Chapter 110: RWBY/Justice League (11)

~Jack POV~

Oh.

Walking with Barry, Bruce, and Ruby I managed to obtain the memories of my clones entering my head meeting up with the rest of the DC counterparts and recruiting some powerful people in the process.

Arthur Curry. Victor Stone. Diana Prince. Clark Kent.

I'll be damned though everyone is pretty strong even if Clark hasn't trained while I walked with everyone as they all met each other for a change of pace.

I began to meet up with everyone around this place with everyone disclosing information with Yang began to talk to us once we were in the open, "Ruby! You'll never guess we found –"

Next followed by Ruby as she began to talk to everyone with a bright smile on her face, "Hey guys a Tortoise Faunus who's almost as fast as me!"

Barry then interjected at this trying to defend his pride, "Hey! I let you catch me – "

What?

Interjecting between the two while I don't mean to toot my own horn reminding them of our race here, "What? I thought last I checked I beat you two in a race. Hmm…?"

Twitches of annoyance flinched on Barry and Ruby's faces while I used Ruby's stacked with to increase the speed of beating the two.

Ah… the look of dominance is a proud thing besting the two best speedsters in this world.

But ignoring everyone and having my AP bar restored to some extent I glanced at everyone talking to each while I keep my to ensure nothing happened with everyone beginning to talk to each other.

With that, I listen to everyone outside I keep watch to ensure nothing happens to keep my weapons Destiny's Ward and Red Riot.

For now, I began to analyze the situation while I hope my teammates are alright but after concluding everything that happened there could be one invader that has stars matching the actions and descriptions whose power belongs to…

"Barry Allen, though the locals call me the –"

"—Flash of light, green light, that's saved me from the wreckage of the spaceship. I rebuilt myself –"

"—Borgh, you know borgh, a burg, a borough—a neighborhood outside the city, only for Faunus, decorated all in citrine and cyan and aqua –"

"—Man, this is a lot of people. I'm more of a lone wolf… shark…"

Sighing at this joining up with them talking to each other I wanted to go back to Ozpin to report back to what happened, "Ok everyone. We've really got to get back to Professor Ozpin – "

*WOOSH*

Suddenly I was taken off by a green blur after me as I heard the words of my allies yell out my name forcing me down to the ground.

"Jack –"

*BAM*

Ow.

Ouch!

*BAM*

Using my aura to activate my forcefield I was suddenly attacked by someone as I opened my eyes in clear shock yelled out to who it was, "Penny!"

Stopping her actions as she holds me in a tight grip on my shirt, I saw her eyes.

They were red.

That was when Penny began to speak to me in a cold robotic tone while gripping me tightly holding me up in the air holding one of those Starro starfish in her hand, "Friend Jack Nights are needed. Starro would need a great general like your abilities."

Swallowing a lump of saliva in my mouth, this was practically the perfect situation.

For me that is.

*SPLAT*

Using crushing the ugly bastard I made a mad dash toward Penny.

Not even going to breathe in another word I began to grab onto Penny while I let my help me find the original programming default for Penny and use my to hack into her systems.

Coughing out to let some fresh air enter my lungs at Penny using her flight jet pack to raise me into the air I began to reply to her, "Cough! Cough… you know… you really should've gone for the head."

"Zzzzzt…!"

"AHHHhhhh!!!!"

While used my on Penny injecting my aura into her systems she began to malfunction as I tried resetting her back to normal. Should've known it was not going to be that easy.

But as an added insurance I made sure to boost Penny's aura using remembering from Vol.8 that by boosting her own souls she was able to fight back against her initial programming. Here's hoping it does the trick here.

Letting go of me in the air I used to keep myself afloat while Penny began to shake her head as if denying something.

The more she shakes her eyes flickered between red and green again with two voices counteracting each other the more she spoke fighting for control, "NO this is for our lord Starro I mus-s-s-s-s – Refuse! I was designed to help people not ensl-l-l—lave them is our purpose for our lord mussss…. Resist my programing this is wrong! Jackkkkkk – No he must be captured like the resssss… please help me –NO! AHHH!!!"

My eyes widen in shock seeing that the initial programming to capture me was being overturned by Penny's own Aura rejecting this idea harshly. My eyes narrowed at this seeing one of my friends in pain.

At that moment though it was then her programming got in control while narrowing at me while releasing her own weapon Floating Array at me speaking in a cold calculative tone, "Affirmative… you are indeed power and versatile Jack Nights… and you manage to keep my pitiful soul to emerge… reassessing danger level… take down long-range only resort close range when needed."

*Click*

*Shiiii*

All of her 12 swords began to transform into 4 energy cannons at the ready aiming at me with my eyes turning wide-eyed but narrowing down drawing out my own weapons, "Don't worry Penny I'll be sure to rebuild you again when everything is been said and done with. I promise… to help you."

At this Penny merely narrowed her eyes at me simply addressing the issue of me being sentimental before firing at me, "That foolish notion of yours will be your downfall servant. You are just a tool like we are all meant to be under our glorious leader Starro. Fire."

