Consumed By Anger

Then to fuel the raging inferno in Matthew's heart, she continued, "I was just passing by and then I saw her with him. After they hugged and talked, they got inside the motel," And with that, she got what she wanted.

But Matthew was so drowned in his anger that he failed to notice Ava's behavior. "Leave," He said in a thick voice. His control is threatening to slip away. His anger is threatening to destroy everything around him as his eyes get clouded with anger every second.

"Matthew–" Ava was determined to anger him more. The angrier Matthew became, the more satisfied she got. Because that means, she was slowly reaching her goal.

The thin thread that was holding Matthew's control snapped. He grabbed Ava's phone and threw it in the direction of the door as he shouted, "I said, get out!"

She doesn't need to be told twice, not bothered at all by her phone that is for sure already broken, Ava turns and starts to walk away with a victorious smile on her face.
