Emergency notice

Hello, this is your author. I apologize for this sudden notice, but I have to express my frustration about my recent experience. As always I have completed my draft and ready to save it, but for some reasons my draft which took 3 hours to complete was completely gone.

I experienced this before and I thought the platform fixed the issue, but it appears that I was wrong. I deeply apologize for this and I really hope the platform would fix this issue since it happened to me many times.
