Tell them a believable lie.

While Ha-yoon laid unconscious on a hospital bed, Soo-Min, Seong-min and Cyrus all Sat with her, waiting for her to wake-up.

The doctor hasn't come over yet to tell them what's going on, so the three just sat down talking about how this all happened.

"I wonder why she collapsed! I thought it was just her period, She said so!..but now, I'm not so sure." Seong-min said with a guilty expression as she glanced over at Ha-yoon.

"Hey, No need to feel bad about it, it's probably just Fatigue." Cyrus who sat besides the bed, said while smiling gently at Seong-min, but For some reason, And instead of being comforted by his smile, Seong-min felt uneasy.

And Seong-min wasn't the only one feeling uneasy, "Cyrus, You've known Ha-yoon better than us, is there anything you can tell us about her health that we should be aware of? like if she's currently suffering from any illnesses?" Soo-Min asked.

"I don't know anything like that, but if I did know... I don't think it's my place to tell you two.

Ha-yoon isn't the type to share these things with people, even those close to her...she likes to seem indestructible." Cyrus replied chuckling.

"This isn't funny!" Seong-min said, "Ahh c'mon! she seemed fine at the party didn't she? I'm sure she's just tired!" Cyrus replied nonchalantly, confusing the two girls even more.

"Cyrus, I understand you don't want us to worry about her but we can't help it.

Ha-yoon may have seemed physically fine during the party, but that all could've been an act." Soo-Min said.

"The only time Ha-yoon ever seemed not okay, is when she had to dance with Joel because you ditched her." Cyrus replied chuckling again.

Realizing that she's wasting her time trying to get Cyrus to talk, "This bastard is lying to my face...mid-eul suga eobs-eo! (can't believe it!)" Soo-Min mumbled to herself.

Feeling frustrated, "Ugh whatever! I hope this is nothing serious...Maybe it was something she ate?" Seong-min questioned.

"I cooked most of the food myself and supervised the rest, so I'm sure it's not Anything she ate.

And it's safe to say that No one else got sick, seeing how you and I and Cyrus are fine." Soo-Min replied.

"Leave finding the reason to the doctors.

Don't bother yourself worrying about the unknown." Cyrus said, "Hey listen, Why don't you two go back home? it's pretty late anyways and both of you worked really hard for the party, you should get some rest!

I can watch over her by myself." He added suggesting.

"Not a chance, I'm not leaving here without Ha-yoon." Seong-min replied immediately.

"You said your dad is here too? Why don't you go back to him or are you going to stay with Ha-yoon all the time and abandone your father?" Soo-Min asked.

"Tch? abandoned? I was with him the entire time until you guys brought Ha-yoon here!" Cyrus replied.

Sighing, Seong-min pulled her phone, "What are you doing?" Cyrus asked her curiously.

"I should tell my brother what happened." She replied while unlocking her phone, but the moment she did, Cyrus walked-up to her and quickly snatched the phone from her hands.

"HEY?! THAT'S MY PHONE!" An Angry Seong-min shouted.

Angry as well, "Cyrus, give her back her phone right now." Soo-Min demanded while glaring fiercely at Cyrus.

"There's no need to call or tell Jin at this late hour!

You don't need to make somebody else worry for nothing." Cyrus replied.

"Who are you to tell me what to do?! Give my phone back!" Seong-min nearly shouted again but Cyrus took a step back instead, with her phone still in his hands.

"Young man I will count to 3 for you to give my daughter her phone back, or not only I will call Jin myself, but I will Make sure you regret taking what's not yours!" Soo-Min spoke again, her killer-like glares managed to scare Cyrus enough.

"Okay chill! here's your phone GEEZ!" Cyrus said tossing Seong-min her phone back, "What's gotten into you two! i thought you're gonna kill me for the phone!" He added worriedly.

"You're the one whom I should be asking this question?! first of all you tried to get rid of us and now you stole my daughter's phone because she tried to call her brother?!" Soo-Min replied angrily.

Since her phone has returned to her, Seong-min calmed down a little but was still unhappy with what Cyrus did, "I don't know what you know about Ha-yoon Cyrus, but you should be aware that she and Jin go back way in time.

He should know what happened." Seong-min said.

"I get it but You'll be worrying him for nothing! it's so late, he's probably heavenly asleep with Nikolai right.

Those two barely get a moment of peace together as a couple before some sort of problem emerges outta nowhere!" Cyrus replied.

"I didn't know Their relationship matters to you this much." Seong-min said sarcastically.

Cyrus looked away from Seong-min in discontent from her sarcastic remark, only to accidentally lock eyes with her mother.

Seong-min may have calmed down about the phone matter, but Soo-Min was still enraged and Cyrus realized that she hasn't stopped glaring at him at all.

"A supposedly dear friend of yours collapses and ends-up in a hospital, Yet instead of notifying The people close to her, you try to stop us from doing so." Soo-Min spoke-up.

Scoffing, "You're talking as if Ha-yoon has a million of people waiting for a notification the moment she gets hospitalized!

She doesn't! Ha-yoon has a pretty small circle of people around her that I mostly don't know of! I mean, before Seong-min even came Into my life, I didn't know that she and Jin knew each other.

And Ha-yoon doesn't usually tell her friends everything that goes on with her life, so I'm just trying to respect her way of life." Cyrus replied.

"YA!" Soo-Min shouted startling him, "It doesn't matter if Ha-yoon doesn't have a million friends, or she just has two!

