana because her hands were still a little shaken up," Kourtney join us." Stuart pulls out a chair," I'm not hungry thank you." She says going upstairs to Cassy's room," so she's Stuart's lost girlfriend, the one that went missing after that accident ten years ago?." Cassy thought the girl died already but she was shocked to hear that she is still alive," what now? What's Stuart's plan next?." Cassy asks," I don't know, he has been looking for her ever since she went missing, now that she is back I don't know what's next." Kourtney sits on the bed," but it's to late right? You and Stuart are married now, you just can't break your marriage just because his dead girlfriend is back to life." Cassy said, but what she did not know is that Stuart and Kourtney are not legally married so it's easy for him to leave her and marry Luciana instead, after all the two of them were once a thing and they loved each other, Kourtney was afraid to lose Stuart, after all she has fallen in love with him and she is carrying his unborn baby, Kourtney touches her flat stomach not knowing what to do," doesn't worry Kourt, Stuart is your husband he married you, he chose you and nothing can change that, not even his risen girlfriend." Cassy assures her.

Luciana didn't want to let go of Stuart or give him space to breath and this was really bothering Kourtney, she was clinging onto his arm like a little girl holding onto her candy basket, not taking it anymore Kourtney stood up from the dining table feeling suffocated," where are you going?." Stuart asks seeing her about to leave," I need some air." She says simply," you didn't have breakfast this morning, have lunch at least." He tells her, Kourtney stared at Luciana, she felt like crying but held back her tears," I just need some air, excuse me." She turns around and walks away, Cassy didn't go after her, she knows when Kourtney really needs her privacy and this was it, Kourtney left the house and the Levant resident to take a walk and refresh her mind, the house was quite far from the City, she could only see trees on both side of the road, she got tired of walking and decided to rest on a bus stop bench, she sat there for about twenty five minutes, a white car was approaching and stopped," Kourtney!." Jonathan smiles warmly," Jonathan it's you, what are you doing here?." She stands up," I should be the one asking you, what are you doing here all alone? It's not safe." He gets out of the car," just thought of taking a walk that's all." She tells him," you know you can't lie to me right, what's bothering you?." He grabs her shoulders, Kourtney looks into his eyes," I'm just really really hungry." She admits which was not a lie, she didn't have breakfast or lunch and carrying a baby with her made her more hungry every five seconds, Jonathan chuckles opening the car door for her," you will never change."

" can we go to a Chinese restaurant? I'm craving for some Chinese food right now." Kourtney holds her stomach," you're talking like a pregnant woman right now you know that? but what ever you say goes." He smiles widely and drove off to the City," you didn't tell me where you were coming from or going." Kourtney states," I went to get a blueprint of a client, she wants a particular design for her living room." He tells her," oh." The car stops in front of a Chinese restaurant and went inside, seeing Kourtney the manager took them to a private section," how stuff will attend to you shortly." He smiles at her and leaves, a waiter came in with a manual," Sir, Mrs Levant." He greets handing them a manual," I will have shrimp, a crab make it spicy, though not to spicy, plain rice and orange juice, tap water but very clean, that's all for now." She orders," just bring me a bottle of red wine." Jonathan says looking at Kourtney surprisingly," what?."

" nothing, just that's a lot of food, are you sure you won't pass out after that?." Jonathan leans on the table," trust me I can take it." After a few minutes the waiter and waitress brought the food to the table, and the drinks, Kourtney didn't waste time jumping in, she ate everything and enjoyed the taste of the warm food, Jonathan was shocked seeing that she actually managed to finish everything," that was amazing, let's go get some ice cream." She tells him standing up."wow." He leaves cash on the table and they left to a nearby ice cream shop. They ordered ice cream and sat there for a while just talking and having fun, it was nearly dawn, Jonathan dropped her off home," thank you for today, I had fun." Kourtney smiles," I'm one call away if you need a friend to suck money out of." He teases her, Kourtney chuckles," next time I'm paying it's a promise." She says, Jonathan starts the engine driving back," whose that?." Kourtney heard a voice speak from behind, she turns around and sees Stuart standing behind her with his hands in his pockets," a friend." She answers his question," I see she's not clinging onto your arm, where is she?." Kourtney adds," asleep, are you jealous?." He stands in front of her, he was so tall that he was looking at her head, she was so little in front of him although she has a normal height of any model, Kourtney looks up at him staring into his dark eyes," why should I? She's not competition." She tells him before walking away going inside, Stuart smirks going inside.

