Channeling has many definitions, but most importantly it means using power from another world to use it in yours. every channeling has a price, when you are drawing power from a source it drains the magic in another universe, also known as 'Astra' not many people have access to this kind of information so it is given to those who can channel and use their powers in their respective world.

channeling depends on the user, how strong they are, and what elements they have. but one thing applies to every user who can channel, the price of life. each spell has a direct touch with the user's life span, easy spells such as sleep, levitation, and mind reading cost 10 minutes of your life, while channeling the element, using ice shards, and summoning and controlling water, cost 30-35 minutes of the user's life.

users who were blessed with the power of darkness, light, and necromancy are also cursed, their powers drain significantly faster and consume much more of their life span, but they are ten or even fifteen times stronger than a regular channelers element.

'Book of Astra' which has all of this information is given to the group by the headmaster, Lyandrey. here are the first few pages of the book :

ICE Element :

Ice Shard - piercing ice shard that damages the enemy, can be used in any kind of battle, and has no restrictions besides using it in a school territory.

Self Freeze - makes the channeler freeze themselves while being unable to their minds are still working, making them unable to receive any attack from their opponents. has no restrictions and can be used anywhere.

Freeze - manipulates the element to freeze anything including objects, people, or animals. this ability has the following restrictions: not using it anywhere unless the user gets attacked. not able to use it on the school grounds. if a channeler gets caught using it their life span will be deducted by 5 years.

Prices of Each ICE ELEMENT POWER :

Ice Shard - 30 minutes

Self Freeze - 20 minutes

Freeze - 45 minutes.

Other 36 powers of Ice Element will be taught throughout 5 years in the tower training.

Air ELEMENT :

Levitation - makes the channeler fly for three minutes. can be used everywhere including the tower's grounds, but has to pass the levitation test to use it.

Air Push - using the force of the wind to push the enemy, always used to retreat the battle or to take the high grounds in the arena.

Wind Shield - makes the air around the channeler still, projectiles cannot pass through the shield but if the element in question is fire or earth it has a chance to penetrate it, depending on the user's power level.

Prices of EACH AIR ELEMENT :

Levitation - 1 minute.

Air Push - 10 minutes.

Wind Shield - 5 minutes.

Other 36 powers of Air Element will be taught throughout 5 years in the tower training.

Astral ELEMENT :

Dream Walking - upon use the channeler leaves their body and enters the astral projection phase, they can go anywhere but cannot touch anything or use their powers while in the n Projection phase, however, they can see everything. this ability can be used anywhere.

Star Crush - opens a portal frothe m galaxy to its location to unleash the scorching heat of a star, burning the enemy in instant, this ability is forbidden to be used in real life without a mentor. for the the channeler's safety ,this power has been reduced greatly to avoid any inconveniences.

Gravity Well - draws everything in one chosen place, including a person, this can be used to trap your enemies. this ability can be used anywhere, except on people.

Prices of EACH Astral ELEMENT :

Dream Walking - 1 day

Star Crush - 7 days

Gravity Well - 3 hours.

to know if you can channel do exactly as this text reads :

Step One: make a circle around you with salt

Step Two: light 12 candles, each of them facing the clock numbers

Step Three: wait till every candle is melted

Step Four: take all three beginner elements of stone: Ice, Air, and Fire, and gently crush them with a sharp object.

Step Five: put your left hand on each broken element stone and wave it around, if it cuts you, quickly move to another element.

Step Six: if there is a stone that didn't cut you at all, take the pieces and start channeling.

Step Seven: Chant the following words: 'I Evig ym ydob ot artsa, ekma em a relennach'

Step Eight: if you see the corresponding element stone floating in front of you that means you have been successful and you got your desired element.
