He thought for a moment, then asked, "Can the hangar we built in Zone N7 withstand this super typhoon?"
The assistant beside him reminded in a low voice, "All the staff in the hangars of Zone N7 have already been evacuated, sir."
Andrei glared at him.
He could, of course, understand what that meant—it was telling him "no."
If the hangar really could withstand the typhoon, the staff wouldn't have all evacuated. They might even have taken shelter inside.
Knowing it couldn't withstand the storm was why they had evacuated so quickly.
"Why?" Andrei demanded.
"Under normal circumstances, Zone N7 doesn't experience typhoons, sir," said the assistant.
An area that doesn't get typhoons doesn't need to be built to withstand a super typhoon.
And this had been approved by Andrei back then.
Andrei silently took a few breaths of oxygen.
