CHAPTER 20

It was pretty hard for Philip to ignore friends now. He realized that he needed friends and when they came to congratulate him on his success in the trial, he smiled and greeted them too unlike before. After Olivia had come to testify, he did not doubt that there were still good people in the world and around him.

He had successfully passed his make-up tests and once again, his lectures were proud of him.

"Nice to see that you are enjoying your own freedom." Olivia said and he smiled.

She sat beside him and looked at the book that he was reading. "You can't stop reading can you?"

"No, I can't."

"So how do you feel knowing that the world is not against you?"

"It is really good to see people as they are. I never knew that you would be in the court."

"Don't thank me. I didn't want to come at first but I came because of you and Enya. It was partly my fault for introducing Enya to Martins... apparently, she was right when she said that I was always putting her in trouble."