*PEW*

Yeah, I'm in trouble.

This is really going to be the most troublesome fight I have been in.

But if she thinks I'm going down like this easily then Penny severely underestimates what I'm capable of.

Time to see the fruits of my training bear fruit against Penny. Hopefully, I can't damage her much or kill her would be really thankful if we became allies.

But first I have to deal with an angsty android first.

~Third POV~

"Jack!"

Suddenly taken away by none other than a corrupted Penny Team RWBY and co. are against the odds of an ambush attack.

Returning a few minutes before Jack was kidnapped by Penny the rest of Team RWBY and Justice League Remnant Counterparts saw him taken deep into the woods Ruby tries to ask to help but couldn't before they were ambushed.

"Ah!"

"Hssss!"

When they suddenly got attacked by a group of people with everyone that could draw their weapons Ruby immediately saw the rest of Team JNPR with surprise in her voice, "Pyrrha? Ren? And Nora?! Don't hurt them! Try to restrain them."

Everyone agreed as they began to attack Nora, Ren, and Pyrrha in hopes of knowing them down or restraining them.

"WHAM!"

Arthur whacked Nora on the face as they were wearing a mask talking to her, "Sorry but this need to be done!"

"WHAM!"

Yang whacked Ren in the face while Barry began to hurry along and defeat the rest of the mind controlled with Victor holding one of them in the air with Blake fighting off the mind-controlled octopus Grimm.

Clark is having the hardest time handling the people nearby as his currently not fully powered using his Semblance voicing his dead weight, "I'm doin' my best, Ruby, but I'm just a regular farm boy strong right now!"

*Woosh*

Using her to avoid encirclement of the mind-controlled people Ruby yelled out to Diana to possibly free the people, "Diana can you try to free them from being possessed?"

*CLANG*

Blocking from their spears with her rapier weapon Weiss comments on their struggles of being outnumbered by the mind-controlled people, "Free them? Free us! Ruby, I adore you, but we're outnumbered ten to one! Ah my Myrenaster!"

*Shiii*

Suddenly Weiss Myrenaster was taken away as a black colored hue shined on this showing Pyrrha to be in control of the weapon taking it away more puppets began to get closer to Weiss.

Weiss grimaces at this using this moment to use her to summon up her ally to battle feeling the pressure of being surrounded mumbling to herself, "No way I'm letting you take control of me. Not I nor my parents will control me. Not ever! Not till I follow my own Grandpa's footsteps…"

*SHIII*

Weiss Summoning glyph began to respond to her emotion as she yelped in surprise seeing one of her first Grimm she fought respond coming out surprising her with a smile of victory, "And now this is more like it."

What Weiss summoned was an Arma Gigas.

This Arma Gigas takes on the appearance of a medieval suit of armor, made of an unknown, but durable space-gray metal. Its under armor is the same shade of gray, while the internal parts of the armor, namely the helmet's viewing area, take on a jet-black color.

The Arma Gigas stands at least twice as tall as Weiss and wields a longsword that appears to be made of the same metal as its body, which is nearly the same height as the Arma Gigas.

Moving up with Weiss on its shoulder Ruby couldn't resist as she yelled out a surprise at this, "What! Weiss when did you learn to summon that!"

Weiss for her part couldn't help but be stunned summoning the Arma Gigas since all she have summon was Beowolves, or Boarbatusk talking to Ruby, "Just now I think? Guess those extra time practicing worked."

*Wwsssh*

*Thud*

The Arma Gigas swinging it's sword around at the group of mind-controlled people making crowd control easy to handle with Barry the first to reply to the scene, "Whistle~ Don't want to be on the other end of that beast. But at least that Grimm is on our side. Makes what I'm about to do a lot easier."

"Zzooooom….!"

Barry using his semblance gives him the ability to become super-fast by leaving a trail of lightning taking out the group of mind-controlled people in a quick fashion tying them up with nearby rope.

While Barry was busy tying them all up quickly enough at a fast speed Bruce soon came by to help Clark as he was getting overwhelmed, "Hmph! Need a hand there farmer boy you seem to need it."

"Whack!"

Hitting them with his battle axe the Batwing with a wide swipe managed to push back all of the mind-controlled people with Clark beginning to stand up unsteadily, "Ugh… thanks for the save Bruce. Really need to be wary of them encircling us."

Bruce nods at this keeping axe close by seeing they were getting encircled again talking back to Clark, "I wouldn't say, Clark. Looks like we are only just at the beginning of this issue we face."

Clark nods at this seeing a nearby axe he began to collect it while reassuring Bruce to be careful, "Sure. I'll be sure to watch you're back."

Bruce nods at this trying to defend what's to come.

"Wwwssssh!"

"Yikes!"

Blake and Yang were handling more members of the controlled Grimm when Yang's eyes widen seeing another team coming at them mind controlled dodging an enormous sword, "Whoa! Talk about cutting it close! But damn so this where Team CFVY went missing… well damn… even whatever controls them has some Beacon Students."

