Mental Energy Ranks:

Spiritual Movement Chapter is a chapter on how to train Mental Energy. Only the first three parts were contained within this book. Evidently, this Spiritual Movement Chapter was used to develop Mental Energy. The instructions written on this manual however were very cryptic. Unlike Yuan Power, only people with an affinity for Mental Energy can learn it. The most important step in training Mental Energy was opening NiWan Palace. It was said that there are nine palaces in the head, corresponding to the nine heavens. The palace in the middle was termed as NiWan Palace.
