Black Masks Titan

"Hollow-Point, Armor-Piercing shells. Should be able to take down a tank. But you'll just bruise big guy." Red Hood fires a hail of bullets at Titan that just bounces off. "Titan!" Titan roars, irritated, and lunges at Red Hood. Red Hood flips over his head, still shooting at Titan. "Dude, seriously, don't make me have to hurt you."

Titan misses Red Hood and crashes through the wall of the building. "No way am I letting you out of my sight!" Red Hood grabs onto the back of Titan's suit. They fall out of the building with a park right below them. "You need to cool off for a bit, buddy." While still holding on, he stomps hard on Titan's back, plummeting them into a pond and causing a massive splash of water.

"This is exactly why my mom told me not to take a job in this city!" A random passerby says, running away from the park.

"Out cold from a faceplant?" Red Hood looks at the unconscious Titan, gets off his back, and turns to the hole in the building they crashed out of. "Guess they don't make Hulk knock-offs as well as they used to, eh--Black Mask?"

"Commandeering the mind and muscles of another person is not nearly as easy as I make it look, little brother." Black Mask stands with his arms behind his back, looking down at Red Hood and Titan. "Still wrapping my head around the whole brother thing," Red Hood sighs.

"Give me a few moments, and Titan's every thought and every action will be in service of my greater goal--" Black Mask holds his arms out in front of him "--Ridding Jersey City of its criminal elements." Red Hood tilts his head. "You know you're a crime boss, right?". "That is certainly one way of looking at it." Black Mask shrugs. "But not unlike you, I'm only trying to make my beloved city a better, safer place. And now there is nothing you can do to stop me." Black Mask laughs.

"I can think of .45 things" Red Hood aims his pistol at Black Mask's head, ready to pull the trigger but hesitates.

"Titan!" Titan grabs Red Hood by the back of the head, slams him into the pond, picks him up, and throws him at a tree.

"wasn't...using those ribs...anyway." Red Hood groans in pain, sliding down the tree. "This Ends...Now!" Black Mask raises his fists above his head, "Ti...Tan?" Titan copies his movements.

"Titan, it's me. Red Him. Your bud. You don't want to do this." Red Hood holds on to his ribs, looking up at Titan anxiously.

The tree suddenly explodes in pieces sending bark everywhere. Red Hood uses his arm as a shield against the pieces.

"Hrm?" Titan looks down at the Halberd blade stabbed into his chest. "Leave the little one alone, Titan," Enyo glares at Titan, standing behind Red Hood and the destroyed tree. "Enyo, didn't you leave town already?" Red Hood questions, sighing in relief. "I was about to, yes." Enyo smirks down at him, "Until I heard the sounds of you getting your ass kicked."

"You are wasting your time, child. You are not strong enough to wield an ancient Halberd of the Gods." Enyo says arrogantly, looking at Titan growling angrily, trying to remove the weapon. "Must you antagonize him" Red Hood sighs irritated.

"Red Hood, I will deal with Black Mask and his pet here. You go to a hospital or take a nap." Enyo helps Red Hood up to his feet. "Yeah, that sounds like a fantastic idea." Red Hood says sarcastically, "Man you're like fifty shades of grating."

"H.A.!" Titan yells, finally removing the Halberd, glaring at it angrily. Enyo grunts in pain, "I can feel my Halberd's pain as if it's my own! Nephthys warned me...But I never believed it." Enyo clutches onto her stomach and grits her teeth in pain. "You're one of those see-it-to-believe types of people." Red Hood quipped.

"Shut up." Enyo glares at Red Hood. "Or you could just be a masochist." Red Hood shrugs. "If I wasn't in pain, I would beat you into the dirt right now." Enyo glowers, annoyed. "We're 1 for 0, or did you forget being turned into a light bulb." Red Hood snarks.

Titan pulls out a broken-off piece of the Halberds blade from his chest and looks perplexed. "Red...Her...?".

"Look, there is something still there behind his eyes. He was holding back when he tossed me at the tree." Red Hood points to Titan standing in a daze. "Clone or not, there has to be a way you and I can save ourselves--and Titan.", "Oh, he will need saving for breaking my Halberd, the bastard," Enyo growls at Titan.

"Enyo, do you trust me?" Red Hood asks. "Not particularly, No." Enyo scoffs. "I'm serious. I have a plan," Red Hood sighs, agitated. "So do I..." Enyo dashes straight towards the dazed Titan, "To me, Mistress!" Enyo summons her Halberd to her left hand and haymakers Titan so hard across the jaw, causing a mini-shockwave from the force and sending him flying across the grass and stopping in a heap of dirt.

"That felt good." Enyo sighs contentedly. "Not to Black Mask," Red Hood says, looking at Black Mask clutching his head and screaming in pain. "Why do I care about Black Mask?" Enyo asks in disgust. "Because he's controlling Titan," Red Hood sighs, irritated. "Why do I care who is controlling Titan?" Enyo scoffs and walks to the downed Titan.

"Wait!" Red Hood grabs onto her forearm, stopping Enyo. "Do you have any idea what happened to the last man to touch me without permission?" Enyo snarls, glaring at Red Hood. "Yeah, yeah, you're a badass. I get it. But you came back for a reason. Because you know a lot of people are going to get hurt if we don't stop this. I know you have your personal quest--" Red Hood sighs, looking at Enyo, who looks annoyed. "--And I appreciate your help. But this isn't just about you beating Titan."

