" Don't drool. ..... Are you feeling better now ?" James asked with a slight smile on his face . He had seen many women staring at him but maira's eyes made him feel proud of himself .

" Are you still feeling uncomfortable? " James asked as he saw Maira was not replying to him and started to check her body.

" No , I am feeling better now" . with that she stopped his hands from reaching her body and looked at the time on her phone. It's 2pm in the afternoon . she lifted her Head to look at James . James also looked at her deeply.

" we had to attend an important meeting with clients today at 5 pm . " she told him.

" I know but get ready and have lunch before going back to office . " James said

She felt shy but nodded her head and rushed into the bathroom to clean up. In front of him she felt like a little girl who wants to be loved by someone.

By seeing herself in the mirror she was at a loss of words . except on her neck , she has a red and purple marks on all over her body . she closed her mouth with her hands . After last night , this is her first time seeing her body like this and scolding James for not being gentle.

When James saw her running into the bathroom , He shocked his head and thought this little girl is so cute. Then , he went outside and wait for her .

When she came out of the bathroom, she saw a paper bag on the edge of the bed . Inside the bag , there was a branded shirt and skirt with her innerwears . They are exactly her size . She wondered, How James knew her size perfectly .

As a Assistant and due to her financial condition , she always wear simple and ordinary clothes . After her parents accident , it was her first time wearing such an expensive clothes.

By the time, She was ready and reached the living room. James had arranged lunch on the dining table.

James walked towards the table and started eating without waiting for her . After a few minutes, he raised his head and He saw maira standing near the table while staring at him .

He cursed himself for forgetting about her presence . " Come and eat with me . " James said.

She nodded and when she's about to sit down , She hissed with pain . When he heard Maira hissed with pain . He quickly held her hand and made her sit on his lap gently and asked , " I think it's better if you sit here on lap " James said and started to feed her.

Maira felt so shy to eat while sitting on his lap and said , " it's ok , I can sit on chair . don't worry " . Maira tried to get up but James held her from the waist and made her to sit on his lap again and said , " Sit here and Let me feed you . I don't want more arguments . okay " .

Maira looked down and nodded her head. They both eat their breakfast than Maira said , " I am done . let's go . you need to attend an important meeting with in a hour " . with that she stood up and started to walk away from him.

James understood she was going to escape from him so he hold her wrist , " You are weak . you should eat more . " Jame's said softly

" Mr . Hill , I am already done so please let me go . " Maira said silently.

" first of all , Don't call me so formally again . Just call me James and secondly , I am responsible for your current situation and I want you to recover soon . " James said softly.

Maira stared at him for few seconds , Sat down and start eating.

James saw her eating again and said , "I want to be responsible for you "

" what ? " , She coughed heavily.

" I am a man and I want to take responsibility for what I did with you last night . " James said

" you were drugged last night and you were a victim last night and I...don' t think... " Maira said but stopped by James voice.

" Don't you want me to take responsibility for you ? " James said and rised his eyebrow.

" I didn't said that , I was just trying to say that we are both adults and we can consider it as a one night stand . No need to take responsibility . I am always here for you whenever you need me " , Maira said while looking down.

" I don't want you to be my plaything . i don't just want you to serve me whenever i were drugged . I want you to be my woman . " James said seriously while looking at her.

" What ???? " she said surprisingly.

" Be my woman Maira and I will protect you. " James said her seriously. she never expected to hear this from him .

" Maira felt shocked from hearing his words but soon she came back to reality and refused him . "

" How can I be your woman? " Maira said surprisingly.

" Be my woman " , James repeated his words with a calm tone .

" Do you like me " , Maira asked , if he like her than she can agreed to be his woman . But deep down in her heart she knows he doesn't like her that' why , She doesn't understand why he wants her to be his woman.

" No for now I don't know if I like you or not " , James said

" Than why you want me to be your woman ? you have so many women around you . Maira asked him again.

" But I don't want them . I want you. I want to be with you and wanted to try to love someone again and want to forget about the past " , James said silently

" I am sorry but I don't want to be with someone who doesn't love me beacuse I want always wants a complete family with a person who loves me and whom I love whole heartedly. " Maira said with a slight smile

" Then , why don't we started from the start again . please give me a chance beacuse I want to be with you " , Jame's said softly
