"And cut!"

You flinched at the sudden noise and sighed. Though you loved working at the studio, you never could get over how loud everyone was. "Hey, (Y/n). Mind taking this outside for me? We had to replace it."

You grabbed the wooden puppet, which wasn't a mock Pinocchio, and walked to the exit. , you thought, Even if it was just for a single minute, it was enough to calm your nerves.

But you instantly regretted ever stepping foot outside when you saw what was happening. "Watch out!" You turned to see a person flying straight at you.

You gasped and barely made it out of the way. It was an akuma! You didn't want any part of this.

So you ran to the dumpster, threw the wasted prop away, and attempted to run back inside. But you were nabbed by a strong pair of arms. You wanted to scream but the person had knocked the wind right out of you.

"(Y/n)!"

When you looked up you saw Cat Noir. He was gritting his teeth and was glaring at your captor.

The two men battled with you still in an iron grip. "Let her go!" Gosh, he's so loud...

"And what's it to you how she ends up,"the man asked with a smirk. Honestly, can they just let you go? You had more important things to do and you didn't like the attention this was grabbing.

By five minutes there was at least ten people watching. You couldn't even function under all the gazes. It was like you were an armadillo without its shell.

"You want her? Have her!"

The man pushed you down to the floor and laughed. "She's weak anyway. She wouldn't be useful in my plan." You scrambled to your feet and ran back to the exit door.

The last thing you heard was Cat calling after you. You just ran inside and closed the door as fast as you could. Heaving a deep breath, you slid down the door and placed your hand over your heart.

It pounded hard in your chest. Both out of anxiety and from seeing Cat Noir. Despite how loud he was, he somehow managed to capture your heart. There was just something about him that you found so interesting.

"(Y/n)!" You peered up to meet your boss' gaze. She was tapping her foot. "Sleeping on the job? And I thought you wanted to act today."

You bit your bottom lip. How were you supposed to explain that for the past ten minuted you were held hostage by an akumatized victim? She scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"You wouldn't have made the cut anyway. You're way too shy." She walked off and left you to do whatever. "But...that's where they're wrong..."

You had just gotten settled into your room and were about to go to sleep if it weren't for a knock on your window. You groaned and got up. "I swear if this is sho I think it is..."

And there was that same Cheshire Cat grin you had grown to adore. "Yes," you questioned him irritated. You weren't about to let him see you blush or even stutter.

"Hello, Purrincess~"

You rolled your eyes and yawned. "Look...I'm tired. Can this wait until tomorrow?" He shook hid head and kept his signature smirk.

"Not a chance." He welcomed himself in and sat down on your bed, blocking you from laying down. You scoffed and sat in your chair. "I just came to ask if you were alright. No scratches? Bruises?"

You gave a slight smirk. It was like you were a completely different person. "Look at who's concerned about little ol' me~"

What surprised you was to see his cheeks flush to a dark red color. "And cut!" You heard the ringing of the bell and you sighed.

You walked off the set as your boss came up to you. "That was unbelievable, (Y/n)! I underestimated you. Good job." She patted your shoulder and walked off.

You gave a small smile and walked outside. That was the first tine you had expressed yourself in a year. The last, well, it didn't end very well.

You walked home and thought back to what had happened a few minuted prior to your audition. Cat really did seem worried about you. Maybe...no!

There was no chance of him ever liking you. Was there? You shook your head to rid yourself of those thoughts.

At school the next day, for some reason, Adrien was sitting next to you. He looked as if he was worried about something. You, being the shy girl you were, you kept quiet and allowed him to occupy the seat.

And then Chloe came over. She scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Adrikins, you seriously are hanging out with the school's biggest loser? I thought you'd never stood so low."

You looked down and kept to yourself. "Shut up, Chloe. Maybe you're the school's biggest loser, ever think of that?" Your eyes widened as you turned your head to stare at him.

"A-"

"No, (Y/n). I'm tired of everyone picking on you." If it weren't for Madam Bustier, you don't know what would've happened. "Adrien, that's enough. I let you sit by (Y/n) to help her, not cause problems."

You were so tired when you fell onto your bed that when there was a knock on the window you didn't even bother. "They'll get the hint..." And you drifted off to sleep.

That's when the loud of something opening made your eyed shoot open. You were terrified. Who would just barge into someone's house like that?!

You stayed stiff but then heard the very recognizable voice of Cat Noir. Has no one ever told him he could dial it down a few notches?

"Princess! Are you ok?!"

You sighed and pulled the covers back over you. You didn't want to deal with anyone right now, even if it was Cat. And then he threw the sheets off og you.

"Hey!" You glared at him and tried grabbing the sheets back. "Tell me why you were ignoring me!"

You didn't answer which worried him even more. He wasn't angry, just worried something had happened to you. "Please, (Y/n)!"

"Maybe some people just want to be left alone!"

Then you covered your mouth from your outburst. You didn't mean to make it sound that way. "Cat..."

"No, I understand. I mean, how could I have ever thought I stood a chance?" He laid the sheets back down and started tearing up. You pinched the bridge of your nose.

"I-I didn't mean it like that," you tried to clarify. Cat shook his head and made his way to the window. "I know what you meant. I'll get out of your hair." You didn't know what to do.

You decided to run up to him and hug him grom behind. "Please don't get upset and leave..." He was tense until he turned around and smiled at you.

"I knew you loved me."

You pushed him away and giggled. "As if." You smirked and lightly punched his arm.

"Awe, but, Princess~"
