CHAPTER EIGHTY-EIGHT

Achilles felt guilty for wanting to leave his people and sister behind, but he didn't plan to change his mind. He was terribly mad at his subjects for choosing to betray him and he knew no amount of punishment would hurt them, so he decided to leave them.

He loved his people, but he could not let go of such betrayal without teaching them a lesson.

He walked into his bedroom and his heart made a joyful leap when he saw Bella sitting on his bed with their baby in her arms and his cot by the side of the bed. They decided to transfer the baby's cot in their bedroom because none of them could bear to have him sleeping in another bedroom.

He was their bundle of joy and they loved him to bits. He did not want his son to grow in the land where he would not be loved and respected by the same people who were obligated to love and respect him. That was the main reason why he wanted to take his family and go away.

They were the main reason why he wanted to leave.
