CHAPTER 67 Mystery Revealed

As Peter carried Lisa, she thought of Gerald, who usually carried her away with the same force. She smiled, remembering the times when Gerald brought her.

Peter could see how Lisa even thought of Gerald when she was with him. This is an unpleasant thing for people who can read minds. There are other people's thoughts that sometimes he doesn't want to know.

"Where are you taking me?" Lisa asked.

Lisa's voice was hit by the sound of the howling wind. However, Peter could still hear her clearly.

"I will take you to my room..." Peter whispered.

"Huh?" Lisa widened her eyes, wondering what Peter would do to her in his room.

Lisa was invited by Peter to calm herself down at his residence. Peter motioned for her to sit on a sofa. Lisa looked nervous entering the room. She squeezed her hands.

"Think of it as your home. Isn't this the first time you've come here?" said Peter.

Lisa nodded slowly. Then the man went inside to make her some tea.
