Chapter 20: The foreseen Ambush

The Human floating on mid air that was referred as "King" by the giants suddenly spoke towards Zack and kenshin.

"Humans heed my call and send your superiors infront of me" The king said.

Zack and kenshin looked at each other and nodded.

Zack told the guards to open the gate so that he and kenshin could go out.

The guards nodded as they followed the president's order.

Zack and kenshin stepped outside of their territory as the Alphas stood infront of them.

The king then vanished on mid air and suddenly appeared infront of the two presidents that were infront of them.

The king asked the presidents if they were the ones that have the highest authority of the their city.

The two presidents nodded.

The king then asked them if they are willing to cooperate and become their slaves and obey their orders.

If not they're city will be instantly destroyed and along with the people in it.

Zack was anxious and kenshin held his shoulder telling him to calm down.

"I am being merciful here, If you do not want my offer then we can just eradicate your city and your people." The king said.

Kenshin and zack didn't have a choice so they agreed to be slaves for the alphas.

"Now, i will open the "Gate" and bring your people so that i can transport you all to our fortress.

Zack and kenshin then excused themselves as they went back to kapitolyo to gather the people.

And after five minutes the people went towards the king's gate and got teleported towards miami.

Zack and kenshin was left behind due to the king's order.

King tells the alphas to check the city if there are still humans who got left behind.

Zack asked the king if why were they left behind.

King tells them to lead him the way towards where the chinese president is at.

Then Kenshin tells king that they have been doing something lately and that they are wearing unknown bracelets now.

The king ignored kenshin's words and went inside kapitolyo.

The king orders all of the alphas to destroy the kapitolyo and if there is any human spotted kill them at once.

The alphas growled as they ravage kapitolyo's buildings.

Kenshin and zack were sad that they're city was being destroyed.

But they didn't have the guts to fight back so they let it be.

The king saw a tunnel road and asked if which direction would that lead.

Kenshin told the king that the tunnel road is connected towards C City.

The Chinese president's city.

King then orders the 10FT Alphas to head towards C City and kill every human inside there and do not let anyone escape.

The alphas started sprinting towards the tunnel road.

The commander of the alphas then brought two bellrus bracelets and handed it towards the king.

The king tells zack and kenshin to put this on so that they could understand the alphas and they'll be able to communicate without any language barrier.

Kenshin and zack wore the bracelets and asked what they should do now.

King tells the commander to lead them towards the fortress and govern the remaining humans there and make shelter for them.

The commander then guides the two towards the gate.

As kenshin and zack reached miami they saw a magnificent fortress standing infront of them.

Then they had a vacant spot ready for the humans to build their shelters.

Zack and kenshin then govern their people to make shelters for each of them.

King went with the other alphas that were ordered to destroy C City.

Chen kyu was shocked that the Alphas came out from the tunnel road and started killing people.

Klaus tells chen that they need to evacuate or else they'll get killed.

But before they could leave the king appeared infront of them and suddenly their heads were cut without any sign of movements from the king.

The king then tells the alphas to kill all of the humans and not a single one escape.

Thus the Alphas wreck havoc at C City and killed all the human beings that were inside.

The pioneers successfully reached Lebanon city and met other humans.

The reptoids changed their forms into humans to prevent the people from panicking.

Then they started visiting from shop to shop and noticed that the city is currently lively.

Chrome asked niko if what was going on.

Clay explained that something is not right here.

It's like the people here didn't get to witness what happened before.

Niko asked one of the citizens there if they encountered alphas.

The citizen shaked his head and asked what are the alphas.

Clay then ordered asquel, barques, ardug, lomi and helen to investigate the place and ask some questions about what's going on.

Then the pioneers started moving on different directions.

Niko wondered if they were all brainwashed.

Clay then thought of it as they think chrome is also connected.

Chrome asked what they meant by connected.

Niko explained that something might have happened here, and told Chrome that they don't even recognize what alphas are. It's like they were living inside another world.

Clay then asked if what was the cause of the destroyed building.

The citizen replied and explained that it was caused by an earthquake and made the buildings collapse.

Clay then informs niko that this people are thinking different.

Niko then asks B1 if what is their opinion on this matter.

B1 tells niko that they might have been brainwashed and the happenings before has been changed into something natural to believe in.

Niko then tells them that they need to tell the people to snap to their senses or they'll get annihilated if the alphas show up.

As they've told the citizens. The citizens looked at them and told them that they're insane for thinking like that.

After a few hours the citizens forced them to leave lebanon city.

The pioneers then didn't have a choice so they left the city.

Chrome asked them if where will they go now.

Clay told him that they will start hunting alphas on every corner of the world. If he is scared he can stay at lebanon city.

Chrome shaked his head and said that he is willing to come along with them.

Then they started moving and headed towards the direction where turkey is located.

After one month of venturing the surface they encountered and fought alot of alphas on their way.

The pioneers on the other hand met alot of humans while venturing the lands but they're memories were all wiped out. It was like that the Alphas never came and eliminated alot of humans.

Chrome was getting more good at fighting and had obtain his very own parasite as they ventured through the lands.

When they reached turkey they saw a massive pyramid in the middle of a city.

But noticed that there were no alphas around.

Niko tells them that there was no Pyramid like this on turkey before.

