Trouble I

"Hmm… I see. I don't think I want you to quit either so I think it's good this way." The old man rubbed his beard.

Luke bowed to the shop owner, the old man Jarod. "Thank you for your consideration."

"Don't sweat the small details. So, when are you leaving again?" Old man Jarod asked Luke.

"I don't know yet but it should be between two days and four days. I still have to go for their awakening test which I didn't want to go for before." Luke replied, taking counts of each item in the shop. It was evening so he had to take into account each item and its quantity.

"Oh, is that so? Then I'm guessing you'll visit us once more before you leave." The old man smiled.

Luke, who was lost for words, couldn't obviously decline. With a smile, he answered. "Of course, I will definitely visit once more."

"That's good then." The old man kept stroking his white beard with a smile on his face.
