Chapter 49: In His Arms

MICAH’S POV:

As soon as I started walking away from Malena’s father my father appeared. I look at him and ask him where he has been.

“Where have you been?” I asked.

“I knew this is where Malena was kept, so I had to go home and get Laura Lee. Malena is going to need all of her blood if we want to save her,” he replied.

“I just killed her father, he’s laying over there,” I said.

“I see. So, who captured her?” he asked.

“Yes. I found him here in the library. I had feelings that Malena was near me so I went inside and then found out he kept her in a room inside of the library. I approached him, we battled, then I killed him,” I replied.

“Let’s go save her before she dies,” My father said.
