Chapter-13 confused minds...

When Eva (Era) left silently, David thought ' did I just do something wrong, why are they so alike, how can there be such a coincidence?

He was so upset that he needed a friend so he called Ben and asked him out to grab a drink. Ben was surprised when David asked him out because he never drinks.

Ben understood that there was something wrong and that he might be very upset so he didn't refuse their plan to go out. They both met at a restaurant bar and grabbed drinks. Ben asked him

"Are you fine? What is with you ? I never saw you like this".

David was not in the mood to speak so he kept silent and kept drinking. Ben didn't force him to talk, he knew that David would talk if he wanted to.

He sat there to give him company. David kept drinking. 

Era was also so sad that she wanted to vanish somewhere so she wrote a brief letter to Eva and took off the coat. Eva came back, and read the letter.

There was not much in the letter but Eva felt that something was wrong with Era, and was upset. So she wrote another letter to  Era asking her to explain everything so that she could help her and then she wore the coat.

Era came back and read the letter Eva wrote, she understood that Eva will never feel at ease until she tells her everything, so she started writing, she wrote about the case discussion and how David sir was upset with her.

She wrote that it made her so sad and she wants to be alone for some time now. After telling her about this she said that she felt much better and thanked Eva for being there for her. Now she removed the coat.

Eva read all the stuff and was frustrated.  She thought of doing something to David sir, but Era wrote not to do anything to him. So she calmed down.  

  After getting drunk David started talking, he said

" it is really hard for me, not to think about her, I can't do it anymore I kept remembering her, everybody near me resembles her, I don't know why that girl Eva reminds me of her,... I regret it very much that I couldn't tell her that, I love her ...yes I love her"

he passed out after saying these words. Ben doesn't know about his personal life, but he could understand that there was someone special whom he used to love and is unable to forget.

He was shocked when David talked about Eva. David was drunk, and Ben had no other option but to take him to his house.

He somehow managed to take him to his house and made him sleep on his bed. It was his first time seeing David like that and also it was his first time bringing someone home.

He took a warm bath and slept on the sofa. In the middle of the night he used the rest room and due to his daily habit, and sleepiness he slept on the bed beside David.

Eva went back to her room to take a rest. She was so tired, and was about to get changed but suddenly saw the pendant and chain she found in the morning.

She thought ' Era was so upset so, if I show her this, she will feel happy, it may be something special for her as it was a customized one. So she wore the coat, held the pendant in her hands, and wrote a small message.

The era was back again and she saw the pendant and read the message, it was written on the message that she found it in the Mortuary.

But Era did not recognize the pendant and she wrote that it was not her pendant. Eva found that pendant on the floor where she found Era's coat so she thought that it might be of someone who was related to Era's tragedy and so she kept it securely in her table drawer.

She was a little happy that she would be able to find something about Era now and kept thinking about whose pendant it could be.

As usual Eva's curiosity was born again and she completely turned into detective mode. She kept thinking about it the whole night.

The next morning David found himself in someone else's bed and was shocked to see someone sleeping beside him. He kicked him hard and stood there. Ben rolls and falls. He shouted at David.

" uhh… how ungrateful you are, I should have left you there, I was a fool to bring you here".

David recognized Ben and then understood the whole story. He didn't remember anything about getting drunk.

He said,

" why did you make me drink so much? It was my first time getting drunk. Anyway sorry for kicking you just now frankly I am not used to sharing the bed with anyone..sorry please don't mind".

Ben was shocked to hear that he said

" what..!!, I made you drink, you were drinking like a fish, but I can forgive you on one condition tell me who was she?"

When David heard that he tried to drop the topic and said

" it is already late now so let's just get fresh and go to the hospital".

Ben knew that he would never share anything while he is conscious so he didn't ask him again.

They both got up at the same time to go to the bathroom. David said

" I am your guest and also your senior so it's my right to go in first"

Ben kept staring at him and said with a crook smile

" There is another bathroom outside, enjoy, and take your own time".

Both handsome men were ready to go to work, they had their breakfast together and left for work together. They both keep irritating each other but they both like each.

When Eva (Era) left silently, David thought ' did I just do something wrong, why are they so alike, how can there be such a coincidence? the company, as they both live a very boring and lonely life.

They reached the hospital together. Everybody in the hospital was surprised to see both the handsome men of the hospital coming together.

They gave each other fierce looks and went in opposite directions to their workplaces.

Eva got up early in the morning with a new mission. She was completely focused on finding the pendant owner.

But in Hurry, she forgot to take the books. When she entered the hospital she wore her coat. It was Era back again now. The first thing that error thought about was her books.

She found a letter in her pocket that was about the pendant owner. But she couldn't find the books because she was tense.

After all, David sir was already upset with her so she decided to go back to her room to get the books when she was about to leave she got a call from David sir, she answered

" Hello, sir good morning"

she said

" you can go to the neurology department from today as your first-week duty is finished here, just go and meet chiefs there"

he said

" But sir, in that case.. you gave me books for reference yesterday,"

she asked him,

" Let Lara bring them, she is the new intern here,"

he said seriously.

Eva was so sad that she was about to cry. She went back to her room, Lara was standing there waiting for her.

"Hi Eva, I heard you have some reference books with you...ya, I am here for that, did you hear that our duties are changed? From today I had to go to Mr. Freak."

she said in a sad voice.

When Era heard the word freak she was so angry and said

"Just wait here I'll be back "

she went in and bought four huge books and gave them to her and said,

"however he is but after all he is our teacher we must respect him please don't call him like that, at least not before me…"

Lara was shocked to hear that as it was Eva who calls him Mr freak. She asked

" hey, Eva are you fine? You are not possessed, right? Why are you talking like that? "

On hearing this, this Era realized that she did something wrong and tried to cover it up

" no actually when I was working with him I learn a lot so I started respecting him …".

She thought that she was about to get caught...
