CHAPTER Forty-Six

  There was a strange feeling in my gut, something I hadn't felt for a long time. Again, the feeling of someone watching me without letting me acknowledge their presence never vanished.

  As I headed back to the packhouse after checking on the soldiers in the training center, A very weird and unusual pain in my core and spreading towards my chest caught my attention.

  My breathing turned heavier, a burning feeling spread through my skin.

  I found it hard to breathe and every time I intake air, the pain only increased.
