Speech of Muhammad ibn al-Qasim

Muhammad ibn al-Qasim narrated the tragic story of Sarandeep's Muslim widows and orphans in short words.

After that, he took a handkerchief from Zubair and recited Naheed's letter.

"I am sure that the governor of Basra would have ordered the brave soldiers of his army to put saddles on the horses after hearing the plight of the Muslim children and women from the mouth of the messenger, and there will be no need to show this letter to the messenger." If Hajjaj ibn Yusuf's blood has frozen, then my speech may prove futile. I am the daughter of Abul Hasan. My brother and I are still safe from the enemy's reach. But our comrades are in the captivity of an enemy whose heart has no place for mercy. Imagine this dark view of the prison. In which the ears of the captives are restless to hear the hoofs of the soldiers of Islam.

It was a miracle that my brother and I survived the captivity of the enemy. But our search continues and we too may be thrown into a dark cell. It is possible that my wound will put me to the sleep of death before that and I will be saved from a terrible end, but when I die I will regret that those fast horses whose riders are knocking at the doors of Turkistan and Africa. He could not reach the help of the orphans and helpless children of his nation.

Is it possible that the sword that fell on the head of the proud crown princes of Rome and Iran as lightning?

It will prove blunt in front of the proud king of Sindh. I am not afraid of death.

Oh pilgrims! If you are alive, reach out to help the orphans and widows of your brave nation!!

Naheed,

Helpless daughter of a nation!

After hearing the history of widows and orphans, the words of Naheed's letter were acting like a lance on the hearts of the people. He said loudly while giving it back.

Devotees of Islam!

I see tears in many of your eyes.

But remember!

The ink stains of cruelty on the feet of oppressed humanity are not washed away by tears but by blood.

The fire of coercive tyranny is burning in the vast country of Sindh.

We have felt its slight flame from the ropes, and that is because a few of our brothers, a few mothers and a few sisters are burning in this fiery cauldron, but we have to the situation of millions of homeless, who have been chained by the authoritarian system of Sindh for a long time, is not known.

This arrow, which was embedded in the body of a Muslim girl, was one of the millions of arrows that the proud and oppressive ruler of Sindh practiced on the chests of his helpless subjects.

They are waiting to hear the top of horses of Islam.Today if they are waiting for these slogans of Allahu Akbar.

If they still have the strength to shake the strong walls of the fort of Dabil, then I am sure that the people of Sindh, who have been burning in the fire of oppression and tyranny for years, are waiting for these drops of mercy from the west, which has cooled down in Iran many years ago.

This voice is coming out of their wounded chests that ,Oh wish!

Those who have cultivated the plant of equality, justice and peace in Adam's garden with their blood.

Take away the sword of cruelty from the hands of the ruler of Sindh and let his horses beat these thorny bushes.

With whom humanity and freedom are confused.

Muslims!

This news is both bad and good for us.

Bad because we are saddened to hear about the condition of our brothers and sisters and good because there is another proud leader like Qasar and Kisari in front of the sword of righteousness.

Come tell him that our swords are not dull. Our inner distractions have done us a lot of damage over the past few years. The kingdoms that our forefathers used to exist in the name of today they are declaring war against us. If this letter of an oppressed girl could not generate heat in your veins, then remember!

The days of our greatness and ascendancy on earth are numbered but I am not disappointed, I do not see disappointment on the faces of any of you.

I will only say that a brave nation is sleeping in the sleep of neglect and a zealous daughter of this nation is loudly saying that zealous sons of Islam!

You were born to protect the virginity of every daughter-in-law of the earth and today your condition is that your daughters-in-law are being dragged in chains in the markets of Brahmanabad.

The people were overwhelmed with emotions and were looking towards Waleed bin Abdul Malik. An old man stepped forward. If the news has reached Amir-ul-Momineen before us, then we are surprised why he has not declared war against Sindh yet.

The crowd was packed like a volcanic mountain.

Loud slogans of "war ,war" started ringing all around. Muhammad ibn al-Qasim silenced the people by raising both his hands and then started his speech:

My addressees are not those people who are silenced by shouting a few slogans due to an emergency enthusiasm. Living nations don't draw their swords and jump into the field before raising slogans. You can't purify those eyes by chanting a few slogans in Damascus. Thousands of miles away from here are unwilling to see the shine of your swords. To the Commander of the Faithful.

They are aware of their responsibility but they have not heard your slogans yet.

I wish!

With these slogans, those swords would have been reluctant to come out, with the tip of which your forefathers have written the story of Islam.

I want to see whether there is any hope of life left in the descendants of the people of Qadisiya and Ajnadin.

There is no doubt that all our forces are engaged in war in the plains of Turkistan and Africa, but who among you does not know the use of the sword? If we dare, we can revive the memory of Yarmouk and Damascus in the plains of Sindh.

Today, like your ancestors, you have to prove that every Muslim can become a soldier in times of need.

Now seeing your swords, I request Amir-ul-Momineen to declare Jihad(war). Muhammad ibn al-Qasim dismounted from his horse.

By the end of his speech, many old and young people had raised their swords.

After a ten-year-old boy's hard struggle, moving people around, he moved forward and went near Waleed and said, Amer-ul- Momineen!

Will I also be allowed to go on Jihad(war)?

I didn't know.

Otherwise I would bring a sword, but I bring it now.

You stop them for a while.

Waleed lovingly put his hand on his head and said, you will have to wait for a few more years, the boy's heart became patient and stood near Muhammad ibn al-Qasim, on Waleed's signal, a man picked up a chair and he sat on the chair.

He said stand up.

After this young man's speech, I don't need to say anything else.

Thank God that your honor is alive.

I declare jihad(war) against Sindh. The crowd chanted again.

Continuing his speech,

Waleed said, "I want the army of Damascus to leave for Basra within a week.

If there are a few more young men like Muhammad ibn al-Qasim, I am sure that a good number of soldiers will be gathered from Kufa and Basra as well. Three of you don't have horses. Horses will be provided for them and weapons will be arranged for those who do not have weapons. The most important news, I want to convey to you is that I am appointing Muhammad ibn al-Qasim as the commander of the forces attacking Sindh.

I have suggested the title of Imaduddin for this talented boy.

Do you pray that Imaduddin is proven in the true sense?
