CHAPTER 57

  Chester POV

Feeling guilty for leaving Niyole at the time he needed me the most, I began packing a little bit faster.

If not for Juliana, my foster cousin, I wouldn't have gotten a wind of what was happening at the palace this morning.

Although, I was glad that I was finally going to see that face that I had avoided for almost six months, now yet it wasn't how I planned our reunion.

  Scarlett.

I had been secretly going to see her since she left the pack. No one knew.. maybe Niyole knew, but he had never confronted me.

There was a reason I had avoided her. Whenever I saw her, there is always that feeling that creeped to my heart.

As I was packing up, I raised my head up to see my foster uncle and his family. I wonder why they had to trouble themselves to come to the hotel.

After Alpha Niyole left yesterday, I decided to go and visit my foster uncle who lived in the same city. I was there this morning when I heard what happened back at home.
