CHAPTER 139

  Lisa walked into the big event hall as she halted next to Claudia whose head was tilted to the side, her grey eyes swirling in bewilderment.

  She thought for a while before speaking.

  “Umm… Auntie?” she spat out but Claudia was quick to stop her.

  “Not now Lisa, I’m truly busy, please. If you want to go home already. The driver is outside!” Claudia yelled while lifting her head, her brows slightly scrunched together as she calmly blinked.

  “Auntie, you have to know something about tonight. It's about Raya’s mother.” Lisa yelled out in a loud voice disheartenedly.

  Truth be told, she might have now gotten Claudia’s attention by the look on her face presently. “What about Jessica?” she asked very slowly.

  “She would have you imprisoned tonight, and I heard that they have hard evidence against you! I think we should please just go home!” Lisa begged and Claudia could feel the anxiety in her voice.

  “How did you know about this Lisa?” Tessa asked.