"Fine. I will try not to kill this creature. But I will not try very hard." Enyo scoffs and yanks her hand from Red Hood's grasp. "That's more generous of you than I was expecting." Red Hood says, exasperated. "You're leaving? Of course, you are." Enyo says, walking over to Titan, that's slowing getting up. "I said I have a plan! Hang tight. You'll be fine," Red Hood replies, running to the hole in the building where Black Mask is still writhing in pain.

"Shit," Black Mask curses and runs further into the building, seeing Red Hood running towards him.

"I take no joy in your defeat, monster. Okay. Maybe a little." Enyo smirks, punching Titan repeatedly in the face while he is still down. "Never...Monster." Titan yanks on her hair. "Eh?" Enyo winces in pain. Titan throws her off him by her hair, "Always Titan."

"Hnn. Not bad." Enyo sneers, getting up, covered in dirt.

"That should be enough." Red Hood says, taking a sample from the injection gun of the techno-organic virus. Red Hood sends the sample back to the Hideout and calls Black Cat.

"Hello."

"Hey, Cat, where are you right now?" Red Hood says, walking between the crates and looking around carefully for Black Mask.

"At the grocery store. Why?"

"Shit!... Anyway, I sent a mind-controlling virus sample to the Hideout." Red Hood jumps behind cover dodging bullets shot by Black Mask.

"You want me to make a cure for it, right."

"Yes, please, I would really appreciate that." Red Hood returns fire on Black Mask, who is also hiding behind his own cover.

"You seem preoccupied."

"Yeah, just trying not to get shot right now." Red Hood peaks behind the cover and sees Black Mask is gone from his previous position.

"Good luck with that. I'm on my way to the Hideout now. I'll send the cure when I'm done."

"Thanks, love you." Red Hood ends the call.

"I've been five steps ahead of you since before we met, Jason." Black Mask sneers, hiding behind a crate. Red Hood runs towards the sound of Black Mask's voice. "I've known exactly what you were going to do even before you--"

"So it was your plan to get kicked in the teeth?" Red Hood flying kicks Black Mask in the face sending him falling on his ass. "Good Plan." Red Hood says sarcastically, looking down at Black Mask.

"What...Am...Red...Her...Doing?" Titan asks, walking towards the building with Enyo unsuccessfully trying to stop Titan by pushing him on the chest. "Me am *ngh* stopping you." Enyo grunts in effort with her feet digging out the ground as she is pushed back by the walking Titan. "Or trying to anyway," Enyo sighs, irritated.

"Step aside, lady. J.C.P.D." A police officer says through a megaphone. Enyo turns her head, still pushing against Titan looking baffled at the dozen police officers pointing guns at them and civilians looking on from behind the police officers. "Are you out of your minds?!" Enyo exclaims, causing a few officers to flinch, "Clear the park immediately!" Enyo barks angrily, glaring at the officers and civilians, they move away from the area, and some cops step back from the angry woman.

"I think we should listen to the lady and take a step back, gentleman," A man with short brown hair and brown eyes in a two-piece black suit says calmly.

A woman with red hair, green eyes, and a black body suit is standing on the right side of the man with the suit on.

A man with light brown hair and green eyes, wearing a short sleeve dark purple Kevlar shirt and black trousers, gloves, and a belt, with a bow in hand and quiver on his back, standing on the left side of the man.

"That means you three too, boy." Enyo narrows her eyes at the three people standing in front of the officers. "I'm pretty sure his older than you." The man with the bow remarks with a frown. "Just clear out. I will not ask again." Enyo threatens, still holding back Titan. "Of course, you obviously have it under control." The red-haired woman says drily and gestures to Enyo and Titan.

"We're all friends here. No need to get hostile," The man in the black suit says placatingly, seeing Enyo getting agitated. "We just want to help." The man offers amicably. "You can help by--" Enyo is cut off by Titan grabbing her by the head and throwing her over his shoulder. "He...Am...Call...Titan?" Titan runs and jumps straight to the hole in the building.

"Oh no, you don't." Enyo growls, dashing after Titan and jumping, tackling him out of the air, sending them crashing through the building.

"What now? Coulson." The man with the bow asks, looking at the new hole Titan and Enyo crashed through. "I guess I will do what the lady asks." Coulson sighs, rubbing his forehead. "Romanoff, Barton. Secure the perimeter and make sure no strays get through. I'll get the police to evacuate the people away from the building." Coulson orders and walks off to the police.

"We are not equipped for this," Romanoff says to Barton as she starts her tasks. "You can say that again." Barton snorts, following after her.

"As much as I would love to blow your brains out...Stand up" Red Hood points his pistol at the back of Black Masks' head. "You're a coward, Jason." Black Mask says on his knees, his back turned to Red Hood. "How do you figure?" Red Hood asks plainly.

"You lack the strength of your convictions." Black Mask secretly reaches into his suit jacket breast pocket for a gun. "You came here intending to kill me and destroy my empire, but you hesitated when you had a shot. You fancy yourself an Outlaw, but you're nothing but an errant child looking for a family." Black Mask sneers.

"I did hesitate. But I think you're projecting--"

"I stand corrected--" Black Mask turns around and shoots Red Hood twice in the chest "--You're a coward and an idiot." Black Mask stands up, pointing his gun at Red Hood, sitting on the floor, grunting in pain. "Relax, Jason. All your machinations have come to this, and you no longer have to worry about taking me down."

"All you have to do is stare Death in the Face!" Black Mask pulls off his mask, revealing his black skull for a face.

"You were right. I do not want to see that," Red Hood says disgustingly.
