The Scary Lady

I went to the town of my friend who is about to give birth, they said I had to go there, because of her mother I really had to go, but I was surprised when we got out of the car, the people were different, they looked different, the women..some have long hair with a cloak and then their complexions are also different, some have sparkling blue eyes so I wonder if there are any backwardness among these people?
