You gawked at the building in front of you. It was huge! The roof must have hit Heaven!

You blinked and shook your head slightly. Your dad glanced at you and chuckled. "I knew you'd like it. Now, let's go in and get settled." He said eagerly.

You followed him into the grand hotel. The interrior was beautiful. You almost bumped into someone while you looked around.

"Ugh, watch where you're going, brat!" The girl shouted at you. You blushed in embarrasment and apologized quickly. She huffed and walked off, sparing you an evil glare as she did so.

Your father was up ahead talking with a jolly looking man. He had a sash on that resembled one of a mayor's. The pair looked back at you and your father beckoned you to his side.

"This is my daughter, (Y/n). She's just delighted to be here. I'm sure she'll make great friends with Chloe." He spoke with a bright smile. The man clasped his hands together with a big grin. "Oh, spendid!"

He looked at you again and held out his hand. "Hello, (Y/n). I'm Mayor Borgeios, owner of the hotel." You shook his hand and greeted him back.

You took another glance around. "This place is huge." You commented. The mayor laughed.

"Yes, it is. And somewhere in here is my daughter, Chloe." He stated whilst tapping his chin in thought. "I'm sure she'd love to meet you. Why don't you go and look for her?" He suggested.

You bit your lip and looked to the ground. "She's more on the...anti-social side. I hope you don't mind." You father answered. The msyor gave another bright smile and shook his head.

"Not at all, not at all!" Your father then wrapped an arm around you. "But she's very interested in our business. Would you mind if she joined us? I'd hate to leave her alone in this enormous building."

The mayor furrowed his brows as he thought it over. "Well, I suppose that'd be alright, so long as you don't interrupt anything." He said. Your smile grew as you wrapped your arms around him.

"Thank you, Mr. Mayor! Thank you!" He patted your back as you broke away from the embrace. "Well, we should get going. Just follow me." He said as he turned and began walking.

You shook hands with the jolly man and clasped your father's free one. "Thank you for opening your lovely home to us, sir." You said politely with a smile. He returned the gesture and showed you to your room.

"And if you need anything, feel free to come by my room. I'm sure Chloe's waiting for me by now." And with that, the mayor bowed and rushed off. You glanced at your dad who sighed.

"He knows nothing."

You gave a perplexed look. "What do you mean?" Your dad ran a hand through his hair.

"The only thing he spoke of was a stupid space dumpater. There's no economic value to it," he explained. "We'd be having to pay more to our astronomers and not to mention the fact that it's not even possible!" You nodded your head in agreement.

"That makes sense. It's almost as crazy as superheroes. It's just not possible." You entered the freshly cleaned room and took a seat at the soft couch. Your dad shut the door and sat down beside you.

He wrapped an arm around you and pecked your forehead. "Dad, stop. I'm not a little kid anymore." He laughed and rustled your hair.

"I know...just let me have this one moment."

"...Whatever." You said and folded your arms. You leaned back and heaved a deep breath. "..."

"I love you, Dad."

"Yeah, it's cool down here. You should see it!" You said into the phone. (F/n) sighed.

"I wish. I'm-" "Hey!" You turned quickly to see a girl chwding after someone.

They were headed your way. "So, yeah. But takes lots of pictures for me!" (F/n)'s voice brought you back and you blinked.

"O-oh...ok. Hey-" You were cut off as you were roughly bumped into. You looked to see the blonde from just a second ago stomping down the hall chsisng after a red head. You picked your phone up and stared at her.

"Hey, (F/n)? Can I call you back?"

You heard a hum from the other line. You hung up the phone and followed the two girls. "Hey! Hey, you!"

You caught up to her and tapped her shoulder. She looked at you angrily. "Ugh, what do you want? I don't have time for an interview!"

You furrowed your brows but then looked at her clothes. She was wearing some kind of costume. You shrugged it off and put your fists on your hips.

"Aren't you going to apologize?" You asked. She raised a brow and scoffed. "? Apologize? Ha! Please!" She flipped her hair and narrowed her eyes.

"Oh, wait a minute," she said after a pause. "You're that (L/n) girl, aren't you?" You rolled your eyes.

"Who else would I be?" You mocked her attitude. She laughed in response. "Oh, pardon me. I had no clue it was you I was passing."

You raised an eyebrow. "So you just treat everyone you see like trash? Wow..." She froze and stared at you for a good long moment.

"Excuse me?" She inquired lowly. "I do not treat anyone like trash! In fact, I don't appreciate-" You cut her off with a sigh.

"Yeah, sure. You just rudely bump into them and then yell at them." You folded your arms and smirked. She looked at you with distaste.

"You know what, drop it," she said though clenched teeth. She turned on her heel and marched off, all while wearing that ridiculous red costume. You almost laughed.

"So that's Chloe..."

You exited the elevator and took a left. Your father stood waiting for you by the counter. He looked at you and beckoned for you to follow him.

"Where are we going?" You asked as you caught up to him. "We have another meeting, of course. And let's hope it's not about trash this time." You laughed at your dad's exhausted expression.

"Excuse me?" Came a voice from behind you. You turned to see Chloe glaring at the two of you. "Are you saying my dadddy's ideas are trash?" She asked now glaring at your father.

He smiled and extended his hand. "Oh, you must be Chloe. I've heard a lot about you. You're the mayor's daughter, correct?" He said as he awaited her to return his gesture. She only stood in place with a scowl on her face.
