When Saya got to the arena, she was just in time to see Wynn leave from the other side. Her heart sprung up when she heard the crowd cheer on her name. That means she won, she though. Wynn had won the fight. She smiled, because now all she had to do was win herself. If she won this fight, she and Wynn would fight the finale.

The arena was cleared from any blood and dirt, and a few minutes later, Saya entered the field. Her eyes automatically turned to the huge crowd of people on the benches. It's like there are more and more people every day, she thought.

Then. Her heart stopped. There, in the kings booth in the middle of the bleachers, still in full armour, was Wynn. What was she doing there? She must have gone straight up there after she left the field. Was she there to watch the game?

Saya's fight was a total chaos. From the beginning to the end, there was absolutely no logic in her strokes and her moves were messy. Her eyes kept going up to the bleachers. Was Wynn still watching? Yes, she was still watching. Saya tried her best to focus on her fight. She blocked a couple of Adea's strikes and then dodged one by stepping back. This created some time to try to throw an attack at her opponent, but she was too slow. Adea easily blocked it, and Saya didn't get the change to attack again. Adea was constantly in the attack and Saya couldn't do anything else that blocking and dodging her strikes. Adea was too fast and trying to attack would be a possibly fatal mistake. So, Saya kept blocking, dodging and turning away, hoping it would wear Adea out.

Suddenly, Adea did something Saya had not expected, She duck down, and went for Saya's feet with her sword.

This left her vulnerable, and had Saya been prepared for it, She could have knocked her out. But unfortunately, she wasn't, and she was thrown on the ground herself instead.

Saya rolled over to her back and tried to get up, but Adea climbed on top of her and held her down with her knees.

"Do you surrender, or should I finish the fight myself?" Adea whispered in her ear, pointing the sword at Saya's throat.

"I- I can't… I- I- I won't…" Saya stuttered, quickly trying to think of her options. Wynn was watching her, she knew. She couldn't let her see her losing. She had to win this, no matter what.

"I-I- I'm…" She continued as she closed her fist around a hand full of sand.

Adea became impatient.

"So you want me to end it, is that right?"

"No," Saya answered. "We're not doing that. Not today,"

she said as she threw the sand in Adea's face. It was an incredibly unfair move in a fight like this, but it wasn't forbidden as far as Saya knew. She made use of Adea's confusion and rolled away from her. She dropped herself on top of Adea and pinned her down, grabbing her sword out of her hand.

"Are we done?"

Adea, a lot less tough with the tables turned, nodded, her eyes tearing up from the sand. "I surrender, fine."

Saya let her go and turned to Wynn. She could have sworn Wynn had had a shimmer in her eyes the moment Saya had won, like she knew the thing Saya knew too.

They would fight the finale together.