Helen tells them that the alphas built it.

The pioneers then started moving towards the pyramid and they saw a small opening on the middle of the bottom of the pyramid.

Then they entered the pyramid to learn about its existence.

Once they entered the tunnel they saw a huge opening on the other side of the tunnel.

When they went towards the end they saw a huge alpha sitting infront of them with a yellow helmet on.

The Pioneers were shocked at what they were seeing.

Helen on the other hand went towards the Alpha and bowed down.

The others were shocked on why helen was bowing down infront of the alpha.

The alpha started complimenting helen for successfully bringing the Dark heir.

Clay then yelled at helen "What is the meaning of this helen?! Were you conspiring with the alphas!?"

Helen looked at clay and said "I was a spy for the alphas started from the beginning. My mission was to bring the Dark heir back to them."

Clay rushed to attack helen but the Alpha commander stepped on clay, And clay died instantly from being pressed towards the ground.

The pioneers panicked as they saw what happened to clay and as they were lured by helen.

10FT alphas started coming from behind.

And the pioneers were surrounded.

The commander asked them to surrender quietly so that they would be spared.

Niko was still traumatized on how clay died infront of him.

The other pioneers were enraged and started to raise their weapons.

Chrome was trying to talk to niko but niko wasn't listening.

As the alphas attacked them Dindei and ardug got killed Immediately even with their parasites backing them up.

The alphas stabbed their bodies so many times that they literally got overkilled.

Niko stood up and couldn't hold his anger.

As the alphas noticed, Niko began releasing dark aura around him causing the pioneers and chrome to faint instantly.

Commander tells the alphas to make sure to grab the dark heir so that they could bring him back to the empire.

Helen told the commander to not go near niko or the alphas will also faint.

But the commander insisted on capturing the dark heir.

So the alphas ran towards niko as they entered the aura's boundaries the alphas immediately fainted.

The commander was shocked on how powerful the Dark heir was.

Niko was enraged as the aura became wider.

Niko then started walking towards helen and the commander.

Helen started panicking and the commander ordered her to stop niko from walking.

But as soon as helen stepped infront of niko she immediately fainted and niko suddenly shouted as his companions transformed into a platinum sword.

Niko stabbed helen alot of times making sure she died.

The commander started panicking on what the heir might do to him.

The commander tells the dark heir to stop this nonsense or he will destroy this place and end up killing them all.

Niko stares at the commander and the commander felt fear for the first time on his life in the human continent.

Niko stood up and raised his hand towards the commander as Dark aura formed like a huge circle in the commander's head. And niko clenched his hand as the commander's face was suddenly crushed leaving no traces and caused silver blood to splatter everywhere.

Niko then started shouting as his aura became stronger making the entire pyramid shake.

His companions then tries to calm him down as he would destroy the entire place if he were to continue.

Then niko suddenly fainted losing all his energy and fell down the ground.

Then niko woke up and was shocked that everyone was still alive and they were still at the outskirts of turkey then he noticed that chrome was holding his hand.

Niko wondered if that was just a crazy dream or was it really reality.

Clay then tells them that they should head out towards turkey and should continue hunting alphas.

Helen wakes the others up while niko was still shocked on what was going on.

Then when chrome woke up niko noticed that something wasn't right.

Niko asked B1 to check what was going on within his memories but B1 and the others didn't notice anything strange.

Niko tells clay that if they were to go to Turkey they will all die.

Clay laughs at niko as he was spouting nonsense.

Helen looks at niko and asked what was going on and why he told them that they would all die.

Niko tells helen that he had a weird dream and told everyone what was about to happen.

Helen denied niko's words as she claimed that they are all false information.

Niko tells clay that helen will betray them and she is currently working with the alphas.

Clay looks at helen and asked if this was all true.

But helen denied that it wasn't true.

The pioneers then woke up and gathered in one place.

Niko tells helen to connect with his companion and check her memories if what she's saying isn't true.

But helen insisted that niko's claims were false and didn't want to connect with niko's parasite.

Clay insisted that she connect with niko's parasite to prove that niko's words aren't true.

Helen began sweating as she insisted not to connect with the parasites.

Niko tells the other pioneers to grab helen, but helen immediately started to ran away from them.

Clay then ordered ardug and barques to capture helen.

The two then started running towards helen's direction.

Clay asked niko what was going on.

Niko explained his weird dream.

Then after a few minutes ardug and barques came back along with helen.

Then niko told B4 to latch unto helen and check her memories.

Then B4 confirmed that helen is a spy and is currently working with the alphas and B4 immediately tells niko about this.

Niko then tells the pioneers what B4 told him.

The other pioneers looked at helen and asked if this was true.

Helen refused and tells them that niko is lying.

Niko tells them that the parasites have an ability to look towards their host's memories.

And he told the pioneers that had parasites to check it for themselves.

Then the pioneers started commanding their parasites to check unto helen's memories.

Then their parasites confirmed that helen was a spy and was really working with the alphas 200 years ago before they moved into the northern continent and built the capital.

The pioneers were shocked upon learning this, They immediately looked at helen with anger.

Helen who was completely surrounded and was already caught couldn't resist anymore.

Niko asked helen what was her current mission and demanded that she should explain to them.

Helen who had no other choice explained about her mission.