" where do you think you're going?." Kourtney asks," isn't it obvious? It's my room so I'm bound to be here." Stuart answers her question," what if your girlfriend wakes up and she wants to be with you? don't you think it's wise you sleep in her room." Kourtney folds her hands over her chest, Stuart took a step closer staring down on her," do you really want me to sleep in her room?." Stuart holds her waist, Kourtney stared into his eyes feeling the urge to kiss him but she holds back," I'm tired and need rest, good night." She pulls out of his hold going to the closet to change into her night gown, she tied her hair into a ponytail and went to bed switching off her light night to her bedside, Stuart took off his shirt going to bed as well.

While in the other room, Cassy and Xavier were having a passionate evening in each other's arms, she was so addicted to him that she couldn't stay away from him no matter how much she tried, after their long love making Xavier fell back in bed running his slender fingers through his smooth silk hair, Cassy sat up leaning to the bed board while she stared at him," I have to walk up really early tomorrow for work, good night." She says to him grabbing her clothes to get dressed," sleep here tonight." Xavier tells her, indeed she would love to spend a night in his arms with him holding her tightly closer to him, but she didn't want to look desperate and clingy," No, I don't think it's a good idea." She says dressing up and left his room going back to her room.

Hours went by, Kourtney kept on turning in bed, she couldn't sleep or find a comfortable spot, she opens her eyes touching her stomach," what do you want now? I'm not even nearly three months yet you're making me your slave." Kourtney complains to herself, she stares at the watch on her bedside table, it was 24:12am in the morning, she looks at Stuart who is sleeping soundly and peaceful, she admires his sleeping face, he looked so innocent, beautiful and peaceful, Kourtney's cravings were getting stronger every pasted minutes but she didn't want to wake Stuart up, taking a deep breath she faces him," Stuart!." She whispers his name softly but Stuart didn't hear her calling," Stuart!." She once again calls out to him but still no response, Kourtney frowns staring at the ceiling, Stuart looks at the little woman who was having trouble falling asleep and couldn't help a smile making its way to his face, Kourtney looks back at him and he closes his eyes quick pretending to be asleep," Stuart!." Kourtney tries her last calling to him," Hmm!." Stuart answers In is sleepy tone," are you asleep ?." She asks," Hmm." He answers in a sleepy tone," what do you want?." He shifts in bed," nothing forget it." She says biting her lip, Stuart lifts up his body staring down at her," you woke me up at midnight, surely there's something bothering you." Kourtney sat up touching her stomach," I'm craving for chocolate ice cream, please get me some." She tells him," Fine there's some chocolate ice cream in the fridge I'll bring it." He says getting out of bed," Stuart!

I don't want the one which is in the refrigerator, I want you to go to the City and get me one." Kourtney blinks innocently, Stuart looks at the watch and couldn't believe what she was asking of him," Kourtney it's 00:40 in the morning and it will take me thirty minutes to get to the City, the ice cream store might be closed by now," Stuart tells her, Kourtney gave a sad expression which made Stuart sigh holding his waist," Let's do this ok, have the ice cream which is in the refrigerator I'm sure it tastes the same, if you don't like it I promise to get you another one when it's fully morning ok." He assures her," No need I no longer want it, it's ok go to bed." She tells him laying back down," Kourtney! don't be stubborn." Stuart sits next to her holding her arm," I would really like to get some rest okay." Kourtney says in a louder tone, Stuart wondered if her pregnancy will be this hectic, he gets up grabbing his gray T-shirt putting it on and grabs his car keys," I want to come with you." She gets up, Stuart didn't want her to make more drama so he agreed, Kourtney got out of bed putting a brown coat on her night dress and they left the room, they got into the car and drove to the City, all the ice cream stores were closed, they drove around a little longer but couldn't see any open store," I really want ice cream Stuart." Kourtney cling onto his T-shirt," I will get you one." He assures her, Stuart drove to the next street and could see one particular shop open, it was a coffee shop but they also sell ice cream, Stuart packed the car getting out, he opens the car door for Kourtney and helps her out," but this is a coffee house." She frown," Stuart I said I want ice cream not coffee." She said angrily," I don't expect you to explode little angry bird, besides this is the only store which is open." He tells her leading her inside, the store was empty which was good, the sales girl stood up to see her customers, her eyes lit up as a wide smile makes its way to her glowing face," OMG pitch me, Kourtney Grenade, Mrs Levant." She moves away from the counter approaching them," Welcome to brandy Cafe, I'm pitches remember me?." She introduces herself," you look kind of familiar to me." Kourtney says," yes I run Kourtney's only fans blog, I'm the president of it." She smiles, Kourtney finally remembered where she has seen this little girl before, she is the same girl who went LIVE to support and back her up when that scandal happened," right, yeah I remember you, you're from New York huh, how are you?." Kourtney greets her," I'm perfectly fine, wow I never thought I will get to meet you in person, I have sent you so many Emails and voicemails, but you never replied to them but I never lost hope." Pitches said," my assistant takes care of my Email i never have time to check them out, so you work here?." Kourtney looks around," yes, just trying to earn a little and save up for college, I'm recently out of school at the moment, financial crisis." She gave a slight smile," oh you do not have to worry, give me your number and I'll contact you okay." Pitches wrote her number on a piece of paper and gave it to her, turning to Stuart, she couldn't believe how lucky Kourtney is to have a handsomely, breathtaking, gorgeously charming and well built sexy and hot man as Wealthy, rich and dangerously beautiful as Stuart Levant, He is a man to die for indeed," Mr Levant, it's such an honor to be standing beside a strong and passionate and powerful business man as yourself." She smiles widely," it's nice to meet a person who defended and supported my wife." He nods at her," please have a sit, what may I offer you?."

