Li Fo's shadow shrugged slightly, speaking in a deep voice: "So, this series of malicious incidents can be explained, right?"


Arthur slowly nodded: "At least there's that possibility."


Marquis Clement furrowed his brows uneasily, asking Li Fo: "Didn't you say that the culprit behind these incidents is that... uh... tremendously evil existence mentioned in the Sky Pillar Mountain prophecy?"


Li Fo glanced at him, answering indifferently: "Evil... is just a term used for easier understanding. According to the prophecy relayed to me by the narrator, that existence seems to be a hybrid of a phenomenon and life, yes, it's a life form just like us, but it can trigger or lead to unpredictable destruction and disaster. In short, it is not a simple natural event, nor is it those wild beasts which are even simpler than natural phenomena, so it's not odd if it has 'motives'."


Arthur turned his head to look at Li Fo.
