Things seem to cool down as Christmas approaches, and what better way to spend the holidays then with your Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy friends. Winter Days

You turned around to see Axel. He was wearing a white dress shirt, black dress pants, and a red tie. He held his black blazer casually over his shoulder. He opened his mouth and began to speak but closed it again.


 "Heh...nothing. It's just", He took his free hand and caressed the side if your face, "You literally took my breath away."


 You smiled and lightly nudged him, "Watch out Axel. You're starting to sound corny."


 He chuckled, "That happens to me a lot around you I've noticed."


 You took a step forward and hugged him tightly. Axel leaned his head on top of yours. "I missed you." You said into his chest.


 "I've missed you too. I've barely seen you since we got home. This place looks great though [Name]. You girls did an awesome job. Got it Memorized?"


 You leaned back and dropped your arms to look at him. Axel glanced around and watched as a caterer walked towards you two with a tray in his hand. As he passed Axel set his blazer on the guy's shoulder. The guy gave Axel an odd look, but Axel just waved him on. 


 "I didn't feel like holding it anymore." He shrugged. A smirk grew on Axel's face, "What is that?"


 He pointed to the bouquet in your hands. You blushed and shrugged, "Well I caught it when Lauren threw it. Yuffie forced me to play, and I-"


 Axel chuckled and nodded, "Don't worry I saw the whole thing."


 "I just like to see you babble. It's cute."


 You gave him a playful glare which Axel just grinned at. Axel wrapped his arm around your shoulder. His heat was radiating off him again but it felt nice.


 "I can't wait for our wedding. I'm personally not a huge fan of the 'In a meadow' wedding theme but hey I'll go with whatever you want." Axel shrugged and continued to gaze at the decor as you fared blankly at him.


 He glanced down at you and smiled, "What?"


 "Yupp. It's kinda funny though", Axel scratched the back of his head with the hand that wasn't wrapped around your shoulders, "If you had mentioned me getting married a day before I met you I would've said 'No way'. Even after I met you for the first month or so I still would've been weary, but now I think about it and I couldn't see it any other way."


 Axel laughed, "Don't be ridiculous. I never said I was going to marry you tomorrow or even next week. Obviously I'm going to let you finish high school. Then I'm going to ask you properly like a real man should. Got it Memorized?"


 You smiled and joked, "What if I say no?"


 "Then I'll keep asking. You can't say no forever, and I definitely can't live without you. Besides", He leaned towards your face and smirked, "Who could so no to a guy like me more than once?"


 You chuckled and leaned into his side. A lifetime with Axel? It seemed almost to good to be true. 


 He chuckled and kissed the top of your head, "Love you too babe."