" do you have chocolate ice cream?." Kourtney asks," of course." Pitches went to get a bowl of chocolate ice cream and brought it to her," here you go, and what may I offer you Sir?." She turns to Stuart," a cup of Late is fine."

" one cup of Late coming up." She went to grab a cup of warm Late for him," I will be right at the counter if you need anything." She says leaving them alone," happy now?." Stuart raises a brow at her," don't blame me it's the pregnancy." Kourtney scoops a spoon of ice cream staring at him," your cravings started earlier than I expected, and we still have 8months ahead of us." Stuart takes a sip of his Late," Well I guess you have to man up and prepare yourself, Mr Levant." Kourtney teases him, Stuart's phone rang, he takes it out staring at the screen, it was William calling," What happened?." Stuart answers," It's Miss Luciana Sir, She is panicking and calling out your name, she won't calm down." William tells him," I'm on my way." He hangs up standing up," what's wrong?." Kourtney asks," we need to leave now."

" why?what happened?." Kourtney was confused," it's Luciana she needs me, we need to leave now." He leaves the cash on the table and takes her hand leading her out to the car, Kourtney was getting sick of it, it has even been two days since she arrived yet she is making it hard for her, Stuart drove back home and hurried inside," Stuart!." Luciana went to throw herself in his arms," hey I'm here, I'm right here." He hugs her patting her head gently," where were you? I was so scared, I thought I was back in that horrible place." She cries out," it was only a nightmare, you're safe here Luciana, I'm here." Stuart assures her," don't leave me alone please, please." She begs him, Stuart kisses her hair leading her upstairs, he took her back to her room," you need to rest." He lays her down," stay with me till I fall asleep please." She whispers, Stuart nods covering her with the sheets while he sat next to her, Kourtney went upstairs to her room crying herself to sleep.

It was 10am when Kourtney opened her eyes, her next shoot is within an hour, she got up going to the bathroom and took a warm bath, she dressed up into blue office pants and a white tucked in top with a black coat on top, she tied her hair, wearing her black high heels and grabs her bag going downstairs," Good morning Mrs Levant." Kate greets," Good morning kate." Kourtney smiles going to the dining room and found everyone sitting around the table," Good morning everyone?." Kourtney greets," Good morning." Cassy and Xavier greets," Good morning." Stuart greets warmly," Stuart I don't want you to leave me alone, please let me come with you." Luciana says," Luciana we talked about this, I have to work and you can't come with me, everyone is here to look and take care of you." Stuart sighs, Luciana nods sadly," I will back before you know it, trust them just as I do." He stands up, Luciana also gets up giving him a hug," come back soon." She said in a soft tone, Stuart nods leaving for work, Xavier leans back in his seat staring at Luciana before he shifted to looking at Kourtney," I can drop you Ladies off if you want to." He offers," sure." Kourtney gets up walking out, Cassy and Xavier also follows behind.

Kourtney spent the entire afternoon focused on her work," wanna have lunch?." Cassy asks," No, I have something to take care of." She gets up and leaves," where are you going?." Cassy calls out to her but she was already gone, Kourtney took a taxi and dropped off at Levant Corporation, she went inside the building," excuse me I'm here to see Stuart." She tells the receptionist, Kourtney saw that the young lady was a different receptionist and the one she met the last time she was here," Mrs Levant greetings, Lisa!." She calls out to a young woman," please direct Mrs Levant to Mr Levant's office." She tells her," this way Mrs Levant." Lisa leads the way and Kourtney follows behind," in here." She shows Kourtney the door and leaves, Kourtney opens the two doubled black doors and went inside, Stuart was going through some documents when he looked forward and saw Kourtney standing there, he was surprised to see her," you're here?." He spoke, Kourtney bit her lower lip approaching him and collided her lips with his, she starts to unbutton his shirt hesitantly but he stops her," what are you doing Kourtney?." Stuart asks in a quivered tone his demon of lust creeping to the surface," isn't it obvious, I want you." She tells him kissing him more but stops her once more," it's not a good place to have sex, anybody can walk in at any moment, and I wouldn't want anyone to see your nakedness apart from me." He tells her," I don't care Stuart, they know we're married right, it's perfectly okay." She tells him," Kourtney!." He took a heavy breath, Kourtney finally pulls back creating some space between them," what! It's only fine with you when you want it? Can I crave for it and come to you?." Kourtney said annoyingly," it's not like that, this isn't the right place."

