Chapter 3.

After cleaning up and making sure the twins were taken care of, Aisha and Taehyung made their way to the dining hall where they could hear lots of new voices. Freezing to the spot, Aisha wouldn't move one more step.

"What's wrong? You look terrified." Taehyung asked concerned.

"I recognize a few of those voices. I thought you said there was no one here that could hurt me or any of us? The two voices I recognize, are not welcome in my presence. I'll just remain in the room with the twins. I can't do this, Taehyung, I'm sorry." Aisha turned to walk away, but Taehyung grabbed her arm making her face him.

"I will not let anyone hurt you or the twins. Just come with me, meet the people that will help protect our family." Taehyung urged her.

"This is a bad idea, Tae. The wolves that belong to those voices are not good wolves. You will see. I wish I could reveal these wolves to you, but I am forbidden. If you watch long enough, you will know who I am talking about. Please don't call any attention to them, they are volatile, violent, and will stab you in the heart, while smiling to your face. Be careful. Tell the others to beware as well." Aisha looked withdrawn and very scared.

"We will go in and sit. You will be by my side, Jungkook on the other side, Suga, Makai, and Rixa will be at our backs. We will be protected. Besides, if you hadn't noticed, Suga and Rixa are bullshit detectors in Wolf's clothing." Taehyung reassured her, smiling a smile meant only for her.

Entering the dining hall, all the wolves stopped talking and stood to greet the duo coming in. The silence was deafening as all eyes were on them, straining to see Taehyung's new Luna.

"Relax, Aisha. They have never met another wolf like you before. Once they meet you, they will love you. Trust me?" Taehyung asked. Aisha just nodded in response. Taehyung could see her obvious discomfort and put his arm around her shoulder and flashed her a brilliant smile that made her smile.

As they made their way to the table, as promised, Kook, Suga, Makai, and Rixa were waiting at the head of the table, waiting for them. Taehyung felt Aisha's body relax when she saw them waiting for them.

"See, I told you. Everything's fine. Please sit?" Taehyung pulled her chair out for her. Taking the seat next to her, Kook sat on the other side, and the other 4 stayed around the 2 Alphas and her. As she predicted, the 2 voices she heard were in fact Sanji and Okubo. She went numb from head to toe and Taehyung noticed.

"Please, honored guests, please sit and we can eat before speaking about the problems at hand. I would like to know how everyone's pack has been doing, any new pack business, then, after dinner, we will speak of the madness that has brought us all here." Taehyung said, holding his hand out, indicating everyone to sit.

After they were seated, the food was brought out and served. As people started eating only 3 wolves at the table who did not eat were Aisha, Sanji, and Okubo. They just sat stifly staring at each other, Jungkook noticed the 'stand-off' that was happening and nudged Taehyung, nodding his head in Aishas direction. Shifting his eyes, he saw what his mate was talking about. The three wolves looked like they were locked in a 'linked' state, but he would have heard the link in his head. Thinking on his feet, he stood suddenly, saying the first this that came to mind,

"Can I have your attention please? I know that most of you don't know us, and we don't know most of you. I'd like to bridge that gap and introduce myself and my family. I am Taehyung, Alpha of the Nemesis Royal Pack. This is my Beta, Shunee, my Luna, Aisha, the mother of my twin cubs, a powerful, rare Nightshade Omega, and my mate Jungkook of the Sakura pack." Taehyung bowed and sat back down.

"I'm Suga, Alpha Singularis of the Singularis pack. This is my Beta and mate, Rixa, and my son, Niko." Suga said in a rush, he never did like speaking in front of a crowd.

"I'm Jungkook, the youngest Alpha of the youngest Royal Pack, the Sakura. Makai here is my Beta, and my mate, Taehyung of the Nemesis pack. Welcome." Jungkook smiled, and quickly sat.

I'm sorry Taehyung, did you say Aisha is your Luna?" Sanji questioned.

"Yes. She has shown true loyalty to me when it would have been easier to just keep the ruse up that her former pack, the Rogues, had planned out. Her character is not in question. You, however, I do not know a thing about. Would you mind introducing yourself?" Taehyung asked lightly, in a polite manner.

"Our introductions will come later, Taehyung. Not everyone here is privy to our summit, so we will just focus on the wolves that actually have a vote here." Moon interrupted.

"Easy, Moon. We are guests, don't get twitchy on me now, we are here to listen." Kurgi calmed his mate. Seeing the situation calm a bit, Aisha started eating, at the supreme displeasure of Sanji and Okubo. Watching her 'illusion' of her new family, the 2 wolves stood and excused themselves, not giving a reason. Taehyung and Suga noticing the duo leaving, not speaking, just walking away towards their rooms. Suga nodded to Taehyung, then tapped Niko on the shoulder and they excused themselves to follow and try to listen the Old One's conversation, or hear as much of it as they could.

Aisha leaned towards Taehyung, and asked,

"Is everything OK? Where did those two go? Please don't say to follow Sanji and Okubo! They will skin Niko in front of Suga as he watches if they are caught sneaking aroundthem, looking for answers. Those two are notorious for locking their humans away, so only the wolf remains. That's a dangerous choice when mixed with their 'skill sets'. Maybe you, Jungkook, and Suga should have a serious conversation with Moon, Shyfter, or Kurgi about the wolves they brought to help represent them? Do not let your guard down with them, it will be your last mistake." Aisha looked down at her plate and pushed her food around only half listening to the conversations going on around her. 1088 WC
