In the beginning the continents were one . And man lived happily among the strange humanoid animal like beasts that roamed . The beasts taught man about their life energy ; KI and how it was too be circulated . Such was the birth of the ninja that learnt the circulation of KI and its tempering . The beast of flight gave to man it's special eyes to see far and beyond comprehension.  To see the curculation of KI . To see before it happened.  To move and manipulate with the eye . Such the eyes jutsus were born . The beasts taught and gave to man all . Giving them power . But certain people saw these beasts as well just beasts . They saw them and envied them ; wanting to know the source of their power; they took some experimented all they could and found the core between their foreheads that held KI. They learnt to steal this KI from the core and began using them and selling them . There were also another set of people who formed a religion or religions believing in gods . If they sacrificed a little of their KI the god would do what they want but they had to convey their messages clearly through using the language of the gods that few knew and little knew of . And so came the wizards one day there was a war between the two main factions and war broke out . Millions were killed .....they say the great beast of the ground awoke and divided the continents breaking them apart . Over time the beasts were forgotten and became nothing but game and a means of gaining mana cores . The kindness of the beasts was forgotten

AKUMA~no~TATAKAI

Everyone gathered around Kagami sensei while he intimidated Tatsuo, suddenly Yuddai ran out of the crowd towards Kagami sensei and hugged him.


"Ah! Yudai my boy I see you finally joined the academy."


"Oh sorry guys, this is Kagami sensei, he's practically my father." Tatsuo looked confused


"Father? You never mentioned him to us"


"Hehe, well he's not actually my father"


After all the proper introductions, Kagami lead all the students into the courtyard for special training


"Before we can start your training I need to gauge your ki levels." Kagami brought out a lighter from his back pocket and gave it to a student "This is a special ki lighter, the amount of ki you have is directly proportional to the flame it will produce. You all are novices so I don't expect much."


The lighter was passed around and each student sparked it, some had very little flame produced and some had semi large flames but it wasn't very special in Kagami's eyes, that is until it reached Yudai and his group's turn.


Shin, Genichi, Tatsuo and Yogi all had a turn and were busy arguing about who's flame was the largest while Yuddai was fidgeting with the lighter trying to figure out how it works.


"So I just have it press this huh, seems easy enough!"


As soon as Yuddai sparked it a large flame several metres high sprung from the lighter. Everyone looked at Yudai in shock, except for Kagami sensei. It was as if he expected it to happen. Yuddai's friends gathered around him, blasting him with questions.


"Same way you guys did, hehe" Yuddai chuckled proudly


Kagami sensei went to pick up the lighter which Yuddai had dropped after he had a turn. He held it and thought.


"Are the rumors true?...Are you really his...descendant?"


Kagami signaled for the students to gather around him, he was prepared to give them a more gruesome training now that he had gauged their power levels


"It's time for some basic magic training, first I'm going to teach you some basic magic paths and Junkan paths, now if you would all turn your attention towards the tree behind me, I'll show you some fire magic."


 Kagami sensei put his hands together and rubbed it a little. Suddenly Sparks flew from his palms and he whispered an enchantment. He touched the bark of the tree with his index finger and the whole tree burst Into flames.


"That class is advanced fire magic, fire is one of the best types in terms of destruction, I will be teaching u all forms of elemental magic so pay close attention!"


Hours later the whole class ended, everyone left the courtyard and proceeded to their dorm rooms. Some people were drenched in water, some were covered in ice and snow and some had parts of their clothes burn. One student had all his hair burn off and was taken to the infirmary.


Yuddai walked in staggered, his already backward uniform was drenched and tattered, his friends were in similar situations. They all walked to their dorm room, Yogi almost passing out halfway there. Yuddai opened the door to the room and they all rushed to their beds