" Stuart it hasn't been two days since Luciana arrived yet I feel like you've changed a lot since she arrived, you spend most of your time with her, you no longer have time for me and it's just so shity." Kourtney tears up walking away," Kourtney! Kourtney!." Stuart calls out to her but she was already gone, he leans back in his chair running his fingers through his hair," Sir someone is here to see you." Lisa informs him," who?."

" Mr Dan."

" you can let him in." Lisa nods and leaves, shortly after a man walks in," Mr Levant." Mike takes a sit on one of the chairs," you can drop the formalities, so tell me what do I owe this surprise visit?." Stuart crosses his one leg on thee other," I know you know what I did to Kourtney that night, but what I don't understand is why you haven't approached me yet? Why haven't you reported me to the police? What are you waiting for?." Mike was confused and curious,he was getting anxious and just decided to confront Stuart, Stuart tilted his head looking right into his eyes," let me make sense of this Mr Don, you raped my wife not only that you gave her to your dogs like she was some kind of a toy, I will be honest with you, it's not me to punish you but my wife herself." Stuart simply says," Mr Levant-

" we are done here." Stuart presses a small red button, after a few seconds two men in black walks in," show Mr Don the way out."

" No need for that." Mike gets up and leaves.

Kourtney went back home removing her heels and fell on the couch," a glass of juice Mrs Levant." Talia brought her a glass of orange juice." Can I have a glass of wine instead." Kourtney took a deep breath," I'm sorry Mrs Levant but Mr Levant locked all the wine and liquor away, he holds the keys."

" Shit," Kourtney curses," you can leave it there thank you." She adds, Talia puts the glass on the table and walks away, Kourtney runs her fingers through her hair helplessly," Hi." She heard a soft and gentle voice," may I join you?." Luciana asks," sure." Kourtney sat up straight, Luciana sat on the opposite side," you're married?." Luciana asks looking at the diamond ring on Kourtney's finger," well you can say that." Kourtney touches her ring," where is he? How come you don't live with him?." Luciana asks curiously," well let's just say we are no longer together, he found someone else and I didn't want to share him with any other woman, so I left." Kourtney made up a lie," I'm sorry to hear that, in my case I wouldn't also like to share Stuart with any other woman, I love him so much." Luciana gave a faint smile, Kourtney stared at the woman sitting beside her, she was so innocent, beautiful and so much in love with the man she was in love with," what if he found someone else? What next?." Kourtney asks, Luciana frowns, she didn't think about it, that after so many years Stuart would actually be single, what if he did find someone else? Could he actually have a girlfriend by now? Did he forget her and everything they shared? All these questions were going through her head, Luciana looks at Kourtney for a while before opening her mouth to speak," is there a woman in his life?." She asks, Kate came inside the living room with gifts bags," Ma'am this came in for you." She said," what is that?." Kourtney asks curiously, Kate puts the bags on the table, Kourtney opens them up and sees tiny cute baby clothes, little tiny shoes and other baby accessories and they were all in pink and pitch," who are these from?." She asks," a man dropped them off, he did not say who they were from."

" oh ." Kourtney could only say," I will be in the kitchen if you need me." She turns around and walks away," baby clothes, are you pregnant?." Luciana asks, Kourtney nods slightly," Congratulations, a child is a blessing." Luciana congrats her," thank you." Kourtney gave a warm smile," excuse me, I will be in my room." Luciana gets up and goes upstairs, Kourtney gathers the gifts and goes upstairs to her room, she went through the bags again to see if there was any card or clue to know who the gift was from but there was nothing, she sighs tiredly going to the bathroom and freshen up, after freshening up she sat on her bed opening her laptop, Nate sent her a few ideas of her next shoot and she began working on them the entire day, night came when Stuart arrived back home, Luciana embraces him in a warm hug," Welcome back." She smiles softly," how are you?." Stuart gave a slight smile," okay, let's have dinner I was waiting for you." She drags him to the dining room, everyone was seated around the dining table apart from Kourtney," where's Kourtney?." Stuart asks," She was tired so she went to bed early." Cassy tells him," did she have anything to eat before going to bed?." He asks," yes." Cassy nods, Stuart was at least relieved to hear that, after dinner Luciana insisted that he takes her to bed and tuck her in so he did," happy now?." He raises a brow," very happy." She smiles," good night." He switched off the lights and went out, Stuart went back to his room, he got changed and went to bed.