Yang saw one of the team members of Team CFVY as a tall and athletic-looking young man with shaved-short black hair and tanned skin, who wears mostly pale-green and brown attire. He has a long short-sleeved robe, which he wears on one shoulder over a black muscle shirt. The robe is fastened at the waist by a leather armored belt with two pouches on it. He also wears brown pants and black-and-green boots. His left arm bears a 5-layer sode that extends up past his shoulder.

The one who attacked them was Yatsuhashi Daichi one of the missing students at Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. His weapon of choice is Fulcrum, a great sword with a hooked tip.

Dodging an enormous sword strike from Fulcrum Yang got to a serious fighting position before she noticed Blake having a massive headache, "Ah! My head… I feel someone entering me… get out of my head! GET OUT! GET OUT!!!"

Clenching her head in pain Yang's eyes turned red wavering towards another member of Team CFVY along with Yatsuhashi.

There is a teenage boy with dark skin and dark, messy copper hair that has a long fringe and a cowlick. He wears a sleeveless, muted orange zipper vest with black lining and a high collar, a pair of black jeans, and brown, laced shoes.

His eyes are pure white, showing that he is physically blind. His arms are covered in scars, and he has a vertical scar on his lips. He also wears a pair of long black gloves and has several pouches attached to his belt.

Fox Alistair is another one of the missing students at Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. His weapons of choice are Sharp Retribution, a pair of orange-bladed tonfa.

"Halt!"

Arthur seeing Blake being in trouble saw the main issue as he began to use his semblance to block Fox's own Semblance releasing Blake from her pain coming towards the two, "That Faunus Fox Alistair has the same ability as I do. Better to leave him to me. Telepathy to Telepathy it will equal the playing field."

*Bang*

Dodging tilting his head away seeing a gunshot from one of their other members of Team CFVY using hard light Dust at a distance.

The other member of Team CFVY has long, brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a pair of brown rabbit ears, identifying her as a Faunus. She also wears a pair of black tights accompanied by a pair of brown lace-up wedged-sole boots.

Her combat gear is made up of a cropped brown jacket with a thin gold zipper and her emblem on the right of the chest, over a thin black top and brown shorts that decorated metal trim alongside black tights with golden metal flats. Accenting her outfit are a pair of gold spaulders, cuffs, a belt, that have decorative patterns. The box containing her weapon attaches to the belt.

Velvet Scarlatina is another missing student of Beacon Academy and a member of Team CFVY. Her weapon of choice is Anesidora, a camera that can produce hard-light copies of weapons after she has taken pictures of them.

Blake regains her bearings again while the headache subsided, she regains her actions seeing Velvet at the distance while thanking Arthur for the save, "Ah… that hurt. Thanks for the save Arthur. I'll deal with the sniper just be sure to keep Fox out of the way."

Nodding at this Arthur forewarned Yang to be wary of Yatsuhashi holding his trident going against Fox, "Absolutely Blake. Yang be wary of the big fella and don't let him touch you once. His Semblance is a nasty one . He can permanently wipe memories that are trivial in nature, such as forgetting the last few seconds, and temporarily wipe important memories, which return on an equal time as to how they were wiped. For instance, if he were to wipe somebody's memory back a day, it would take a day for them to return."

Listening to Arthur's explanation Yang gulped a bit hearing this readying her gauntlets Ember Celica while her eyes are red, "Sure. Just make sure not to let him touch me sounds easy enough."

Yang was being sarcastic about it but knows she wasn't left with much of a choice but to distract the big guy and not let him touch her once.

*BANG*

"Whoa there!"

Barry stopping himself and dodging the rounds of multiple gunshots rounds at him sees Coco shooting him with a Minigun with Barry yells out displeased, "Oh come on! She has a fucking Mimigun aiming at me! Well, it might as well be me than anyone else. I am the fastest man alive to avoid all these shots."

"No worries you ain't alone in this."

*Shiii*

*Thud*

The rounds of Coco weapon Gainduja were stopped by a light construct shield showing Victor creating it giving Barry some breathing room to get a break, "Whew! Man, thanks for the save Victor. Thought I was going to play around the rosy with her a bit longer before I can catch a break."

Victor on the other hand didn't think it wise to rest yet as he pointed to Barry behind the shield he created, "I wouldn't say we are out of the woods just yet. Look over there."

Barry did so while he groaned more seeing more people coming over to Coco's side mind controlled with a bone-like masks on them, "Ah! Me and my stupid mouth for jinxing it. Give me a break. They brought the cavalry with them. Guess no rest for the weary then."

"Zooooom…!"

Using he began to take down each one of them while Victor provided support.

All in all, Team RWBY, Clark, Diana, Bruce, Barry, Victor, and Arthur were all dealing with some issues one way or another being outnumbered.

"BOOOOOM!"

Suddenly a large pillar of pure aura pressure was felt throughout the town anybody nearby all collectively shiver their spines as if feeling the sudden pressure weight on their souls weighing them down.

Everyone puppet or not has one thought of what happened at that moment, 'What the hell is with that pressure?!!'

While on the other end the battle between Penny against Jack increases further.
