The Intruder

Days had passed since Sia's nightmare about the blood stains. She had been on edge ever since her nightmare about the blood stains in the living room. Every little sound made her jump, and every shadow made her heart race. But she tried to push those fears aside and convince herself that it was all in her head. However, that feeling was short-lived as she was about to experience a far more terrifying ordeal.

Once again, Sia woke up in the middle of the night, feeling restless and uneasy. She got out of bed and walked towards the living room. As she approached the room, she saw the shadowy figure lurking in the corner again. Her heart started racing, and her hands began to shake. She hesitated for a moment, wondering if she should investigate or ignore it. But something inside her urged her to check, to make sure it wasn't real.

She slowly moved closer, trying to get a better look, when suddenly a hand grabbed her from behind and pinned her against the wall. Sia's heart leaped into her throat as he covered her mouth with his hand, preventing her from screaming. Sia tried to push him away, but he was too strong.

"Do you know what Daniel is hiding from you?" he whispered in her ear.

Sia's mind raced with questions and fears. Who was this man? What was he talking about? Was Daniel hiding something from her? What did this man want? Sia was confused and terrified. She didn't know who this person was or what he was talking about. All she could think about was trying to escape.

Without thinking, she kicked the intruder and broke free from his grasp. She screamed for help as loud as she could, hoping someone would hear her. The man quickly ran away, disappearing into the darkness.

Suddenly, the lights came on, and Daniel appeared in the doorway. Sia opened her eyes and saw that the man was gone, and it was just her and Daniel in the room. He held Sia close. "What's wrong, Sia?" he asked, his voice full of concern.

Sia tried to catch her breath, her heart pounding in her chest. "There was a man," she said, her voice shaking. "He was in the living room, and he pinned me against the wall. He tried to say something about you."

Daniel's expression turned cold. "What man?" he asked. "There's no one here but us."

Sia's eyes widened in disbelief. How could Daniel not believe her? She was sure she had seen the man, felt his hand on her mouth, and heard his whispered words.

But Daniel seemed adamant. "It was just a nightmare, Sia," he said, his tone firm. "There's no one here. You're safe with me."

Sia tried to argue, but Daniel wouldn't listen. He held her close, reassuring her that everything was okay, but Sia couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right.

As the days went on, Sia's suspicions grew. She couldn't shake the memory of the intruder, and she couldn't help but wonder if there was something that Daniel wasn't telling her. But every time she tried to confront him, he dismissed her fears as nothing more than her imagination. Sia felt a wave of relief wash over her, but also a nagging sense of doubt. Was Daniel really telling the truth? Could there be something he wasn't telling her?

Sia didn't know what to think. Was she losing her mind, or was there really someone trying to hurt her and Daniel? Sia knew she couldn't keep living like this, constantly looking over her shoulder and doubting her own sanity. She needed to get to the bottom of this, no matter what it took.
