Where The Slaves Came From (Part 1)

"Are they feeding you well?" Daxon asked after a while when he saw four dirty and empty plates with a single glass of water on the ground near the door of the cell. He was internally hoping that they were not feeding them on that dirty plate but he knew that what he was hoping was a vain hope.

"Just enough to fill our stomach," The man shrugged his shoulders as if it was nothing unusual.

Daxon stared at the man before he decided that he cannot do anything about it, at least not now. So he proceeded in what he really came there for. "How did you get here?" He asked.

The man lifted his head slightly to rest it on the wall of the cell, then he closed his eyes as if he was getting tired of Daxon's question. "I believe I've told you already," He said.