She's not awake to tell us what to do! And A normal person would notify her friends and family.

Because hiding serious things from people you love, is always a bad choice." Soo-Min explained her point of you.

"You wanna call Jin?! fine! go ahead and call him! I'm done! I hope that when Ha-yoon wakes up, she's going to be so mad at you two for making this bigger than it is."Cyrus said then angrily crossed his arms.

"OK! BOTH OF YOU STOP IT!" Seong-min shouted,"SHIT YOU SCARED ME! is it in your genes to yell suddenly?!" Cyrus complained.

"Both of you are right and wrong about this." Seong-min said, "About what?" Soo-Min wondered.

"Eomma, Let's be honest, Cyrus has a point.

Ha-yoon isn't an open book, no one truly knows how she would've handled this situation better than someone like Cyrus who knows her well, he's just trying to do things according to Ha-yoon's way.

So don't take it personally." Seong-min said, but before her mother could object, she turned to Cyrus.

"Cyrus, I understand that you're worried sick about Ha-yoon, and you're trying to do things her way because you care deeply about her and you want her to be happy.

But it's important for anyone close to Ha-yoon, to know what happened to her, even if it's not serious." Seong-min said.

Both Soo-Min and Cyrus looked away from her and from each other, "We're all friends of Ha-yoon now, it's important that in a time like this, we avoid confrontations with each other." Seong-min added.

Seong-min got-up and headed for the door, "I'm gonna go call Jin and leave you guys to cool off." she said before she walked out of the room.

When her daughter left, Soo-Min sighed in defeat, "She really got a noble heart, my princess...I would've totally slapped you by now." She said.

Sighing as well, "I'm sorry I acted that way... she's right, I'm worried sick about Ha-yoon.

I don't want to believe that she's not okay." Cyrus replied.

"You talk like you have something to say, is there something you're hiding from us?" Soo-Min asked.

...Next morning...

"Ugh...what happened?" Ha-yoon Asked as soon as she opened her eyes, "Noona! welcome back! I didn't think you'd take this much to wake-up." Seong-min beside her said.

"Seong-min? where am I?" Ha-yoon asked as she began looking around her, "You're in the hospital nonna, You passed out few hours ago.

It's okay if you don't remember what happened because the doctor said you got yourself a concussion from when you fell unconscious on the floor." Seong-min replied.

"Is that why my head is killing me? Ugh!" Ha-yoon said," Sorry...i probably scared you And Soo-Min Unnie." She added.

"Don't say that! it's true we got scared but it's not a bad thing, we care about you!" Seong-min replied.

"Where's your mother?" Ha-yoon asked, "She's with Jin and Nikolai, I called them shortly after we brought you to the hospital though they couldn't come right away, but they're on their way here now." Seong-min replied, "Cyrus was with us too when we brought you to the hospital.

He stayed with us Until his dad called him." She added.

Suddenly, "Umm...By any chance, Did you guys speak with any doctors...about me?" Ha-yoon asked worriedly.

"The doctor said it's just Stress and fatigue." Seong-min replied.

Surprised, "Really? they only said that?" Ha-yoon questioned.

"Yeah, why? did you want to hear something else?" Seong-min asked, "Huh? no! that's awesome, I mean I'm relieved." Ha-yoon replied smiling.

Seong-min watched as relief washed over Ha-yoon's face, she knew that Ha-yoon wasn't relieved because it was just 'Fatigue', but because the doctor lied to them.

...[Tiny Flashback]...

When she noticed he was gone, "Huh? Eomma where's Cyrus?" Seong-min asked as she got back into the room.

"Idk princess?" Soo-Min shrugged her shoulders, "I asked him if he knew something and was hiding it, and as soon as I did that, he just got-up and left!" Soo-Min explained, "He Said something about him having to check on his dad?" she added.

"I'll be right back!" Seong-min said before leaving again.

Since she knew where Cyrus's dad room was, Seong-min hurried there, but when she stepped Inside, she was surprised to find no Cyrus, and his dad was wide awake.

Pointing at her, "Oh! It's you! you're Jin's sister who grabbed Nikolai by his collar!" Joe said when he saw Seong-min.

Annoyed, "Aish! why does everyone keep referring to chapter 10! I'm a better person now!" Seong-min said to herself.

"What did you say kiddo?" Joe asked her, "Nothing Ajusshi! I was looking for Cyrus." Seong-min replied putting in a big smile.

"Cyrus? he left a while ago, hasn't came back Yet... I'm actually starting to worry about him." Joe replied, then "And btw why are here Kiddo? didn't Cyrus get released early?" He asked.

"Later Ajusshi!" Seong-min left the room in a hurry without answering him, And started to look for Cyrus on her own.

Luckily for her, it didn't take her a lot to spot Cyrus outside the hospital, he was talking with a man that seemed like a doctor.

And for some reason, instead of approaching him, Seong-Min's instincts pushed her to hide and eavesdrop on Their conversation.

"Like I said, I need you to do this for me." Cyrus said.

"No need to lie when you can hide the truth! I can just say that I can't tell the real diagnosis because it would be a breach of doctor-patient confidentiality." the doctor replied.

"No, they'll get suspicious that way and start digging.

I need you to tell them a believable lie, say it's fatigue." Cyrus replied, "Until Ha-yoon herself decides to tell them, no one should know that she's at stage 3 of stomach cancer." he added.

...[End of Tiny flashback]...

"I'm relieved too, Noona." Seong-min said faking a smile.
