He didn't really know where Jeff was, but something made him call out Menso City, and whatever that was, he didn't know.

Frankenstein managed to secure a meeting with the federation despite the growing tension between both parties.


"I am not a mad man who would try anything funny in a federation outpost of such importance. Even if I were to become mad, do you think the executives would approve such an action? We are only going there to talk," Frankenstein said.
