'Just what was in the poison that Circe fed Scylla?'

Well, she didn't exactly feed Scylla, but the nymph's transformation had far exceeded his expectations. Her speed far, far surpassed his comprehension, to an extent that the world might as well have been standing still for her.

The poison Circe concocted was most certainly not something she could cook up anytime. Else an army of Scylla's would've overrun Manhatten in the books. Kronos would never let go of such a powerful weapon, not when he specifically captured monsters such as the Lydian Drakon and the Clazmonian Sow to especially unleash havoc.

Athos would have no hope of defeating Scylla if her strength matched her stupid amount of speed, but her broken teeth and an untouched Perastos spoke otherwise. No matter how much Scylla battered, bit or hit him, making him feel pain would be next to impossible. His skin and Divine body coupled with his armour made him too durable.

"RAAWWWR!!!"

Draconic Aura!

An immensely powerful pressure bore down the lonesome neck that had already stretched halfway toward him. As expected, the neck stopped but just as a hint of amusement entered his eyes, something he'd never expected to happen happened.

"GRAA!!"

Scylla's neck which was frozen for half a second burst forward with ferocity, her yellow eyes filled with malice.

"Eh?"

The draconian snout smashed into his body, sending him tumbling a few hundred feet back, albeit with considerably less speed and force. His arm had instinctually swiped downward, digging into the scales and ripping away a tiny chunk of meat, yet he barely had time to comprehend his minor victory as his mind was too occupied with the fact that Scylaa could currently move! His Draconian Aura had failed?! The power that made an Olympian widen their eyes in fear?

"Wha-

RUMBLE!

Just as a confused Athos stabilised himself, Scylla roared in pure rage, her open jaws facing the grey sky as her muscles still tensed underneath his Draconic Aura. Her speed had almost halved, but the fact that she could move at all was most concerning. Dionysus himself had almost pissed his pants when he was subjected to the aura but a monster was able to resist it? It made no sense.

The very next second cracks began spreading across the hill with the cave as the epicentre. Boulders shattered and rocks turned to dust as the hill began shaking from side to side, uprooting the few trees on it. The landmass periodically rose and fell, causing chunks of black rock to fall, as if it was...breathing.

"By the fucking gods....."

Athos took a deep breath as he saw the hill come to life. A large piece of the wall next to the cave began to tremble. Even more cracks spread across its surface before it blasted open, yet another long, draconic head appearing next to the original. It looked the exact same, albeit without the cracked teeth and bleeding nostril. Its eerily familiar yellow pupils glared at him with hate.

BOOM!

The wall on the other side of the cave burst open, revealing yet another head.

BOOM!

And another.

BOOM!

And another.

BOOM!

And another.

Six long, homogeneous draconian heads, each measuring two hundred feet in length, wholly covered in rock-hard red and green scales, wielding two sets of rowboat-sized teeth roared at the same time, making Athos wish that he was deaf.

The sound was so deafening that it seemed to agitate Charybdis. The pseudo-hurricane surrounding the colossal sinkhole seemed to turn far more real as the monster began to suck in more of the sea, periodically letting out deep, bass roars.

Athos barely paid any attention to the sinkhole as his eyes were on the monster before him. Scylla seemed to only have begun showing her true form but he wasn't going to let her continue.

He blasted off the ground, leaping toward the original head with the broken teeth, black lightning coating both his arms.

"RAAWWRR!!!"

All six heads shot toward him with insane speed, but compared to the momentum they had previously it was laughable. Keeping the Draconic Aura on was straining him considerably, but it was worth it. Scylla's only advantage was drastically affected to such an extent that he could now barely react to the speed.

As he saw the six heads near him with their maws open, he stretched his palms and arms, his metallic claws opening wide.

BOOM!

All six of them slammed into him with enough force to pulverize a tank but he endured, his fingers sinking deep into the original head.

"RAAWWWR!!!"

Scylla tried to shake him off but the lightning coating his arms made her heads freeze for a few seconds.

"My turn", Athos grinned underneath his mask before shooting to the sky, his arms still firmly gripping Scylla's upper jaw.

"Hup!"

The other heads attempted to bite him, but he kept moving away, making them bite the original head. Their teeth cracked, their scales broke and small streams of purplish-red blood flowed down their necks. He continued to fly upward, dragging Scylla with him. The notorious monster could do nothing in his vice-like grip except roar and cry for help.

Thick black tentacles, presumably her feet, burst out of the black rocky ground all around the hill. They were covered in what seemed to be an immensely thick elephant hide and waved about in an attempt to free herself but it was in vain.

Her body slowly began to raise up and the black chunks began falling faster. He grinned as his plan was working. After all, if there was one thing he was confident in, it would be his strength. The only thing he worried about while enacting this ridiculous plan of his, was gaining Zeus' attention.

A few seconds later, Athos managed to lift the entirety of Scylla's heads off the island which meant that her body would soon follow.

CRACK!

The black rocks that acted as an exoskeleton turned to dust as Scylla was forcibly pulled upwards, revealing her true body. Scylla had no hands. No humanoid ones at the very least. Her gigantic body merely ended in twelve long, black tentacles that were of the same length and girth as her necks.

Above that, was her midsection, which was most certainly the oddest. Six enormous wolf heads growled and snapped at the air, acting as some sort of natural belt. Her scales only extended until the end of her neck, after which blackish-grey fur took over till her midsection before it ended with elephant hide on her veiny tentacles.

To call her ugly would be an understatement.

"RAAAWWWRR!!!"

Scylla roared once more in frustration as Athos dragged her enormous body upward into the sky. When comparing sizes, he was but an ant before her, but that small insect was now dragging her into the sky.

From far away, he was barely visible. One would only see Scylla levitating while flailing her tentacles.

'Almost there', Athos thought as he finally managed to get Scylla fully airborne.

Her heads and tentacles measured two hundred feet while her midsection measured fifty feet which meant that Athos had dragged a four hundred and fifty feet monster into the air as though it weighed nothing. The thousands of tons that pulled against his arms were akin to a light workout.

"Just a little more", Athos murmured as he flew up a couple more kilometres upwards, pulling the roaring Scylla behind him.

"This is high enough", he declared and looked down.

Scylla, the mighty monster, almost looked comical from his perspective. Her long tentacles could not reach him and her heads had given up in trying to bite him as they would only end up injuring themselves. They hung down in defeat while the giant, ten-foot wolf heads whimpered.

The island and Charybdis were the sizes of cereal bowls from this height.

Perfect.

Athos stopped flying upward and retracted his Draconic Aura with a sigh of relief. His head hurt when he kept it turned on at full blast for a long time but he didn't retract it on impulse. Just when Scylla could capitalize on the opportunity, the dark-grey clouds above darkened further.

"Time to lighten up!", Athos yelled as he called out every once of lightning in his body. His eyes turned pitch-black and so did the sky.

BADOOM!

'"RAAAWWWRRR!!!!"

With a thunderclap loud enough to make a mortal burst into drops of blood, copious amounts of lightning flowed through Athos and into Scylla, making her body convulse in pain but his iron grip on her jaw didn't waver in the slightest.

He grit his teeth and his biceps bulged as he began to spin in a circle, rotating Scylla horizontally. His speed slowly began to increase and so did Scylla's roars as lightning continued to ravage her body.

What he was currently doing was testing something that he'd always wanted to do.

Control over lightning, or Electrokinesis was no small power - not only because of its raw strength but also because of its numerous applications. Of course, while using science when dabbling in the Divine was not advised, it could indeed help.

"RAAAWWWRRR!!!:

He was making a magical coilgun and Scylla was the bullet.
