Doom or Salvation

The trip to Nonubi finally passed the planning stage and became a reality in August 1988. The seven friends met up at the Cher International Airport. Peter's over-watcher, Pierre was there to guide them. It was their first time taking a golden plane from the airport. The same airport non-travellers used. Before that, they had only taken trips as part of a travel dormitory so flights were specially prepared for those groups. Now that all of them except Peter were independent travellers, they had to take flights at the airport. 


Pierre made sure that everyone had their t-bands on. Pierre led them to departures. There were two terminals at departures. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There was a dirty white brick wall in between the terminal entrances. On that wall, there were the words, "Travel Terminal" in gold letters. As the friends got closer, the wall opened slightly and they went inside. This opening was only visible to time travellers.
